FSW - Charlotte is a smaller campus and so their book store is relatively small in comparison. You can order your textbooks there as well as the typical college branded clothing and gift items. Western Michigan University has leased campus space as well at this campus and so this bookstore does carry WMU textbooks and some Bronco Regalia as well.

Pre-Ordered a book and cannot find receipt. Wont call me back, give me my book, or refund my money. Needs a better way to store Pre-Orders- its not fair to make a student pay twice for books. I will NOT let this die.

One of the worst book store been calling them all day yesterday and they not once picked up been calling them since the morning till 2pm so i can get a book but i was calling to make sure they had it i dont want to drive 30 min and them not have it and i called them on my way there and still no answer when i got there not ONE person in the book store and employees in office sitting down on the computer and i told them the phone dont work and all they told me was they was busy all day.... Really ALL day but when i got there not one person from now on ima but them books online..
