My delivery guys were amazing. Quickly got our new pieces in and set up without causing any damages to our house. Then were informative as well. And Jenna at the store was amazing and calm with us as my daughter nitpicked through beds to find one she likes as well as helping us through to make sure we could get approved for delivery! I definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs anything they are an amazing group of people!

My experience with rent one in Quincy IL, was a five star for two reasons. The manager of the store here my needs and found the items that met those needs. The second reason by far is the most important part of this review. The reason I say this is due to the fact that “the behind the scenes” employees are under valued but in this company are the last impression of the company. Which in my eyes is one of the most valued positions a company should want the best of the best. In my case, the delivery man, Dennis Smith, was that employee that went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top notch. I am confident to say the qualities, respect, & sales abilities he holds deserve a lead to management role. Was able to gauge the situation and structure himself accordingly. But when it came to business and paperwork and the customer’s satisfaction of the merchandise he was professional and ensured I understood every detail.

Dennis smith and Dennis H as well as Jeanna are wonderful to work with. Very respectful and go above and beyond to make sure there customers g he Ave a wonderful experience. They have great products and great prices as well as outstanding service. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I am buying a refrigerator from them when it stopped working. When I called the lady said she couldnt do anything since she didnt have a replacement fridge. The next day they were able to get me a fridge from a person who defaulted on payments. The fridge was loud, but it worked. About a month after I called to find out any news on my fridge, she was short and impatient saying it was still in service and hung up. A week later the compressor on the replacement fridge and I called back. Same lady said we still dont have any fridges, I dont know what to tell you, Ill call you back. I waited 2 days for a call back before I called them again. This time it was a guy who answered the phone. I explained the situation and he said we dont have any fridges in stock and both managers were on the phone. I can have them call you back, I told him I have been waiting for a call back for 3 days, he said Ill make sure they will call you back. Now here it is almost a week later, still no call and I still dont have a fridge, but they didnt waste any time getting their payment!!!

Everyone there are very nice and helpful and the best part about this place they dont push anything on you like some places. Harrison and Tiffany have made my time there very welcoming and I will definitely be going back again and again. Awful experience, there website doesnt tell you that you have to wait weeks to get the stuff after you pay money and also that the picture isnt what your getting, for instance the bunk bed with drawers doesnt really have drawers. The item i originally wanted they had no idea when theyd get in because it was part of the Ashley furniture line, so i had to pick a completely different set and i wouldnt of known any of that til i called. Also they book you out another week or more to deliver it and it was supposed to be delivered today between 1-2 and no one called to tell me they werent delivering cuz of the weather. Wouldnt of known that til i called yet again. Then was told we tried to call you and tell you, no you didnt and now it isnt coming til Monday.. If people didnt need their furntiture soon as possible they wouldnt use a rental service theyd buy it outright. Im totally not happy and im thinking about saying forget it and using another rental service. Just terrible.
