Was in town to see Family, Looking g to make this Quincy IL My new relocation. We went into this Store and everyone was very Friendly and Professional in making Ill visit exceptional. I just want to say keep up YOUR Standard of Customer Satisfaction. Was very impressed. Being Public Relations It a GREAT Thing to see and I totally Appreciate it. Your Store Nailed it!! We were in the Historic District. I will tell Everyone about Your Store.

This was my very first time in a hyvee store. I had heard so many great things about it and its employees. It didnt disappoint. It was a great store. It had so much in it that I didnt expect. It was stocked, clean tons of stuff. It reminded me of a Fred Meyer store from the Northwest or a Crest Foods from OKC.

Its a good store. Use to be a top flight store. Unfortunately just like everywhere else its become the outhouse. Out of this, out of that, Im sure its of no fault of theirs. Supplies are limited for all nationwide right now.

Worked here for about 6 months, and shop here often...as it is close to my house. Great Hy-Vee location overall

We were traveling from Georgia to Iowa, so we know about the Hy-vee stores very well & this store didnt disappoint us at all. We bought a few groceries then hit the little food court, there was a wide variety to select from. We chose their roast beef dinner & we had plenty to eat. We really enjoy shopping at the Hy-Vee stores.

I always liked HyVee stores for their extra cleanliness. But I picked up one of their pizzas for the first time and was NOT disappointed! One of the best pizzas Ive had in a long time! Everybody has to try one of these!

Well Stocked just like Broadway our Cashier Kaylee L. Was very kind social even though she was busy she was fast and kind! Thank you! 10 out of 10 recommend for sure!

I love this Hy-Vee location! Always have had friendly service there.Keep u[ the good work.... Side note I eat more plant based protein(I still have a burger, etc. every now and then. My cheat days), somewhat of a vegan based hybrid diet. You could increase that section even more. Just a suggestion.

This is by far one of the nicest grocery stores Ive ever been to in My Life. Theres another location more commonly known on Broadway is bigger, but has nowhere near the ease the organization as this location. Also must say staff is very well trained and politely orientated

Its cheap they allways have a sale going on something but they never seem to able to keep anything good in stock for more then 2 days

I know this is the mid-west but it cant be impossible to provide fresh produce. My entire bag of red potatoes was rotten.

While it is a great store to shop at, theres hardly ever A staff member near if you have questions & if you need to call for help at the self checkout it takes forever for someone to show up

Good. Somewhat difficult to find some items. Gravy mixes not with similar items like spices and prepared packets of mixes for things like slow cooker meals.. a larger selection of low no sugar items would be good.Organization of products seems to intricate.

I absolutely love shopping at hyvee. The fuel saver rewards are an extra perk added on top of all the amazing deals they already offer. I do all of my grocery shopping here and i personally buy at least 10 steaks from their meat counter monthly. The quality of their products and the capabilities of their staff is above excellent. I love how friendly and knowledgeable the employees are and how willing they are to help with any and all needs. I highly recommend this store to any and all shoppers.

The staff in this location are always kind and considerate, the store is always clean and well stocked.

They keep the shelves stocked better than Walmart and prices are reasonable. Who wants to drive to the edge of town (WM) to find them out of half the items you came for?

Wonderful grocery store...excellant variety of foods...very clean and friendly

They moved everything around. Meat was okay,but alot of fat in meat. Fish was okay.

The drive thru Rx pickup lane is terrible. People park in line &block traffic east & west.A drive thru on west side would solve problem.12th & Harrison location.

I have gotten several cakes from 12th and Harrison but my daughter so was pleased with this cake! It looked and tasted good!

Excellent food at the gas station!

Best supermarket in Quincy Id say. A newly renovated store with all the goods one comes to expect from a decent purveyor of food. Way better selection of alcohol and less crowded than the other location.

Have no complaints shop there regularly

Usually busy but still you usually receive quick service. They dont have very much non-food items. Can sometimes find good sales on meat like beef and pork chops. Kinda pricey though.

