I was at Kay Jewelers and had the rudest associate help me today, so I went to Zales at the South Hill Mall in Puyallup. Here is where I met the amazing team of Arien and Jeffrey. These to individuals took their time to show me what I wanted and my style without trying to up me on something I couldnt afford. They explained the warranty process and the cost of my purchase. I would highly recommend this location to any one.
Bought a ring online. Had to have it sized. Took it in end of January. Was told I’d have it back Feb 8. Have yet to receive a call. I have called several times. First time I was told it had shipped. Then I was told it was still in the shop. Here we are, mid March, still no ring. I have gotten several emails stating my “REPAIR” is complete. But this is not what I sent it in for. Now they will not answer the phone. Just save time and go to Helzberg. WAY BETTER!!
First of all I should not have to stand outside of your store for 5 to 10 minutes before someone even acknowledges my existence. Next thank you for cleaning my ring however the very same night the stone fell out of it. Its only a year old. I go back to ask them to help me and they deny having anything to do with the stone coming out. That they will not take responsibility for it and stated they could send it out but it would take three weeks. I was getting married that weekend. Very unhelpful very rude do not trust them with your jewelry.
South Hills Zales AMAZING staff. We will always shop it this store.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. If you’re buying jewelry, sure they’re great. If you’re needing any other type of service for your jewelry after the purchase, good luck with that. They could care less about helping you and would rather lie straight to your face rather than tell the truth about when your jewelry will be returning from repairs. My husband and I regret ever stepping foot in this store.
Brenda was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. My husband and I told her our budget first and she made sure to listen and only show is things in our range. We ended up with a perfect ring and shes informed us off the few discounts on the ring. We got a great deal. Will definitely go back to her.
Super helpful... Explained the warranty and diamond protection very clearly. Friendly staff
They are always friendly and helpful. The warranty is easy to use!
I worked with Beth when buying an engagement ring last month and she was awesome! I told her I wanted to propose 10 days from that day but I wanted to upgrade the stone to a full carat. Beth said it normally takes a couple weeks but shell get the ring back there the day before my proposal. Of course, this made me nervous because any kind of delay would throw a wrench in my plans to pop the question.I go in the day before it was due back to check in since the heavy snow storm over the weekend couldve delayed the process only to find the location had moved and was closed, also their phone was shut off. By then Im expecting the worst and preparing to adjust my plans without my fiance finding out. After calling the next morning, Beth said she hasnt seen it and will call me when she does. Still panicking, I fear the worst, all to find out, she took it upon herself to drive to the jeweler and pick up the ring for me so Id have it in time!Thank you Beth for helping me make my lady happy! Youre the best!
Customer Service was terrible. They over charged our credit card and refused to take off the charges or the interest. We Will never shop there again and we will never recommend your store to any friends or family.
Are they willing to partner with the customer? In our experience no. We purchased a ring from Zales. We were going to return it within the valid return policy because my wife was having severe reactions to the ring. The sales woman gave us a few remedies and also said it may take time for my wifes finger to adjust to the ring. We kept it longer but, the reactions were getting worse. It came to the point that she could no longer wear the ring. We were outside of our return policy but, Zales let us return the ring anyways since we were told to try to keep it so my wifes finger could adjust. We lost money on the warranty so.... I dont consider this above and beyond service. We still stuck it out with Zales and purchased a replacement ring paying $500 more. The new ring was great but, we decided we wanted something bigger. We ended up going to the store today and the ring we wanted to upgrade to was on sale last week for 30% off (on sale while we were out of town). The salesperson said we would have to wait for the next sale and took down my cell number.I drove home called corporate and corporate said I could have the store call a supervisor/manager and get the sale extended but, it shouldnt be a problem to have the sale extended. I drove an hour back into Zales ready to purchase but, I was told that our original ring was $1399 and the new ring with the additional 30% off was $2399. Since we were not purchasing a replacement that was double the price we had to pay $400 more for another ring. So we drove another hour back home empty handed. Here lies the problem:1. My wife wanted that ring and only that ring (the replacement ring @ $2399).2. We are giving Zales another $1000. Is Zales so greedy they are willing to lose a sale and possible customer for life3. We would have returned our original purchase and bought from another company. We didnt need to spend another $500 and lose the original warranty cost from our first ring. We invested in Zales and wanted to become longtime customers4. We were told to spend another $400 but, we didnt so the solution was to give us back $400 less from our $1399 purchase so we could buy the $2399 ring. Does this make sense to anyone???5. We invested an additional $500 in you Zales, why cant you assist us and let us buy the ring my wife wants without having to double our original ring price.Nothing Zales did was above and beyond. They let us return a ring that was past the return policy because they told us to keep it longer (after giving us remedies and/or telling us to let the finger adjust to the ring). Upon return we lost our original warranty and upgraded to a ring $500 more and paid for a warranty on that....Then INSTEAD of the Zales person saying Why dont I ask to have our 30% sale extended for you, I the customer, had to call and have the sale extended. We were told we could then trade in our ring but, upon arrival we were greeted by different sales people and told we couldnt upgrade without spending more.We the customer are doing the leg work and Zales never once went above and beyond. We are trying to give you more money but, not have you rob us blind.
Got a ring for Christmas they shipped my ring with out warranty info I literally got a box with a ring in it nothing else and since I didnt know 3 months ago I had to have them inspect it for a warranty they have now since change so last week when my ring broke even if it wouldve been inspected they still wouldnt have fixed my ring cause after I bought my ring they changed their policy. And they say its all my fault cause I didnt bring it in 3 months ago cause they wouldve informed me my ring was not covered by the diamond protection what a joke
They charged me the 1yr promo guarantee even though I already paid them all off 10 days before it expired and ontop of that I paid a little more a couple days prior I told them that I wasnt going to pay it because I paid it off plus a little more but they told me that if I dont pay they were going to send it to collections
Professional and kind
