This was my first time visiting this location. The staff was very helpful in helping me locate the products I wanted. As always, when I shop in this type of store, I wondered if it would be possible to find the same products elsewhere at a lower price.

I was in June 18, 2019 and received excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. He also gave me a price match. The next two times, not so much. But I really got spoiled by my first visit. Second visit, they were busy at the front desk consulting each other. Saying that, I dont know if it was personal or business. I had gathered it was business. Could not find my product, so they did come and help. Seemed to be knowledgeable. She found that they were out of my product, as was Amazon.Very large selection, selves stocked with products I was not aware of. Had I the time, I would loved to browse more thoroughly. (Relocated.) Some prices high, some competitive. Store very clean, organized and lots of variety.

They have more of the same things that vitamin shoppe has because theyre the same company. But I found stuff there that vitamin shoppe didnt have. I love going to both places because if one doesnt have it maybe the other one will. The staff is very helpful and friendly always!! Its location makes it easier to get to also.

Good experience. It was helpful to have reviewed the products on the website prior to going into the store. Staff didnt seem to be familiar with where to find specific items and told me they were out. When I mentioned the website noted that location had three in stock, we were able to locate them. Beware there is a vitamin cottage across the street and owned by the same company.

Large variety of vitamin and herbal supplements. Great selection of natural health and beauty products. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The lobotomization is complete. The soul of this store has been removed, disappeared to only who knows where by VS. If youre looking for protein powders, great! But if you want that real health store experience? Look for a truly local health store, because this place belongs only to the soulless minions of orthodoxy now.

Didnt have what I wanted but its still a good store

I hate having to price shop this location, now that prices are fixed for making them rich. I know the cost of these supplements and while I used to shop here with no fuss, prices have SKYROCKETED. They will price match, but this outfit is no longer favoring the consumer. The amount of work it takes me to save money here is no longer worth it. I go to Vitacost or elsewhere favoring buyers. This place lost 3 stars in the last 5 years, going the wayside of paying too many pockets before reaching us; the consumers hands.

The helpful staff work hard to assist you in finding what you need. They are well versed in their products and are great when it comes to deciding between options. I was pleased to find that they kept oils and probiotics refrigerated when necessary.

Great place, decent prices, full of a good variety of supplements for the health-conscious. Their staff is always courteous and has good input when I have a question about something.They do seem to move stock around every now and then, so finding the same thing twice isnt always in the same spot.

Terrific selection of supplements especially if you want to compare brands and types (capsules, tablets, powder). A little difficult to find what section of the store an item is located. Usually there is no staff to help aside from those at the register but they are friendly. If you need a supplement right away they most likely will have it. Pleasant atmosphere - clean, well stocked, easy parking, easy to spot store from the road. They also have essential oils and carrier oils, homeopathic remedies, ayurvedic supplements, Bachs remedies, protein powders, some beauty items and a few gift items.

The only chain where I will buy my vitamins and supplements. Many of their items come in a range of prices and frequently the lower priced merchandise is just as effective as the more expensive brand. Their hours also make it much easier to visit as they are open for longer than other stores in the area.

Always friendly staff. Clean and well organized. Big emphasis on Vitamin Shoppe store brands, but third party products are abundant, also.

The selection and amount of inventory is nice and convenient, that is a plus. The store is clean and spacious compared to the The Vitamin Shoppe across the way.The two stars are for the vibe and demeanor the clerk exhibited. He seemed to be uncomfortable with the presence of my boyfriend and I. I wonder if it’s because we were wearing hoodies? Shouldn’t matter. It’s cold outside and no one should go cold while worrying about what a store clerk’s perspective and impression might be. Even if it wasn’t cold, this is America and there were no signs stating that hoodies weren’t welcomed.I’m a member of the Healthy Awards program and spend a good amount of money within the company. I shouldn’t have to feel watched while shopping, especially after already indicating that I didn’t need any assistance!Unpleasant experience to say the least. I may be back though, just to see if it will happen again.

Excellent options and knowledgeable staff. Quite a large amount of vegan options. Traffic off meridian can be difficult, but there is parking right by the front door.

Just went in to pick up some probiotics they had their essential oils vaping on so high I couldnt breathe. I have asthma. And then the guy working there kept ignoring me even though I had questions about probiotics all I want to know is if they carried a certain brand this is the worst customer service ever.

I have been shopping at super supplements for many years, and really appreciate the herbs, tinctures and pain reliever formulas they offer. The only downside is that they eliminated several products I do like to use apparently as a result of their acquisition by Vitamin World.

I WENT TO THIS STORE WITH A FRIEND AND SHE PURCHASED A PRODUCT THAT HAD A SALE TAG SAVING ALMOST $15.00. SHE LEFT THE STORE FOUND IN MINUTES THAT SHE HAD BEEN CHARGED THE REGULAR PRICE, AND CALLED IN, WAS TOLD THAT THE SALE WOULD START TWO DAYS LATER. AND TO BRING THE RECEIPT WHEN SALE STARTS AND THE STORE WOULD GIVE YOU THE SALE DIFFERENCE. SHE CAME IN WITH RECEIPT AND WAS GREETED AS IF WE WERE A SCAM... THE GUY TOLD HER THAT SHE HAD TO BRING THE PRODUCT BACK TO THE STORE BECAUSE AS HE SAID HOW DO WE KNOW IF YOU DIDNT RETURN THE PRODUCT IN ANOTHER STORE? SHE ASKED WHY DIDNT YOU INFORM ME TO BRING THE PRODUCT IN? HE REPLIED YOU DIDNT ASK... SHE THEN HAD TO DRIVE HOME TO GET THE PRODUCT... TO GET THE SALE PRICE... I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE, EVER!!!!

Called to see if they had what I wanted before I went out. Message said they were busy with customers. Didnt ask if I wanted to hold. Gave option to talk to manager. She was out too. I wont go to this store. Horrible customer service!

Went to this super supplements store and the customer service I received was very very bad, at first the guy there seemed a bit friendly but then stuff took a very awkward turn, not sure that it was because he suspected I was LGBT or whatever but I was very professional and asked him about thee vitamins they offer, he kept staring at me seriously as if I was a threat of sorts and that made me very nervous, he then left me abruptly, very highly unprofessional, it was sad to see that happen, Sad for him. I did get my gummy multivitamins and stuff but I wont be going there ever again. They need to train their staff to be at ease and friendly with every sorts of people Lgbtqi people included. Something to think about folks.
