I have always enjoyed the experience of shopping at Home Goods. Today was not the case. With a very strong mask mandate, very obviously posted at the entrance and complied by all patrons and staff, except one. This customer blatantly ignored the mask mandate and strolled throughout the entire store. Staff chose to not address this. Im not sure yet what annoyed me more, the fact that she did not comply or the fact that she brought her pom dog with her and parked his butt in the cart 😡 Obvuously NOT a service dog. REALLY!!!

Very well managed store. It comes from the top down, as every employee was working, focused and cordial. The store was staged and merchandised well beyond any other HG I have visited. ( I travel a lot). What a positive experience in every way.

This is one of my top 10 places to shop. There is so much stuff its almost sensory overload. I did learn quickly that if you see something you want dont wait to get it. Prices are awesome and their employees are very friendly and helpful.

They allow unmasked people in the store. I didnt feel safe.

Prices are sometimes a little higher but they do have some great original type items that are not found at other stores.

Great customer service. We bought stuff and had to leave some for later because we couldnt fit it in out car. When we came back for the rest they were wrapped (glass ware) and ready for pickup. The people working there were very nice and pleasant.

Gave them a call to see if they had another of an item I found at a separate location. Turns out they did not have what I needed, but they were very helpful and courteous in trying to get me the item that I needed.

Love this store. One of the best places to get a gift for almost anyone.

I love this store in general however their associates leave little to be desired. Someone had shoplifted and the cashier took it upon herself to chase them out into the parking lot which is a huge no no in retail. She ran out in the middle of checking someone out at the register . When she came back in to the store she made a general statement that we all could hear I want to say something but I am in a liberal store...but where is my carry permit alluding to the idea that if she could she would shoot the thieves who stole from a multi million dollar company. All of it left a bad taste in my mouth and I no longer feel comfortable shopping at that store especially if associates are making generalizations of peoples political affiliations based on where they shop for home decor. With how she reacted and how all of her coworkers saw nothing wrong with her actions I assume they felt as if her viewpoint on the shoplifters was correct. All in all very disappointed and will not be coming back.

This is a hike from where I live, but one of the nicest HomeGoods we have been to. Great customer service and during the pandemic they keep a close eye on how many shoppers are in the store!

My wifes go to store when wanting to get out, I dont mind going myself. Dog friendly store which I love!

Usually have a good experience here, but this time the cashier was SO annoyingly pushy about signing up for a credit card... like, wouldnt give it up even after I said no several times. Ive seen other negative reviews about this as well. Seriously stop harassing your customers!

Today was my first time here. I was shocked by the low prices. I had to ask a couple different employees for help and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Check out was also fast and friendly. I will definitely be back.

The employees are fantastic. Super helpful and nice but the store and how its set up is a cluster. The isles are cramped enough as it is but then you have people restocking the shelves with huge carts and getting past them is not going to happen. (Even though the employees are more then happy to move) The furniture area is just a jumble of everything. They really need a bigger store.

Love that we finally have a homegoods locally! Well stocked, clean, and clean restrooms.

They have some really amazing items here, and the employees were helpful anytime I asked anything. However, the aisles are really cramped and the manager of the store was rude and condescending to her employees and poor at customer management.

Hard to walk in and look around without finding things you didnt realize you really need. Great prices too.
