Refreshing experience.I brought my 2017 VW GTI in for them to look at and do a smoke test and it was very refreshing talking to someone as knowledgeable as they were. Price was very reasonable and I will defiantly be back for my DSG service.

I was having a hard time finding a shop to work on an older Audi I had just bought. I was referred to Kuhly’s. Mark was pleasant, very knowledgeable and customer focused. Over the phone, he told me how to gauge whether I needed springs along with struts. He quoted a price to fix the car. He ordered the parts and was able to schedule the repair within 2 days. I picked the car up today and it drives great. His technicians were top notch showing me what parts they replaced and how worn out they were. All in all an excellent experience. I’ll be back when I need an oil change.

First time going here, this was the only place I could find in town that would work on my Volkswagen. Mark and Colby are super helpful and very flexible with a time schedule. Mark is also quite the artist with wood and has multiple pieces in his office that are beautiful. He built all of the chairs in there! Even let me keep a piece that I took a liking to. The mechanics are friendly and the service was good and fast. However, be ready to pay top dollar for the experience. Maybe think about buying a domestic car if you live in Quincy.

I recently entered a partnership with a business here in Quincy . I live in Kansas City . I brought my car into Mark and his crew with the Assumption that I had a sensor out of my 2007 BMW . I had made this assumption due to reading on the Internet about how my car was acting . I was also under the impression this repair would cost approximately $600 . When I brought the car there they sit down with me and talked about the history of the car .In all my years of dealing with dealerships in the city, never had this been done .I received a call five hours later informing me that the only problem was I had not screwed down my Oil cap. I have never ran into a car repair shop with this kind of integrity .I strongly recommend this shop!Dave Atchison

These guys fixed my 350z for a very reasonable cost. They took me in without making an appointment even while they were booked solid that week! They were very punctual about work that needed to be done and they told me everything that they were doing and answered all my questions. If you have an import you need to take it here for service. There are not a lot of options for automotive work on imports in Quincy. Usual story is drive a couple hours to a larger city, which often times is not conducive to work/life schedules. Kuhlys has troubleshot and fixed a couple issues for me thus far, including an elusive oil leak on an engine rebuild. Not only do they explain the issues found, but I’ve found the before/after pictures and technical print-outs are a step beyond the “all done” response I would get from running to dealerships in St. Louis.

They are quick and efficient. Have always done a great job with our vehicles.

I always feel EXTREMELY welcome when I have the chance to visit the guys at Kuhlys! Parts dont make the car (or the technician) it is the actual technicians that do the work that make the job and the visit worthwhile. I see in many shops where customers of the shop sit and stare at a wall while their vehicle is repaired or serviced. Mark and the boys make sure that the customer is heavily involved in the repair process by taking photos, and actively showing them issues that need attention (along with the constant entertainment as well!).If you want a shop that you can trust and that uses the BEST parts on the market trust these guys! They are the best!

No-nonsense guys. took the time to explain what they knew and whem they werent sure, they were up front about it. the vehicle i had in there was bought used and the previous owner did all kinds of mods to it the just made it hard for everybody, but these guys did great work

I know BMWs are suppose to be abused on the road, thats why its so fun to drive. I understand about QUALITY parts too, which was sad to hear about someone elses experience there. Mark always gave me options with the quality of parts to use. yes, there are so many places to buy parts like AutoZone but you really get what you pay for. I always take Marks suggestions because he knows whats OEM quality. Ive been down that road before trying to source my own parts locally (AutoZone) and i wont make that mistake again. Why would i use lifetime warranty brake pads if i have to get them replaced every 3months. THANKS MARK!
