Like everyone, a new bed was our mind. We dropped in, no expectations. Ty was super helpful and patient helping us understand our needs and all the product options. We dont buy that day, but came back after a few more weeks of sleep on a not so comfy bed and Ty helped lock everything in.

Teyisha was helpful on the phone and even more so when my wife and I came into the store. She was knowledgeable, patient, and pleasant to work with. We look forward to receiving our new bed in less than 4 days.

I had the best experience with Carol Yenter at this store. She made me feel comfortable and at ease with all the information I needed to find the right bed for me. She hands me a pillow and has me try several beds in all my sleep positions to find the one that was just right. I had no idea you should not feel pressure on any part of your body! Finally we decided it was time to get a quality mattress. Stopped in just to see what was available, considering all the product shortages lately. Sleep Expert Tyler was great. Very knowledgeable, and answered the entire barage of questions we had for him, without hesitation. Very friendly and easy to work with. Paid half up front, and came back the next day to finalize our transaction. We were excited to get our mattress the following weekend, but lo and behold, they were able to get our mattress shipped the same day! Waited for delivery before posting this to make sure it all went well, and it did. The delivery team, Fausto and Edelfo were both great as well. Quick, efficient, and courteous. The Manger was working alone as always, he needs some help. Anyway, he was very professional and understands the concept of greeting every customer that comes in the store. I love that by the way. Anyways. I was looking for a inexpensive mattress for a guest room, and he showed me what the had and when he saw that I was still apprehensive about the purchase, instead of losing a sale, he told me about the clearance mattresses. Which were returned mattresses within their 120 policy that were inspected on-site and then taken and sanitized then sold at 60% off more or less then they also give military discounts!! All in all, I ended up paying less than 500.00 for a 1200.00 mattress with delivery and removal of my old mattress. Im so excited and cant wait to get it. The Manger was great and knows his stuff!! Ill be back again to replace my king mattress soon.
