Dealership prices shade tree work. Very unprofessional. A person can replace enough unneeded parts to eventually repair any problem. With covid, everything is by appointment at the reputable places and most are booked. Only come here in emergency and l feel for you if you do.

Danny and his shop were wonderful to us after we got stranded on 81 while on our way from NC to NY on a Sunday morning. Couldnt have asked to be dropped off at a better, more helpful shop who were willing to go out of their way to help us get back on the road.

Broke Down at Night while on our way to our wedding in NJ, we called AAA to assist us. Total Tire and Automotive came to assist us. The gentleman was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond what youd expect from good customer service. He told us the best of their shops to contact the following morning based on availability of the car part we needed, and knowing the turnaround time they could provide.In the morning, a different employee came to tow my car. This gentleman we just as pleasant and professional as the guy from the previous evening. When we arrived to the shop, we were floored by how nice and professional the manager and the service technician were. It was an unfortunate experience of the alternator dying, however we couldnt have asked for a better experience with getting the car fixed.We highly recommend Total Tire and Automotive.
