Showed up at 3:55 thinking they were open until 4:30 to look at faucets. Doors were locked and the rude lady made her mission to let us know we showed up 5 minutes before they closed and was not real nice about it. Lets just lock the doors before closing. I swear the website said 4:30 AND the door said 4:30 as well. Bought elsewhere. This was approximately 3-4 weeks ago.

Showrroom and will call not open to public due to covid. Call from parking lot for service.

Guy wearing dallas stars gear was very rude. I am a licensed plumber and I was at the window looking at tools. I can read the sign posted on the window. That employee proceeded from his desk to the window to rudely point at the sign. I will not be using this place and now I will be buying my tools from Amazon for a better price than keller can offer. See yah later cowboy. Stars suck!!!

Super helpful. Needed a valve for a shower and bam right there it was. Staff was amazing. Went to 4 places when all I needed was to stop here first.

They always have the hard to find parts I need and if they dont, they find a way to make things work with what they do have. Way more helpful than the big box stores.

Our contractor sent us to look at your show room. My husband and I have never been treated So Rudely. Who ever you have at your front desk needs to learn better customer service. She was so curt and rude to us I would not recommend your business to any other customers.Granted we didnt know the procedures but we are elderly and her attitude was uncalled for. We were sold the wrong item by the person in their showroom. When we called to return it hey said we would receive a full refund. When we arrived they hit us with a 25% restocking fee. Not good.
