The gentleman who works there was so patient and a hard worker. Taking care of multiple customers. The female at the computer was just as helpful. My first time at this location. Recommended by MBTA instructor. Kudos to this location in Rockland. MA.
Whoever the women is who works on Sunday nights is the rudest, least helpful person I’ve ever encountered. She was absolutely horrible to deal with I actually wanna cancel my service and sign up with Verizon after dealing with her

Went there on Sunday to sign up for a new phone under the family plan. However, was told the family plan is grandfathered hence the store assistant told us to leave our contact details behind while they check and confirm things for us. Waited for two days but did not receive any feedback. Called on the third day and the store assistant took down my number, saying she is busy at the moment and would call back. There is no response since then. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE

Rude, unknowledgeable, kurt, terse, unwilling to help, tried to extort money from me.Went in because my phone wasnt charging (Ive already had 2 warranty replacements in 6 months for the same issue), and to check if it was the phone or the charger. Turned out to be the charger this time, and asked if they could replace on warranty.For the record, I used to work for T-Mobile in a store, I know the policies and what they have on hand and are allowed to do.I was told the charger wasnt covered under the warranty (lie)I was told they dont have extra chargers (lie)I was told customer care wouldnt send me a charger either, and that I had to purchase a $35 charger (lie)I laughed in his face, left, immediately called 611, and had customer care send me a charger for free.They CAN replace chargers under warranty if its within 6 months (he didnt even check my warranty), they DO have extra chargers in the back that they keep from warranty replacements or display units and are allowed to give them out if someone comes in with a warranty issue. If they couldnt help in store they are SUPPOSED to direct me to customer care to get a replacement.Idiots.
This place is unprofessional and rude, absolutely no respect for customers.The store manager is a clown. Save your time and go somewhere else
