Gave me the run around, no one told me the same thing. Better service if you drive to the one on Washington I believe. Don’t go here if you don’t know much about cars know exactly what you need.

I went to AutoZone yesterday for an issue with my battery that I purchased only a few months earlier at a different AutoZone location. It was a last ditch effort to stop here before my appointment with the service center at a local dealership that wanted $149 just to diagnose the problem which was my car not always turning over, it was always temperamental. I walked in and Anthony asked what I needed help with, I told him, and he checked my battery with a device to test if it was defective. He determined that the battery was fine and went above and beyond and found that the problem was a loose connection to the battery. Anthony tightened the connection without charge and now my car is back to working without any issues. He was quick, very polite, and very personable. I told his manager what an excellent employee Anthony is and want to pass along this experience in hopes that he gets recognized by the company. He saved me so much time and money and put my very stressful day to an end as money is tight right now. Thank you Anthony on Douglas Ave in Racine!

Went for brake pads, oil filter and some other thing. It took 3 trips because they kept giving me the wrong parts.

I had an issue with my headlights that 3 high profile auto shops couldnt figure out. Greg at this location found the issue in minutes. I owe my life to that guy.

Auto Zone on Douglas Avenue is always excellent, both on price and customer service.

Best place to purchase certain parts because there cheaper and they lend you tools,replace whipper blades for you

Great store with knowledgeable staff... they have most of what i need usally in stock. Other parts usally you can get them same or next day in store pickup.

This store is more together than OReilly but what u are looking for parts, there are auto stores in our area that are REAL part Stores.

Worker was very helpful and changed the light bulbs for my license plates. Very appreciative!

My experiences with them over the years have been okay to say the least.

If I worked at a parts store, it would not be a job. It would be a paid learning experience. Thats what auto parts stores need. People who are interested with how an automobile functions, how parts are engineered to work in the car, people who like to do there own work on their cars, people who want make their car shine and run as long as possible. Cause we all know, cars are expensive. And the longer we maintain our vehicles the better off we all are with hoping to keep the big automakers prices from gouging its customers. Us!

I just bought air fresheners which were self service. Reasonably priced. Not the fastest service. I had to wait for a clerk to come out from the back so I could make a cash purchase.

Its better then talking the city bus.

The guys on the 75th St AutoZone are probably some of the best around. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. They also have the best no hassle parts warranty around in my opinion. Theyre open late and will help install products as well. Try them, theyre very knowledgeable and always helpful.

I would like to thank this guy but I didnt catch his name. He came in at 900 am at the Douglas store on Nov 5 for changing my bulb on my jeep Cherokee. He was polite and fast and knew what he was doing.

I called the other AutoZone and had a part put on hold for me but when I got there it wasnt really and their inventory. Honest mistake. So I was sent to the Douglas avenue AutoZone and when I got there I dealt with a woman named Jazz. It seemed as if I was a burden to her and I interrupted her day because I walked in the door. I cannot believe the attitude that this woman had and how rude and short she was for being in customer service. I will never shop at this store again, ever. its bad enough that I had to drive across town to get the part that I needed. But then I had to drive back across town to another store only to get a disgusting attitude from a person that probably should have just called in today. I really hope management reach this review because Im sure that Im not the only one who has had to deal with her attitude and her fascination with her fingernails.

Always get great service and the workers tend to know what they are talking about. I recommend talking to the manager Jean, you tell her a problem or a noise and shell tell with 95 percent certainty what it is :)

This auto zone has always been great, with good customer service and a team of workers who know what there talking about when it comes to cars. Also resoniable prices for great parts.

My second choice for auto parts

I will never buy an alternator here. I would also advise you to get your alternators tested at OReillys. My alternator passed autozones test. Came to find out it was a bad alternator. Took too much time to realize certain parts are not meant to be bought or truthfully tested at autozone.
