I drove up to the doors and waited for them to open the garage doors. A few minutes later the service writer came out to tell me they open up automatically when you get near (old school and have only seen push opens). Glad he came out and told me. He then quoted me an hour for my service but came 24 minutes later and said “Done”. I just bought a new Odyssey from them and we have an older Civic. I like this place and their always professional to me, no need to go elsewhere.
My friend decided it was time for a new car, gently used with a leasing option. Assuming she needed to have a trade in vehicle, because of prior vehicles owned with 1 repo and not much $ down. We only test drove one before she decided to pull the trigger on her purchase. 2 questions we personally forgot to ask, was there any car accidents with this vehicle and does it have locking lugnuts? 2 things that the young gentleman shouldve made sure of before us leaving, especially because Christine did mention at one point she had dealt with it before and did not want to again... Dont get me wrong Robert was extremely kind and kept us motivated while we waited. Considering we had planed on being in and out, hoping her mom didnt have to cosign.Keep in mind they were lovely at Ziegler Honda and even got her an extra $ 500 to put down. That small loan she can pay off in the next year and be done with it and not worry. She has a new car she loves, and feels safe with her daughter in. Robert was the young man who helped us out along with George, who made sure we felt welcomed as well as, Casey the gentleman who was diligent about writing up the paperwork for the leasing options and went over everything with us, making sure we knew damn well what everything meant. My first visit under new name of Zeigler. Felt some subtle differences. Usually when they do the inspection points you get a paper that tells you condition of tires etc. This time paperwork said inspection was done but did not give me the ratings on tires for example. Mo did a good job of explaining needed work. Just figured the inspection paper work would be included at the end but realized after I left it was not part of it.
We just bought a Honda Passport a couple days ago. It was the best experience. Due to my work schedule, we didn’t get there until 7pm on Friday night. We were worried we wouldn’t have enough time but the several people stayed with us until after midnight to finish the sale. David was our salesman, and he was awesome. I definitely can’t say enough good things about him or the finance team. They are absolutely willing to do what it takes to make the customer’s day.

Went in after spending much time on the phone discussing price and fees. They sat us down and came out with an extra 896 dollars in “accessories”. Was told this was for a mandatory security system. We walked. Was called the next day and was told it was for “maintenance” to the vehicle. So obviously they don’t even have a uniform excuse for the fees! While there they tried to hard sell me because of the “chip shortage!” Let’s use the pandemic as a reason for price gouging and unsavory practices!! Is it that hard to ask for a little concern for customers and honesty??

Excellent experience from start to finish. Looked at cars online and called to inquire. Maggie was so sweet, patient & personable on the phone that a friend and I made the 30min drive down from Milwaukee. When I arrived, Joey took over my search. He was helpful, kind and not at all pushy. I originally was looking for Honda Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, but ended up with a brand new 2021 Pilot loaded w/every feature I was looking for AND within my specified budget. Joey’s manager, James, and the owner, George, each stopped to say hello and answer questions. They both were knowledgeable and friendly without applying any pressure. I test drove cars at 2 other dealerships in the days prior. One salesman called me to follow up and tried to match Joey’s offer... but because of Racine’s superior customer service, we bought from Joey. I felt well cared for by all even by the nice man that was cleaning the garage floor that congratulated us on our new car and snapped this pic for us! Feeling good about where we purchased the vehicle has allowed me to enjoy my new car without worrying that I was rushed or ripped off. Thank you, Racine Honda! Walked in was approved in 10 minutes bad credit and all!! Came in looking for a Tahoe cuz I have big fam! But walked out with better! fits my family!! Everything was So dang fast we’re still shock! Let’s just say I was there 30 minutes tops.. we went got food while they detailed our truck that looked like it was already detailed!! Filled tank up 😍 Everyone was nice and on their game! My experience here was an overall success. I was eligible for a vehicle of my choice with a low down payment in which made this transaction even more favorable. The place was clean, lots of inventory, everyone was professionally mannered and professionally dressed. I’ve never purchased a vehicle in such timely manner on a weekend at that. Gillesa was such great help showings the vehicle in detail and being knowable about the car facts. Maggie was also a great help she even guided me through adding the vehicle on to my insurance policy. I love seeing woman empowerment and these ladies got me in and out and I’ve been smiling every since. I would highly recommend them and Thank you guys once again.

