Not a great experience. Bought the car and brought it to another service center and was told the brakes were completely worn. Missing engine bay cover. They worked with me on getting brakes replaced but I never got any kind of receipt no matter how many times I asked. Texted and called my salesman over and over. Never got any kind of service record of the brakes being replaced.. Took 1.5 weeks after I got the car to get brakes done, took 3 weeks to get an engine cover mailed to me. Car drives great, but should of never been put up for sale if it was not ready. Salesman told me the deposit on the car would be $1000 over the phone, then charged my card $2000!! Avoid this place if you can..

I just bought a lightly-used Lexus here and it was very positive experience. Kyle from their sales team was very helpful and responsive during the whole process, from pre-purchase inspection, financing, through to registration and closing. Theyre not at all aggressive with their sales tactics, no surprise fees, the price was good, and the financing rates were as good as I saw anywhere else. Id buy again from them in the future.

I just purchased a MB S65 from Bos Auto, well below blue book value, for the best price in the country. I am located in Washington state and purchased the car without personally inspecting it. It was priced so low I was nervous that it was a scam. I asked Frank to send the car to the MB dealer so that I could get a pre-purchase inspection and its scheduled maintenance done, as well as make sure, they really had the car. MB confirmed the car was in excellent condition so I purchased it. Frank arranged shipping and I received the car in excellent condition yesterday. The whole experience was handled professionally and I highly recommend this dealership.A year later and still love this car!!!!

Called to make an appointment for a 2016 GT4 Cayman, to pay in cash. ($100k) Aside from a rude salesman named Kyle who hung up on me when I asked him why wouldn’t they let me test drive the car before purchasing after it came from the “body shop” he said “sales manager” doesn’t allow it. Then I followed up with “ok, if I can’t test drive it (like I already did with a couple of other dealers) is it at least Porsche certified”? He said they don’t do that because they are a used car dealership. The other used car dealerships took their Porsche to a Porsche Dealership and had the inspections done and certified and dated. What kind of business are you running where you don’t take the right precautions to sell a car like that to a cash buyer?

DON’T SELL YOUR CAR to this dealer if you want your money held forever!! I sold my car at this place and received my money 6 months after I dropped off the car and Frank, who was responsible for this transaction, blamed me for giving him the wrong bank account information and didn’t apologize even once for the delay. While waiting for my money, he barely gave me any updates until I asked him what’s going on. Because of this delay, I lost hundreds of dollars because he told me that paying me in another currency is faster but the process turned out to be very slow and the exchange rate dropped by a lot during that time. Later he even said that I was uneducated. Who talks to a customer like that?? He doesn’t care about how customers feel at all doesn’t know how to do business with customers. Very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable.

Worst experience in my life. I never felt so disrespected in my life. It seems like they serve you unless you’re white. Came here to pick up a Lexus but it had a few issues like bald tires and minor scratches on the rear bumper. While speaking to the associate it seemed like he didn’t want to work with me. I offered to buy the car at listing price if they would repair the issues. When I said that they said if I don’t have money then I should leave. I then asked to speak to the manager and the manager was rude to me as well. He hushed me and said the same thing as the associate. I was mortified. I highly recommend no one that isn’t white to come to this so called dealership.

They have horrible customer service & don’t let me talk about Charlie.I wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here because of their “implied warranty”, horrible communication/customer service & how you as a customer get blamed for anything.Let me add because I am now seeing the response. After the car was taken to the Lexus dealer TWICE because it didnt start, I was told the car battery was sending low voltage and the negative cable was an after market cable. They also told me it had nothing to do with the jumping of the cables nor did it have anything to do with the push to start button. xoxo

This car dealership is extremely rude and unprofessional. Made an appointment to go see the Lexus they have tires were bald. Asked them to change them out they refused. Was willing to pay listing price for the car. Salesman stated that if I couldn’t afford it we should leave. What kind of salesman says that. Talked to the manager about the situation and tried to explain what happen but told me to shhhhh and leave the property if I don’t have the money to purchase the vehicle. The car also had damage in the the back bumper and they stated that they won’t fix it cause I don’t have money. What kind of luxury dealership can’t afford to touch up a bumper. Never been so disrespected in my whole life from a dealership. Unreal.

I had a really good experience here. Sam (sales) is a very kind, honest guy. Price was lower than anywhere else so I didn’t end up negotiating, but Sam was very straightforward asking what other ranges I had seen and seemed open to negotiation. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics, which was really important to me and removed a lot of the stress around buying. They moved very quickly and got me in my car within a week. The only thing I would have changed was to have secured my loan at my own credit union beforehand. I just had a loan offer/approval from my own bank which reduced the interest rate offered by the dealership, which was double my credit union rate. That is my only complaint, but I think this is common at dealerships. Overall highly recommend Bos Auto.

