My eye dr. retired, but I continued going to Eyes strictly because of Tyler, who continued to handle my optical needs. He has the patience of God, and always has a smile on his face. Tyler has impeccable communication skills, and knows the optical business. He troubleshoots, and goes above and beyond the call of duty. Tyler is an asset to your company. I had to find a new provider since my old one closed, but the great part was that my provider was at All about eyes! I get in there and everyone is so nice and friendly. Had an amazing experience. Sierra wished me a Happy Birthday as soon as I walked in the door! Service was smooth and efficient. Even though the Doctor is new, he was very friendly and welcoming. I visited All about Eyes today for the first time and I was beyond pleased. Very professional and helpful staff. Doctor Mark was amazing. He explained every detail to me about my eyes and the issues I have, made sure to work with me so we can found the best lenses and not even one time was bothered by my many questions. He made me feel that the health of my eyes mattered to him. He will definitely be, from now and on, my primary eye doctor. Last, but not list, Breanne was wonderful. She took the time to show me all the options I had that fit my budget and was very patient with me taking my sweat time to decide what I wanted to get. At the end, I left with a great feeling that I was appreciated as a customer. I cannot wait to see them again and Thank them one more time for the great service the provide.

What a wonderful Experience! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted, and checked in. The selection of frames was awesome, and the care I received matched the visual environment. The Ophthalmologist was great at explaining things, and really took the time working with me to making sure I will see an improvement with my new lens prescription. Also no one gave me pressure in purchasing contact lenses as I had experienced in pervious non related offices. They had issues looking up my insurance information, but Didnt give up and settle. They went above and beyond to seek out my information so that my insurance could be applied. Thank you! But the best gem was SIERRA, she was wonderful! I really felt like she was looking at me as a person when she gave me suggestions. She didnt pressure me to be quick about my shopping and gave me honest opinions as well as appropriate space. She even explained the promotional sales with out me asking! Loved my experience. Loved it so much I will definitely be back! I had my first eye exam with All About Eyes on July 1, 2017. I feel it was the most detailed and complete exam Ive ever received and I have been wearing glasses for over 30 years!Ashley then worked with me to find the right frames to put my new prescription in. There was a wide selection to choose from including your name brands. The price ranged from under $100 with a gradual increase up to the name brands. Such a huge variety in each price range. Ashley was patient with me as I tried on several pairs looking for the perfect 2 pairs because the buy one pair get one pair completely free including your prescription lens is a fantastic deal! Ashley then measured my eyes for the bifocal areas in the right and left eye, put all my information into the computer and I was on my way. No wait time if you have an appointment, which I liked. Even with the holiday I received my text to come in for my glasses to be fitted on Thursday July 6th. I am so pleased with both pairs of my glasses. Ashley made sure they were adjusted to my eyes/nose and that my bifocals were giving me the correct reading space. It is wonderful to have clear, sharp vision again.Thank youDavid Bridges

I just had my first experience at All About Eyes in Quincy next to Starbucks. The doctor and the staff were all amazing! I totally enjoyed my entire visit. Now one week later I recieved my sunglasses and glasses, I am thrilled!! I love them and when I picked them up the staff made sure that sat on my face properly since I have bifocals. Prices werent bad at all especially for 2 pairs of glasses. Will definitely be going back to them from now on. I totally recommend them!!!

Went to All About Eyes yesterday to have my eyes checked. Dr. Spooner is very professional, yet laid back. You can just tell you are in good hands. He answered all my questions and was thorough. Ma.Fe, one of the technicians, was also very helpful and friendly and she answered my questions too! My prescription is only slightly different than what I have now so Dr. Spooner said I could continue wearing my glasses as long as Im not getting headaches or having other issues. This shows me that they are not just trying to sell glasses and then broom you out the door. They treat you like a customer should be treated..no pushy sales tactics. I am giving them 5 stars as I really do recommend this place. Even if (for some crazy reason) you cannot find the glasses for you at this establishment, you can rest assure that your eyes are in good hands and you will be greeted by multiple smiles!

My family have been customers of All About Eyes in Quincy, IL for over 7 years. Our daughter was first noticed to have a potential of glaucoma at this facility. It was never noticed anywhere else before. With her vision being extremely poor, they are a godsend and know what to do for her. As for myself and her father, we require help with our vision also. Our most recent appointment was on February 23, 2019 and a great young lady by the name of Sierra was our technician. She was very kind and personable. You dont see that much with younger people these days. She and the doctor made the exam time very orderly and they were very efficient. My family and I will never go to anyone else!

