Love this place! Got me addicted to Pokémon cards 🤪

Im new to the area and needed some supplies for some recently purchased cards. I figured Id support local business and popped into Bento Box Games.Lots of people at the tables and about 4-5 people in front of the counter. This meant they had to finish chatting before acknowledging me, I asked my question and got told they didnt have it. They did have loose items if I wanted to buy a fraction of what I needed.I looked around and eventually just left. They were more worried about their conversations at the counter than asking if they could order the supplies for me. I just wasnt as important as their regulars.Local businesses are about community, building friendships with gamers, and generally providing that personal touch beyond ordering online. This shop wasnt interested in me as a new customer.Edit: Sorry. Not this time. You realize I was there and could hear everything. This was friends talking with friends with no concern for the new customer. I wont be back and now, after seeing that reply, am strongly recommending that others dont even bother.

My first experience here was very pleasant. The staff was well accommodating to my MTG needs. There were plenty of tables to relax and sleeve my cards. They also have AC and a drink/snack bar!

This business has a Discord guild where they ban people that just exist.This is an issue of customer service, and the reason this will retain negative review until relationships are mended.Other than that, the store itself is sizeable for play. The front desk lacks stock, & in serious need of investment.I wish them well, even though theyve wronged many people that support them.

Lots of Pokemon, Yugioh, and Magic products. They have imported plushies and Japan-exclusive pokemon center merchandise.They have some DND stuff like books and minis but they do not sell paints.The atmosphere is friendly and I genuinely enjoy spending time here.

Nice location. Lots of space to play boardgames to holding ccg tournaments.

Awesome place with an even better atmosphere. They do Pokémon drafts on Saturday and even some D&D on Wednesday. If you’re into card games, good vibes and super chill people, this is definitely one place you’ll want to stop in at. It’s still growing but I have pretty high hopes for this place in the future.

LOVE THIS PLACE. I am so happy I found this place lol I havent been able to find any champions path etbs but they had them in stock!!!! And for a great price. No charizard yet but I will keep going back to this shop. One day I will get the legendary zard lol

Great customer service, friendly environment, very Knowledgeable staff, amazing products that other places dont have location is a plus and the hours are great for most. Definitely a 10/10, l would recommend here over other places. Will definitely come back here again.

Really helpful and friendly nice atmosphere. I’m a avid collector and I was looking for a specific card that I couldn’t find. They tried they’re darnist to find the card but the card is apparently a ghost. No biggie

Best LGS(local game store) out there. The owners are players of card games so they know what they are talking about. Great selection on singles, always have the sealed product Im looking for, over all great atmosphere to be in!

First rate regulars and customer service, a must visit for gamers in the area.

I have never felt so welcome at a game shop until I came here. They focus on Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card games and also have Dungeons and Dragons.

The service you get when you arrive is amazing! They also always have naruto, Yugioh, Pokémon or some other show playing on their TV’s or have streams running for other card games!
