Purchased an item. Returned less than 16 hours later in original unopened condition. We were not informed of the no refunds policy upon the sale. We were willing to apply our refund towards the larger sale of a product that we wanted to upgrade to but were treated VERY rudely by the lady whom had helped us. I was very shocked and appauled at her behavior since this store is locally owned which is the main reason we chose to visit this store to keep small businesses alive and well. We were kindly given a store gift certificate by a kind young girl at the check out. Thankful for her kindness. Just wanted to ensure future customers are informed of this policy so they can avoid this feeling of disrespect. Nice products. Just be sure of your purchase.

Prices are steep. They need a very inexpensive basic line for people in Quincy on a tight budget. Hard to compete with Sams Club which sells mattresses at a much lower price point. Store is clean and people are very polite but you get the vibe that it is commission driven sales which is terrible. I could be wrong but thats the way it felt.

Great place to shop. You get great service as Kim and Katie was great with knowing all the answers to our questions. Will go back in the future to buy again.

The salesperson & customer service communication is so poor that we are stuck with a $2000 dollar mattress.As many years Sleep Tight has been in business, a simple notation on the customers receipt shouldList All of the Store Policies !!!

Bed and pillows are so comfortable...Sheets are the most comfortable sheets Ive ever had...Would highly recommend cant remember her name but the lady that is always there is honestly the reason we bought ...We went to just look and left with a new bed purchase...They said the bed would probably be hard but its only been a week and weve had the best sleep...Thank you!!

Spent over $2,000 on a new bed. The bed was delivered to the wrong address and when I spoke to someone on the phone she just kept giving me excuses instead of trying to make it right. I then asked to have the manager call me back so I could speak with them...she said okay. No one ever called me back and I later learned that who I was speaking with was the owner! I called because I did not like the bed I wanted to switch it out for something softer because they claim to have a 90 day love it or leave it guarantee. I tried to take it back after a week and they told me I couldn’t. That I have to keep it for at least 30 days. I would not recommend.

Low sales pressure, great selection, good price

Where does the problem begin or end? Sales Service and Delivery. I have literally lost sleep dealing with sleep tight. What should have been a simple one day process has turned into weeks.

Great beds by tempurepedic. Just got my 2nd one from here and will be back when Im ready for the next one.

Purchased a $1,400 King size Kingsbury Latext Mattress Set on June 8, 2014. Now we have a warranty problem. Sleep Tight no longer carries this product and cannot/will not assist in taking care of this issue. Future purchasers Be Ware. If you expect any type of support from this company, your trust will most likely result in severe disappointment.