This was my first time going to All about Eyes and first time my daughter has ever had eyes checked. I was so very impressed with the Dr. Brei explaining to each of us through out the appointment. I have been to eye appointments many times in my years never have had an explanation. I needed new glasses and my daughter had to get her first pair. They really went the extra mile for me, and I was impressed. I was given the wrong prescription elsewhere, and didnt realize it until picking up the new glasses. Seeing it was wrong I went back where I had the exam, and they made the mistake but wouldnt admit it. I then got the correct prescription, took it to back to All About Eyes, and they are going to replace the lenses at No Charge -- and it was No Fault of theirs, they simply made the prescription they were given.Very Professional on your behalf.Thanks.And further, next time Ill have the exam done here.

I havent seen any of the doctors yet so I cant comment on any of them. But I have bought my last two pairs of glasses at All About Eyes and the staff was very friendly. The first pair I bought there was great, the second pair however I gotta say not so great, BUT I will admit that isnt the fault of the company its just due to the design of the glasses I chose. Hoping to be able to go in soon and get a new pair of glasses altogether if funds allow.

I had an appointment on 9/26 and had a great experience. Dr. Brei was great and so was Breanne. My new prescription is perfect and has helped me to see much better. Breanne helped me pick out my new glasses and I love them. Plus, I was able to get a second pair for free, so I now have prescription sunglasses as well.

Best experience I have ever had. Customer service was excellent. I was immediately greeted by the staff and taken to the exam room promptly and had the preliminary tests done by the staff and shortly after the doctor came in to check my eyes and take further tests. All very friendly, experienced and professional. The doctor was friendly and very nice and explained everything clearly, very professional but personable too.Prices were very reasonable and overall experience was AAA+. I will definitely be coming back as long as I need eye care.

Doctor Mark was fantastic! Ive been going to him for years and would highly recommend him, and the girls who helped me were equally kind. The glasses I got, I had trouble seeing out of the bifocal and they made sick and feel dizzy. I took the prescription to another optical and those glasses are just fine. The doctor was great and Ashley walked us through from the beginning to the end helping get both me and my wife set up with a new pair of glasses. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Stopped by at closing time to take a quick look at frames. The young lady was most pleasant and did not act like she was in a hurry to close up. I found a pair of new frames and told her I would be back the next morning with my prescription. I stopped by and ordered the glasses and was out the door in less than fifteen minutes. I have been going to All About Eyes for about 4 years. My experience has always been positive. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. They also run a lot of great specials, so that you get value for your money. This recent time I was in there I had Bre and she was very helpful in finding glasses that work for me and my style and made the payment process simple and easy.

It had been over 5 years since my last eye exam. The doctor was very professional and explanatory. He was able to read my current script from my glasses (since I had no idea) and make the changes. I love how he showed a comparison to what I currently had to what my new script is. Dr Brei even gave me some tips for my husband who just purchased no line bifocals. A special thanks to Tyler B for helping me pick just the right glasses. He was very knowledgeable in which glasses were just the right shape, size and fit for my face. My 9 year old has been experiencing headaches daily so I knew it was time to get her in for an exam, I called and they were able to get her in within a few hours! Dr. Brie was very thorough and explained in terms that both my daughter and I could understand. While the opticians were extremely busy, Bre was very patient with us (picky 9 year old) and worked to find the perfect frames!!!

Dr. Brei explained to me that my eyes have changed and that the new environment was also a contributing factor. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, recommending certain features for my glasses including Anti-Reflective Lenses. Dr. Brei answered all my questions and I was very impressed. I went to All About Eyes after getting an initial eye exam elsewhere. They made my glasses according to that prescription. When I received my new glasses, they werent acceptable, not because of them, but because my prescription was wrong. They gladly set up another eye exam for me to recheck my eyes. The doctor was very patient and thorough. I needed this because I have an eye disease called keratoconus. Needless to say, that patience really paid off! I can see very well now. When I picked up my new glasses, the manager told me to try them for week or so to see if there were further problems, as she wanted to make them right for me. VERY PLEASED with their customer care and compassion. Oh, I went to pay fot the eye exam recheck, and she said no charge. WOW! .customer first!!!
