My son needed new phone we went to this location and dealt with Kevin, he was patient as we couldn’t remember passwords etc . Helpful and polite. Definitely recommend Kevin and also like location.

Matt the hiring manager was helpful at explaining the deals going on right now and how to get them. This is important for me as I switch from T-Mobile after being there for five years, and the first time going on my independent plan (separate from a family plan). Thank you, and looking forward to picking up the new phone!

Tyler helped me with my sim card problem. (it was malfuncitioning and the tray was broken) It took a few tries to get it right but each time he was patient and knowledgeable about the issues.. On the third time in the store I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremiah who sat and chatted with me while I waited for Tyler to finish up with another client. They were both very patient and professional and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in need of service or sales.

It was a very positive experience shopping for an upgrade to my iPhone.Kevin was most friendly, yet professional . He patiently listened actively to my concerns, requests and questions, so that I felt confident in making my decision to upgrade to 12, especially since I received a fantastic upgrade price! If I could I would rate my experience with Matt the store manager 100 stars but this only allows me 5 he took his time explaining everything in detail till he was sure I got it and walked me through every step along the way never getting discouraged being a senior citizen i can only imagine how hard it was not to lose his patience. In these days we live in its hard to find someone so dedicated to his job as him If you have a employee of the year I strongly suggest you look at him Thanks Matt

Hassan was great sales person, made lots of suggestions some I liked, great knowledge of products and uses. After trying internet hotspot device And service was underwhelmed. So brought back and was pleasantly surprised how hassle free Kevin made the return and follow up cancelation of service. Only bad thing is the wait can be long as phone selection and set up done as thoroughly as they do it can jam up with only two employees, but the quality of service takes time so it’s well worth it!

I live in Boston but next time I will definitely drive down all the way to Quincy just to give our business to them. Rock on!

6.8.20- Day one of Phase 2 COVID MA reopen. I know it didnt really effect the Verizon store from a capacity stand point, but didnt really know what to expect. Store Hours were correct on Google. Store Manager was there well before opening- I showed up 30 minutes earlier than open 10 AM, thinking there would be lines/ wait. Store Manager Matt Beattie opened the doors at 10 and he help me navigate a replacement/upgrade on my new phone. Mind you he help 3 other customers while completing my phone and basically on- boarded/ trained a new associate( who may have had 2 weeks on the floor experience- very nice) with his line of customers.Transaction Overall 45 Minutes- Line never got over 2 PeopleI worked 12 years as a GM of a very busy brand and I would have to say that Matt exemplified the highest level of customer service I have ever seen in a retail store.Normally I would just write a couple of nice words about his customer service skills or the way he was honest with me, but with the current climate of the world. Matt gave me have faith in humanity.He also had items transfer from another local store and is picking up for me? what?Also its a Monday?- Thanks Matt

Was hesitant to proceed when I found out it was a Go Wireless location and not a freestanding Verizon store and hate going to deal with phone issues anyway …but boy you cannot judge a book by the cover BEST service from Kevin ever!

Make sure you are all set before leaving because they do not answer their phone. I finally hung up after waiting on hold for 30 minutes. But liked the jazz music on hold.

Trevor was so helpful and patient with me when I came in to update my phone - he explained all the options I was considering very carefully and I never felt pushed or swayed in any direction. I upgraded my iphone 7 to the new 11 even though I had been considering the XS (but oddly, that would have been more expensive!) I felt very taken care of and even had Trevor follow up with me to be sure everything was going smoothly. Great experience! Highly recommend!

Great experience here working with store manager, Matt. He really knew his stuff. Family was renewing contract and upgrading iPhones. Matt saved me money on my plan, got us a free Galaxy tablet and used some of our old phone rebates to hook us up with phones cases. Terrific store with super staff! Thanks Matt!

Couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience today. Matt, this new store’s manager, took the time to answer all of my questions and walk me through the process of purchasing a new iPhone, iWatch and accessories. Matt took the time to honestly explain all my options and I left feeling like I got the best possible deal available. I would recommend that anyone in the area take the time to go visit this new store, having dealt with Verizon and Apple for years, this is the best customer service I have ever received.
