Ive been wearing glasses since I was 14. Ive been to many different places for glasses, but there is no place like Pearle Vision Quincy. They give the best service. The staff is friendly and nice and very accommodating. They never disappoint.

Dr. Cleary explains every test calmly. Shes a professional with a kind demeanor. Donna is outstanding in every way! She goes above & beyond, cares about every patient and makes picking out frames fun! She also gives great advice & feedback. Pearle Vision is lucky to have her!

You will find a great selection of frames and pricing. Dr. Cleary is awesome and shes always very thorough in her exams! The staff here are very knowledgable and helpful, I highly recommend Pearl Vision Quincy!!

The service Ive received at Pearle Vision is superb. The technicians are very patient, they are very knowledgeable and personable. I dont feel the need to shop around and as a shopper thats saying a lot.

On the spur of the moment, I stopped to see if they could replace the stem screws on 2 pairs of Maui Jim that I DID NOT buy from Pearl Vision. A terrific woman named Taylor tried to fix them and recognized they need special screws. At no charge, she ordered them from Maui Jim, stayed in touch and repaired them for me. Taylor and everyone in the shop went out of their way for me. I am going back there for all my reading glasses from now on!!

Dorothy is a very funny and kind old lady. She treated me like human. I felt welcomed immediately I walked into the building. She is very patient and listening. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your lenses. I highly recommend her for a bonus or salary raise. I will be going there for my glasses prescriptions.

Id just like to express my gratitude towards this Pearle Vision location in Quincy. On numerous occasions, I have gone to this location, for both eye appointments, and also for having my eyewear serviced. I have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend them to anyone. The level of service and support that is given is top notch! The times that I had to come to have my eyewear fixed, they fixed my glasses and didnt even charge me. That is some amazing customer service if you ask me!

Once again beyond satisfied!I lost my only pair of glasses and came in to see Donna (Store Manager). Within 35 minutes, I walked out of there with new frames/lenses and a $35 protection plan that cannot be found anywhere else in this country. The price was unbeatable but what brought me here to write a review was her customer service skills, which were also above the beyond.I am pleased to say that I am a client for life!

The best eye care/glasses store in the Greater Boston area, Bridget is the person you want helping you at this location. She is both the manager and optometrist not to mention one the most empathetic, trustworthy salespeople you will ever find. I needed a new prescription for my everyday glasses and possibly reading glasses prescription change. Corona Virus put new protocols in place which Natalie explained in the phone. Bridget greeted me at the door with her usual hospitality, took our temperatures ( my wife’s also and then took care of ordering new lenses and explained that my existing frames had life in them. She saved my wife and I a lot of money. She also suggested I keep using my reading glasses for a while to get used to my new lenses. I might like to use the old readers. So despite the Government’s every effort to make our lives he’ll, the Professionals like Bridget do everything in their power to make our lives normal and to give us hope through their kind professionalism, masked smiles and most importantly the precious gift of eyesight. Thank You all especially Dorothy for your continued service and for not letting the Government intimidate you all. Be Brave; Be Blessed by God

I am not happy with my glasses, they are too strong for my needs. My Opthomoligist has told me to call them for a check on them.

The particular Pearle Vision Center is very customer centric. They care about my contact and eye glass needs so that I get what I need and want. The end result is great corrective lenses with employees who are pleasant to interact with.

Dr Cleary was able to tailor a pair of glasses to a specific need (reading music) and I’m grateful for that. As always Donna, Bridget, Dorothy, and Arthur made me feel like family.

Very friendly people and I love them. Donna was really helpful and kind. Definitely will be back if I need any glasses in the future. Thank you.

This time I just had to pick up new contacts but, as always, the staff was terrific. Because of the pandemic, my contacts were brought out to the car for me, with mask on.

I felt like they werent just selling me, they really cared. I brought my mother in finally to get new glasses and she was so pleased with the help she got. Bridget completely changed her look and Mom is happy. I highly recommend you try the Quincy Pearle Vision.
