On my visit 6-12-21 i have to say not only was the customer service spot on but they way the 2 gentleman there handled our problem was phenomenal! Cant begin to say enough about these two and the great service i recieved. Thank you both very much!
We switched to T-Mobile because they offered a plan more suited to our needs at a lower price and were very helpful. Our previous company just seemed to have lost the customer service urgency they had. They are still a good company, we just seemed to have a different view of good customer service.

I needed a new phone and had decided on one I wanted. They didnt yet have it in stock so I asked for my 2nd choice. Nope, out of stock. The guy brought out a Galaxy A11, had just come out and was a good phone. Well, its not. Nothing works on it. Took 20 minutes for a short video I shot to load (thats with Wi-Fi). The guy also added insurance to my account without my authorization. I suspect Ill get a different phone after the 1st of the year, and it wont be from this location.
Store open. Lights on. Doors locked and nobody there.Still cant get my service cancelled.

Terrible experience. They said they would have my phone for me within the day then called at the end of the day and asked me to come pick it up the next morning so I was there right at 9 am and no one was working they are a waste ofTime

Had a awesome experience. I went in to look around, but I ended up upgrading my phone and also finding out that I was paying more than I needed to be. Thanks to the manager Tony, I was able to get my plan down, upgrade, get my niece a phone and some accessories all while saving me some money. Anytime I need anything with my phone Ill definitely will be returning here. 😃
Couldnt put up with it for a month,, went back to Boost after a couple of weeks. Connections breaking up or dropping completely! Texts delayed oftentimes for hours! Great phones, horrible service!

This place had extemely stupid people here. I simply wanted to know whether my phone model was covered under their service and they didnt comprehend the question. They kept thinking I was switching providers or I had bought a used phone. I told them it was my first smartphone ever. I had simply bought a new phone offline and was seeking a provider that covered the model number. How thick do you have to be to not understand that? I hung up still without any answer. One of the ppl also said Id have to buy a Sim card and try just to see if it works if it doesnt Ill have to pay the bill anyways. Which is shady considering all they have to do is look it up on their computer to confirm whether or not its in the system. Theyre playing dumb on purpose to real ppl in or theyre truly incompetent.

My name is Brock Griffin, I am a Pizza Hut delivery driver on 36 and Broadway Quincy Illinois. there is currently a metroPCS truck parked illegally between MetroPCS and Pizza Hut on the sidewalk that blocks my view of oncoming traffic making it very difficult to exit the parking lot. Please move the truck before someone gets hurt due to their inability to see car is coming.
Dont go here. The coverage sucks. I live right down the street. They told me we had coverage there. First i had to go outside to talk on the phone and now i have no service at all
On your guard!!!!! Never got second rebate. Phone powers off and restarts on its own. Service is horrible in certain areas of Quincy. Help is constantly changing.
