I went there today for the Pokemon Evolving Skies Prerelease and really enjoyed my time there! Everyone there was super nice and helpful, even offering advice, sleeves, and borrowing dice when I needed it. People also were there trading cards and discussing the current rotation and new set. Everyone was very sportsman-like and very kind to absolutely everyone else. Ill definitely be going back for future prereleases and tournaments.

I stopped in two weeks ago on a Saturday, around 11:30am. The employee working was named Clara and was extremely helpful and pleasant and I enjoyed speaking with her about my interests.They truly are passionate about hobbies and gaming and it shows in their staff and product selection. They have fair competitive prices, a wide selection of tabletop gaming books, dice, miniatures, and paint. I’ll be back again and again.

I walked in wanting to purchase a RTR car and came out with a truck priced below MSRP and a 7c battery pack at half price. The RC selection isnt massive, but there should be something for anyone. I wasnt sure I would find anything worth bringing home, but the staff helped me out and I will be going back for my next purchase.

Not very friendly. The woman behind the register seemed much more interested in whatever she was doing than helping me. She was very short. I ended up not buying anything due to her attitude. Perhaps there’s better employees, but she was not one of them.

Went in looking for a couple of screws for my rc car. Lady was very unwilling to help! Pretty 😞!!! Have also heard from friends of how disrespectful she was to them. Used to shop here regularly and have bought several rc cars planes helicopter from this store. Wont be shopping here anymore!!!!! And to be clear on your response! I do know what model car I have and told the lady when she asked. I told her it was a king motor! Her response was. That dont do me any good in a unpleasant tone of voice thats when I left! Just saying its a krsc-002 also know as km-002

Cute little place with a lot of cool products and other things for sale. The selection is good and the staff is super friendly. It is a hidden gem in the city of Quincy.

Drove in from out of town specifically to check out this store two different times, and it wasnt open either time. Why post hours of operation if you dont follow them? Very disappointed :(Edit 05/18: Managed to catch you today! Thank you for your kind response, owner was very polite and helpful, good selection of products, only reason I didnt buy something was because I have no room. Will definitely do so when some space is freed up!

Tons of stuff for such a small shop, very helpful staff, I got a truck, had some sort of an issue, and without issue they swapped me for another. Knowledgeable group, nice to deal with. Will end up spending too much money there!!!

Very helpful and friendly employees! However.. on a few trips to their store they opened late. Also, very seldom can I find the parts I am looking for to repair or simply maintain my rc that I purchased directly from them. I have found it much easier to just be patient and order what I need online instead of stopping in to see if they have what I require.

So I was camping at Mark Twain Lake and my stampede 4x4 vxl had a terrible accident. So found this hobby store about 40 minutes away. It was raining and decided to venture out. Store was nice with good customer service. Ended up buying a stampede xl5 4x4 and they threw in an extra battery half off. I will fix the stampede 4x4 vxl, but with limited time off decided to pick up a replacement. Owner said more than half the store in the back is filled with replacement parts. So if I get in a bind again Im sure I will be back. Always fun to check out different hobby stores! Have fun
