We ordered our Viking hot tub and even with the shut down (which caused many delays) we are getting our tub delivered next week. Gave us time for our patio and running the electric. They give you the box and once its hooked up, they deliver, set up, fill it and make sure everything works. Ryan has done everything he said he would. This is a reputable business ! Took around 3 1/2 months.

I was very pleased with the service. My heater quit working. I thought for sure I was going to have to replace it. Relax came out, saw that the board was bad and within a hour, my hot tub was back up and running. Good service, good price, I am very happy and will use them again. I highly recommend them to all my friends.

Other than the entire state of California shutting down because of the panic, Ryan was amazing. He kept in touch with any new information about the Caldera hot tub we ordered Feb 28. Just took delivery last week. Ryan set it up in about 2 hours and we are enjoying it. He always answers the phone and if not leave a message and he will get right back to you.

This business has defaulted on over $1,500worth of freight shipments that were coordinated by my company - FullCoverageFreight LLC.My business handles hot tub shipment for dozens of the largest hot tub manufacturers and we ship to hundreds of their dealers throughout the country. We have now enlisted the services of a 3rd party collections agency along with our in house legal counsel in an attempt to collect payment.Relax Quincy Spas has engaged in theft of services and we have documentation for all rendered services which we did not receive payment for. - Signed bill of lading showing delivery of hot tubs. - Signed bill of lading showing shipment of hot tubs from their hot tub supplier, Cal Spas out of Pomona, CA - Attempted collections attempts from our corporate office, 3rd party collections company and legal counsel.I have great respect for any and all small-businesses and I understand how competitive the hot tub industry is. Over the course of my business I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of extremely honest and well-run hot tub dealers. Many of whom are located in the same market as Relax Quincy Spas. I would be more than happy to direct you to a reputable dealer, that stands by their product, pays their bills, and will be around for the long haul.
