Kind people, awful smoothie.I got the Lean Body and it tasted like straight whey protein, had little flavor, and was watery/not thick. I normally go to the Burien location and their chocolate peanut butter tastes like drinking a Reeses peanut butter cup.I think its a new store, so I give them that, but I dropped $7 on something I cant drink.

Great service. Always happy when leaving here. Update. They really need to have spot to pick up online orders. Waited 20 minutes to pick up my order and it was ready the whole time.

I’m a regular at this place. I always get their PB&J, pre-workout drinks, and supplements. Always reasonable prices and the women that work there are friendly and have a genuine attitude. So glad this place is right across the street from my gym. 10/10!

Worse customer service Ive dealt with in a long time. they hire little teeny bop looking chicks that have an IQ less than a hundred. they just take whoever they want in line instead of the next person. people dont just come in there to stand there and let you take your favorite customers.

Excellent smoothies. My wife and I loved them but our kiddos were overwhelmed by the menu. We them one but they werent impressed. I will definitely be back though and will leave the kids at home :-)

DELICIOUS! First time in and I absolutely didnt think I would enjoy it but WOW! I told her it was my first time and to surprise me.... She did. I didnt even ask what it was because I couldnt stop drinking it. 😂

I just love this place,The girls I have dealt with are so sweet and nice. I mean really so sweet. I tell them what I am looking for and or what flavor and if I need extra energy. No matter what it is, they make up this magic stuff and I just cant get enough of it.. Its always perfect.I go all the time and I enjoy my drink everytime. Great job ladies thank you all.❤

They give you only a %75 full scoop of protein . Then they put too much ice and end up making too much of a shake and end up dumping %25 of it in the sink. Question. How much protein are you getting from one of those overpriced, sugary shakes...?.Bad Deal.

Love the daily specials (not on weekends though) friendly staff and outside seating. (They have #CBD too which is becoming a nutritional, healthy rejuvenating hot item) smoothies taste GREAT

Great customer service but way overpriced

Need more staff scheduled than just one person on weekend mornings. Long lines, takes to long. Dont have time to stop there for a smoothie as much as id like due to this issue.

I believe the smoothie menu changed but its still the same ingredients listed on the board. The fruity supreme used to have protein and it no longer does but its still the same price. They also dont tell you that it no longer does I happened to ask a question about the protein and I was told they changed the menu no protein in that one anymore. Its fine if you havent had time to update it but I think you should at least advise customers when they order what they are getting. Also the wait was long due to the line out the door and there was only one person working.

Always refreshing and delicious

Here at least once a week- no other smoothie shop could compare. The baristas are always friendly and make amazing suggestions if you get stuck on what to order. However on more than one occasion a food item I have purchased turns out to be expired (protein bites 9 months past expiration, and a package of smart cakes with a layer of mold on them.) Amazing service and quality- will just be looking at the exp dates a little more closely.

On this fine and semi cloudy day, i was coming back from a savage day at the gym. and of course i needed my amino acids. so i took a trip to emerald city smoothie. a wonderful place. i ordered my drink and normally, Im not a klutz. but karma was not on my side. for my hands decided to drop my drink. tragic. however the kind juice lady gave me a new one. bless your soul kind juice lady.10/10 would reccomend visiting.

Delicious, friendly staff, well located, a bit pricey.

I love the one in gig harbor and expected the same here. However, staff was more worried about how to organize the trash then to great us and take our order. To top it off she organized trash in the trash can then grabbed my cup and lid and poured smoothie in it, trying to serve it to me before washing her hands.

Awesome smoothies and açaí bowls. Only complaint is that sometimes theyre out of ingredients for the bowls or products on the shelves that I want to buy.

Worst ECS Ive ever been to! Terrible customer service, completely rude and not like any other ECS Ive been too. Avoid it if possible. Auburn and Kent locations are amazing!

$10.45 for two small smoothies (Raspberry and Caramel) with no extras. They were pretty good. Gave the girl a twenty and she had to use a calculator to figure out the change.

Always clean with friendly service. Plenty of options for healthy fueling of the body for all levels of athletes. Nice location near gym.

Smoothies are delicious here that pretty much a no brainer. But most people dont know about the wonderful supplement selection they have here lots of brands you cant find at the chain stores. Chris the owner knows his stuff and always brings in the best products. The staff is super friendly this is one of our favorite places to get a quick snack in all of Puyallup

YUM. Their smoothies are delish, with plenty of healthy add-ins and specialty options. A much better, healthier alternative to Jamba Juice. And they even have a selection of decent fitness products!
