I got a flat on my ebike last spring and brought the bike to Pedelec. I dont think they were happy that it was not a brand they sell, but they took the work to fix the rear flat. They did not have a tube, but offered to fix the current tube which was fine. I picked the bike up the next day and was charged almost $100. The tube was flat again by end of next day. I didnt have time to deal with it and didnt receive good service, so I waited until I got home to fix it myself. I took the old tube out which had zero patches on it and a hole that I fixed myself in 5 minutes. Rip Off!

I stopped at Pedelec a month or so ago and Phil spent an hour with me going over the different e bikes he sells . I was very impressed. Needless to say, I found one for sale that he sold new to a gal here in Punta Gorda and ending up buying it . I took it to Phil on my way home and he looked it all over, road it, and filled my tires . I highly recommend Phil at Pedelec I will definitely be there for service on my ebike..

Great shop and great bicycles. I have owned multiple bicycles over the years from carbon fibre road bikes to fixed gear bikes and comfort bikes. I purchased an electric assist Gazelle recently to commute to work. It is one of the best bicycles, I have ever owned. Additionally, Phil and his staff at the shop are terrific. Hello folks - I have a Stromer ST1X where the battery had issues. I ;purchased my bike elsewhere. Phil and his mechanic stopped what they were doing to help me with my problem. Phil worked with Stromer Techinical support to get me back on the road again. This is one great store that will STAND behind the products they sell and in my case, they helped me with the warranty and fixed my problem with parts he had in stock.They both went way beyond what I would expect. This is service done the old fashioned way. A store that cares about your situation and helps you with it. They truly care about the rider and will get you back on the road again. Phil has great customer service and has helped me every time I have needed assistance with a bicycle issue, of course this is on a somewhat high end pedelec or electric bicycle I bought from him. This includes even coming to get me when an issue developed at some distance. I did have an issue with the motor and he saw to it being replaced under warranty.I highly recommend his shop for purchase of quality electric bicycles and the excellent customer service.

This place has the best, freshest and most delicious smoothies and sandwiches in Punta Gorda. I always get smoothies from this place and theyre always the best only place you can find in Punta Gorda. Best way to get to it is park in the parking garage and walk down the stairs.

The owner, Philipp, knows bikes and is extremely adept at recommending a bike that is ideal for you. He also expertly fixes them, adjusts them and tunes them up, new or used. He wholeheartedly believes customer service is a priority and drops everything to attend to your every issue, large or small. Phil is a wonderful gentleman. I live in the Seattle area and he gave me good guidance on my ebike purchase. Not only that, he gave me a wonderful pricepoint on a Stromer ebike. The buying experience was really good. Even returns were trouble free. Pedelec SQB is HIGHLY recommended.

Just got out of small claims court with Philipp pfaffli,my trike got stolen from HIS shop,he claims no responsibility,he LIED on the stand,at least three times,he won the case on a technicality,I was sueing the wrong party.I guess ive learned a valuable lesson,u can lie under oath and still win,even though he won...he is still a LOSER!!
