We have been using Indoor Billboard for our Shoreline area company for years. The delivery staff is always fast as well as flexible to our needs and changes. They deliver clean rugs weekly as well as janitorial supplies, paper towels, and toilet paper. On the phone Angie is very easy to reach and she is always quick and helpful. They also provided and installed our hand sanitizer wall dispensers. Highly recommend!

Brian went above and beyond for us. I needed new mats with new logos on really short notice. He quickly picked up on what I wanted the design to look like and had great recommendations. The overnight shipping was too expensive, so we just had to hope they could make it on time. To make sure they were here by the time I needed them he made a special trip onsite as soon as they were ready for us. Our upper management was really pleased with the new look.When they come through monthly to replace with clean mats, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They come to do their thing and our staff isnt interrupted.

Our community uses this company for our brand carpets. The customer service is unbeatable. Nereo Ramirez is our guy! He takes great care of us and always makes sure we are looking our best! He is fast and friendly and makes sure we are 100% satisfied before he leaves. We appreciate his level of customer service and highly recommend this company because of it.

They have never let me down and have never not delivered on a promise or a service.The team at Indoor Billboard is professional and courteous; and the service is second to none and I cant recommend them enough!

This company is awesome! They have the best customer service. They go above and beyond to ensure their customers satisfaction. Terrible customer service!!!!! We own a local shop and we are serviced by these people...The men who came in today clearly hate their job. They were rude to our customers, employees and management. That is no way to represent a family owned business. Whoever was driving truck #46 today (10/9/19) should consider another line of work because he clearly hates his job.

This company does not represent themselves honestly. Im a current customer and I will urge anyone looking for services to look into a different company, the contracts with this company are set up for a corporation with long terms that are outrageous expectations for small business owners. Any item listed in the sheet is locked Im at that term regardless of pricing. For example if you have three large runner mats in the kicthen and bar and you find out theyre not effective and you want smaller ones so theyre more easily cleaned, you cant. Youre stuck for your term! You find the paper product is significantly cheaper elsewhere, like a bulk store. Too bad, youre stuck.. this company is for sure NOT small business friendly.. avoid them, and go to a larger more reputable corporate company.
