Lol...I did a deal in the back of this place OMG! but other than that I am pretty sure beyond a reason of a doubt they provide you with parts and services that are far beyond what you would expect out of a neighbor Napa lol

I had a huge problem with a different location in Illinois. I called this location because it’s near my mechanic. The assistant Mgr Laura I believe was her name she was so amazing she fixed the problem for me she was so patient and understand. I very highly recommend this location.

Totally expressed with how helpful and friendly the female clerk was when I visited, I went to Advance Automotive one day and not one of the 3 clerks would ask me if I needed help !!!!! They were standing around doing nothing .Definitely will go back to NAPA on Durand 😊

Your crew is great. They answered every question I had. Now..... Dust off that pocketbook and buy them a radio for goodness sake. You can hear a pin drop everytime I walk in there. I can hear my own heartbeat. Its not right.

Most knowledgeable staff in the area. This was my go to place for auto parts when we lived in racine. Dan and the guys are always very helpful and will go above and beyond to find parts, no matter how difficult. They truly care about their customers and it shows. AAA discount for auto club members is awesome. Definitely recommend!

I will say very friendly here parking is ok... For those who dont have any exp. with this company well on most of the auto parts pricing are ok but when it gets to tools boy oh boy they can triple the price on you for sure.. Thing that i can get for $15-$25 these guys want $50-$75 and that is a big change... On the other hand last time i was there the did not have the product and send me 12 miles away to be able to get the break down going... That really is not the case, when they give me the location in a piece of paper she did not state it was up north in Mil.... Ended up with gps lost due to lack of info making my day much longer... So keep in mind for me when i have to say about service at least this time was a fail for me.

Cant say I was overwhelmed by the friendliness of the staff or by how wonderfully well lit the place was, but they do have parts.