This place is dope. If you are into luxury cars, this is the place for you. I went there to get my truck detailed. I think I spotted my retirement car . The people are super nice. I will definitely go back there for the detail work and looking for what s new.

Really honest straightforward easy to work with. got my car in real early they got it in took a look at it told me the damage and gave me all possible best options. I could not tell you how happy I am with these guys. 1st of all we are from Sarasota Florida and I am a Porsche nut this will be my 3rd one I own. Let me explain my buying experience with these guys From the start to the beginning. Basically I saw the Porsche I wanted I picked it out on the Internet for my wife and I sent them the money within 2 days. We flew up to Boston to pick up the Porsche. There was a little bit of work that needed to be done on the car after we left A small vibration in the cardan shaft which actually wound up being the transfer case. More than likely the previous owner was an animal that owned the car. It is very common issues that are on Porsches if you dont know Porsches it would be easy to miss but otherwise from the beginning to the end they fixed everything I could not tell you how important that is when youre dealing with a car dealer especially a used car dealer I highly recommend these men and the next thing Im coming for is one of there 911s. I highly recommend them youre not going to find a better dealer. From the beginning to the end they have been in constant contact with us and for me that is the classiest act there is so if youre look for a car dealer dealing with high end luxury cars you definitely need to buy one from these guys. I would have been better off spending my extra time and money at a Major dealership. I bought a car and had immediate problems when I got it home, all the dash lights came on and I found cosmetic damage hidden under the floor mats. Bosauto seemed to feel they were doing me a favor by repairing a car I just bought from their dealership. After about four trips (1 hour each way), and reciprocal blame between the dealer and mechanic, my car still has electrical and cosmetic issues. I would not recommend buying from here. One may as well go to an auction directly or just be safe and go to a certified preowned dealership.

Really good customer support and they let you go inside to check out the nice exotic cars. They have a really nice little showroom in the front and they also sell pre owned vehicles. Just last time I checked out a really nice Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Even if you aren’t gonna buy the cars they will let you gladly check out the super cars really great service and the employees are very helpful and kind. 5/5 10/10

Terrible service. My partner made an appointment for 2pm on Saturday 7/20 to purchase a car more than a week ago. We called the day of to confirm our appointment and were on our way to purchase it when we got a call at 1:30 to inform us the car had been sold. Terrible business practice. Why bother making appointments if no one has to adhere to it. Will never work with this business again, completely unprofessional

I did not purchase from Bos Auto for one reason only, my wife would not let me buy another toy ( I already have 4 ). I spoke with a woman, Shanna, in regards to a 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo S. She answered every email or text message in a timely manner ( even after hours ), very polite, well educated and as honest as they come, that alone speaks volumes since car salesmen do not have the best reputation when it comes to honesty. I am not local to the dealership, but she explained in detail how the process works from start to finish and was upfront with the dealerships policies and procedures. I asked her if there was any current scratches or dings to the car other than normal wear and tear which she responded with offering to send me pictures of blemishes. The pictures she sent were of small stuff not a big deal, but Shanna took the time to be upfront and prevent any surprises. HONESTY!!!!! For the first time in 30 years of car buying, I felt as if my salesman was my partner, not my opponent. When my wife gives in, I will 100% be purchasing my next car from Shanna.

Called the dealership to schedule and test drive and confirm that the car was still for sale. Drove 2 hours to the dealership and was told the car was not for sale and was being used as a loaner. Sales manager did not even offer to let me look at the bmw m2 and simply said make me an offer. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Went for a 3-hour interior and exterior detailing via Groupon. Nice and fast service. Theres not really a designated waiting room, but you can lounge on one of the chairs they have in the next-door high-end car dealership whilst gawking at Bugattis and Maseratis.

Bought a Mercedes CLA 250 from these guys, place is a little ways from where i live but decided to give them the business. Got approved for the vehicle and had to wait a week for my car. No problem there, went home with the vehicle when i got home the wiring for the Becker Map Pilot ( which is the navigation system for the vehicle) in place but not the becker map pilot itself, hmmmm. Got in contact with Sam the salesmen i dealt with and asked him where was the becker Map pilot? He said i did not need navigation in the car and for me to use Waze. Told him i wanted my navigation system working because they got the money for the car. Waited 4 days he finally replied with an answer saying that the vehicle was wired for the navigation system but no becker map pilot was avaliable. Of course that would be the answer after getting the check for the car. The least they could have of done was replaced the becker map pilot but they could not do that. Don’t give them a 1 star because I like the car. Would i buy again from there, no. Would i recommend them, no. Sorry Sam you failed as a salesmen with me.
