Jon on Route 6 is PHENOMENAL! He comes in with an amazing attitude and goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need at our plant. While working at my employer for the last seven months, the location I am at have had to go without shop towels, since someone did not load them on the truck multiple times. This makes impossible to do my job.

UniFirst is a great company with a wide array of services for our company - it is great to have someone to take care of our smelly, oily rags! The company I work for uses Unifirst for all of our Uniforms and floor mats, many of which are customized with our logo... Our service provider, Matt Barnett, is extremely good at Customer Service. He never misses a detail, and is always friendly, efficient, and solves any issues that could come up quickly. We had to order some specific fire retardant coveralls required for compliance in a construction project, and his attention to detail with this was very helpful. Excellent Service!

Much better than Aramark. Aramark would always come with stains from pens I know weren’t left by us. We’ve never had an issue with Unifirst here at Octapharma. Brandon, our rep, works hard (and the amount he sweats, it shows!) and is very responsive.