Nice Friendly People And Good Food in the market grille. Need to train their employees on how to cook food on hot food line and grill better. And keep their condiments stocked and dining room clean. The grocery store overall nice and clean. Great produce.

Getting pretty disappointed with the slow service in pharmacy. The last 3 times I have had to wait 45 mns in drive thru. I don’t know if you’re not training correctly or if it’s just not a right fit for the gal working. Very frustrating

There truly is a smile in every aisle behind the masks! Very friendly, helpful workers. I like that I can read their name tags.

Place went down hill, I got there 10 minutes before closing as the manager was 20ft from beer and liquor section I asked if I could get something and he replied I just locked it... We close in 10 minutes (with a snarky tone). So shouldnt I be able to make a purchase? It wouldnt have been hard to allow me to get what I need an be out of the store in under 10 min. Instead I had to go across town for one thing that I was 20ft from. Not only no longer 24hr but close 10min early and close self check out early so you have to stand in line needlessly. Just the latest in a long line of little things that are wrong since pandemic started, I could go on and make a list but if you need something late and by late I mean 11 on a weekend better of going to county market or Walgreens. Such a disappointment I live a few blocks away and used to be my favorite place to shop and bragged about them all the time, so sad to see it the way its going. I will drive way out of my way to county market where they still value customers until close.

Its nice, when you are in your 80s, to have baggers who realize you cant carry a sack with 6 cans in it up 2 flights of stairs. They do a good job of making the load manageable.

How is a decent selection and always friendly staff and trust me they have the better food there compared to the HyVee on Broadway even the gas station is better there than the one on Broadway and much better than any of the county markets the only thing I dont like about HyVee versus county market here in Quincy Illinois is the fried chicken and macaroni salad both of which are better at county market

They have so much to choose from and they always ask me if I found what I am looking for.

My husband took me to dinner. He likes the pineapple pork. I get other foods, this time I had chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and brown gravy with green fluff salad. They just opened the inside dining room. We were the only ones there. It was very nice.

That stoors service is awesome

Most customers are wearing masks, thankfully. All employees and vendors are masked as well. I feel as safe as can be expected. They are very friendly and honestly want to do a great job.

Fantastic. The establishment is very clean and as for the selection they have lots of variety, high quality products and pretty good prices. They basically have everything you need on a weekly basis.Also their hot bar food is amazing. The The pizzas and Chinese food are a personal favorite since you get a lot of food for the price. The sushi is pretty good too. The produce is always high quality and very fresh.Easily my favorite place to shop.

I got to say as far as grocery stores go, HyVee destroys the competition they are Leagues above County Market and Save-A-Lot

Im torn on the rating. For a grocery store, Ive been to better (Wegmans and Whole Foods) but for the area, it doesnt get better. The hot foods and salad bar are good but pedestrian. The selections in the produce, cheese, and meats are similarly good but mostly utilitarian/common. Prices are reasonable, the store well lit and clean. The dining area/bar has enough TVs to not miss whatever playoff game youre worried about missing, its clean and well-serviced, also big enough to accommodate the Sunday morning brunch crowd.

Delicious HOT breakfast from the grill.Ordered online..and they brought it to the car. Awesome fluffy omelet and pancakes! The breakfast potatoes are yummy!

Went to the meat counter to get kebabs for grilling, noticed there were none made up. I asked if they had any kabobs, they said no, but would be more than happy to make me fresh kabobs. Every employee seems to go out of their way to make you happy, their service and quality of food is excellent.

The Hyvee on Harrison is much easier to get around in without a lot of people running you over with their carts.

My son & I always have a pleasant visit at Hy-Vee, but today really made my day. Our cashier, Marcella H, was very patient with me, since I have hearing issues, and she was very kind to my son, engaging in pleasant conversation while bringing up my purchases. This means a lot to me since he has autism, and sometimes people arent very understanding. She, and the young lady who bagged my groceries (Im sorry, but I dont remember her name) were cheerful & worked swiftly to get us through the check-out. This kind of experience will keep me as a loyal customer.
