We got our first mattress which was a Tempur Pedic from this store and we tried it for almost 4 months but unfortunately it was too firm for us. Using the 120 days of trial is absolutely necessary when you buy a new mattress and it was a blessing for us because we went back to the store and with the exceptional help and expertise of Annie we found the best mattress for us! We got a Serta and literally got our sleep back! Annie understood immediately our needs and suggested the mattress that seemed best for us and truly her pick was the best!! I had bought a mattress from Mattress Firm in Avon, Ma. I purchased the Sleepy’s Hush 10 inch firm mattress. I’ve had it for close to a couple of months now and I am not happy with it. I wake up restless with body aches and pain. I thought it was me and I was unhealthy until I realize last night that it was the mattress because I toss and turn at night because I’m uncomfortable, plus I always wake up in the middle of the night. Also, I’ve notice that every time I lay down that’s when I start feeling the body aches and pain but when I start walking or up and moving I’m perfectly okay. Overall, was not happy with the mattress so I decided to call the Avon store to exchange the mattress. The representative that I spoke with at the Avon store told me that I would have to come in on Wednesday because the person that originally sold me the mattress is there on Wednesday and he happens to me the manager (Luke). I was very unhappy And dissatisfied with what I was advise because the only thing that was running through my mind is I have to sleep on this uncomfortable mattress for another few nights. But what can I do since the rep told me that I would have to come in on Wednesday? I wasn’t offered any additional options so it is what it is. After we hang up the phone I thought why not go to the store now to test out the mattresses so once Wednesday come it will be a quick and easy exchange, since I already know what I want because at this point I’m already unhappy with the service at Mattress Firm. Looked up the locations and I found out that there was one in Quincy this whole time! Drove to the Quincy location and I was helped by the two most nicest reps ever. Mike was the one that helped me with the exchange and he was able to do it at the Quincy location... SAME DAY!!! (So I don’t know why I had to wait until Wednesday to do the exchange then it will take a couple of days to ship from Wednesday, now you understand why I was unhappy and dissatisfied?). Mike was very helpful and he took care of it very well and I left the store HAPPY. Honestly, I’m glad I found out that Mattress Firm have a location in Quincy. If I knew I would had never went to the one in Avon. If I can rate the Quincy location 10/10 it will be a 10/10. I went there and told them my problem and they executed my problem with a great solution. Great customer service at this store.

I went to look for a new mattress, when my lady & I walked in we was greeted by both employees. Annie Lee came up to us, asked what we was looking for & started to go through different options that would best fit our needs. She wasn’t trying to over sell us, she listened to what type of mattress our bodies would best fit. I can say without a doubt we are happy with the mattress that Annie Lee helped us pick. We had a great experience at this Mattress Firm. Our sales associate Raj was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to answer our questions and show us mattresses that would be a good fit. Store has great COVID safeguards including a mask requirement, sanitizer, and disposable covers to use when trying out mattresses. A couple days after placing our order I noticed a sale on the website that lowered the price for a mattress cover; I called the store and they were able to price-match. Highly recommend.

Came over in mid July, 2020, during the COVID 19 pandemic. No one was in the store. We were the only customer. Staffs wear masks/face covering the whole time and respect safe distance. They were also very patient letting us try almost all the beds on display, explaining to us the materials used in various mattresses. There are some mattresses that have good deal going on, such as buy a king size pay the cost of a Queen size. But after trying all brands on display, we decided on a Tempur Pedic mattress, they have a $300 off promotion which we spend on delivery and a mattress protecting cover. Although the price for Tempur Pedic mattresses are the same regardless of where you go (online or in store, we checked), we feel that buying in store give us a chance to try them on, get more information about the mattress, and potentially negotiate for more discounts.

Tiffany was great. She just provided the information we wanted and let us make a choice in a very low pressure environment. It was easy to just take our time and pick out the mattress that suited us. She didnt try and force our decision. The mattress was delivered the next day right on time. The delivery guys where very friendly and professional. The whole experience from beginning to end was pleasant.

I visited this store a few weeks ago and met with Tiffany. She was awesome!! Very knowledgeable and patient. I went mattress shopping on a whim and I ended up buying one that day. Saleswoman Tiffany really knows the industry, and was able to set me up with the perfect mattress. She listened to my requests, asked important questions and helped me find what I was looking for. I ended up choosing a queen sized Tulo medium firm, as well as a mattress protector, for my boyfriend and I to share. The price drop sale was the cherry on top. I was able to pick up the new mattress the next day. We love it, and it was such an easy process.

Shopped for a mattress and box spring set for my mother for an early Christmas present. Sales person Tiffany was very helpful, not pushy and never tried to pressure us. It was a very thorough process. Tiffany asked my mother many questions about how she slept and her pain issues. We were able to get her new bed delivered within two days. Removal of her existing bed was free of charge. Very satisfied, will return to buy myself a bed soon!