I’ve called numerous times for two weeks now and either don’t get an answer, or the people I have spoken to state they will have someone call me back. I inevitably have yet to receive a call back. I also haven’t been able to get any sort of email address from anyone to contact the financial person that way. Their only answer to me is to drive 2 hours to fill out a form, I can fill out a financial app through email with them but magically not this form. 🤷♀️

I came to Zeigler Honda of Racine after receiving a concerning diagnosis to my problem of road noise at another Honda dealership/service center. They were asking for over $1300 of work, and what they wanted me to replace just didnt sound right to me or my family. I brought my car to Zeigler for a second opinion, though I didnt tell them at first. I just told them the problem and asked them to look at my car. I wanted their unbiased opinion.I worked closely with Zack Whittaker while at Zeigler, and he inspected my CR-V and explained Zeiglers diagnosis. They saw a completely different problem, that would be covered under warranty. At that time I explained what the other dealership said, Zack went over my car again, with me, to explain what he saw versus what the other service center was telling me. I decided to move forward with Zacks reccomended fix.$100 deductible later, the noise is gone! I could not be any happier. I appreciate Zeigler and Zacks through evaluation and explanation. I felt they were taking care of me and my car, not taking advantage of a young woman and looking for every penny they could get.At this time, I highly reccomend Zeigler Honda of Racine to anyone needing a trustworthy Honda service center.

In my humble opinion, a dealership is only as good as its service department. I recently moved to the area and yesterday was my first time to Zeigler Honda service. I needed my tires rotated and I had a valve stem cap that was stuck on. Long story, short I ended up getting much needed new tires. Mofleh was my service writer and he was awesome!! Customer service in general seems to be a thing of the past on most cases but Mofleh was great and really took great care of me. First impressions are everything and I will definitely be back because of him.
We stepped into the Honda of Racine to test drive a CRV, I had been thinking about getting one and wanted to see how it drove. Brandon helped us and he was so professional and kind, later we found out it was one of his first times on the floor and we were blown away by his service, but we weren’t able to buy at that time. After having a bad experience buying my last car (pushy salesmen and super long buying times) we decided to look at online retailers like Carvana and vroom, because they seemed super easy and seamless and worked with my busy schedule. Brandon texted me in the middle of the week to check up and I decided to text him to see if he could get me a similar or better deal since I liked working with him. The experience of buying a car with him was great and he got us in and out in good time.we loved working with him, he was honest and trustworthy. The only thing was that the car had an issue that needs to be fixed before I can get it, would’ve loved to drive off with the car that day, thankfully we were able to get the problem fixed at no cost. Would definitely recommend using this dealership.

My husband and I saw a Camry hybrid we liked from this Zeigler location so we drove out there from Milwaukee. Test drove it and offered to buy it for $15K because that’s what our loan was for and had preapproval through UWCU already. The sales rep Jovin said he was not sure if they could do that but said he’d go discuss with finance. After about an hr, he came back to tell us that UWCU would take the loan even though it was over the preapproved $15K. So of course we waited for 3+ hours and when we went to sign the paperwork, the loan was all of a sudden under Fourstar and over 2% higher! NOT OKAY! On top of that, after a few days we received a text from their Finance department to call Fourstar to verify income. We have bought from dealerships before and have never had to verify income after we already signed the loan and drove the car off the lot…don’t they do that before someone drives off the lot? I was told it was common practice when I asked why they are now verifying income again.I thought maybe our experience was a one-off but after reading some other reviews, I wish I would’ve looked further and beyond the 4.7 star reviews. Not only was the experience unethical but they also have an agreement with UWCU and did not abide by it so beware. Only good thing is we love our Camry.
I took a trip to Zeigler Honda from Indiana for my buddy. We get there and he already knew what truck he was getting because he has been talking to Jesse Aguinaga over the phone. After my buddy got his truck paper work done I talked to Jesse about trading my car in and he was so helpful and patient with me and after a long day I picked out the truck I wanted, with his help. This has been by far the best experience I have had with dealership and I have had a lot!

He was very knowledgeable but if I ever asked a question that he didnt know the answer to (which wasnt often), he was honest about the fact that he wasnt certain, but made it his top priority to get an answer for me.Additionally, I had the opportunity to speak to three managers at different points in the process as well as their finance officer. These interactions were equally professional and comfortable. The managers were willing to work with me as I figured out the details of my purchase and the finance officer was courteous and patient with me as I asked questions about paying for my new vehicle.If you have your eye on anything at this location, DO NOT be afraid to go in! They offer HIGH-QUALITY service in all they do!

Joey Barrera was very pleasant to work with when I was at Racine Honda to turn in my old car and lease a new one. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted in my price range and was very helpful during all aspects of the process. He made what can be a very long process completely tolerable and fun! The only complaint that I had was the car only came with on key. The staff and management where on top of it and made a new key. Will most definitely be coming back to buy my new car. I had to have my Honda Odyssey serviced. I chose to have this large repair at Honda of Racine. It was an expensive repair on my sliding door that I had been putting off for years. From the first phone call to make the appointment and all the way through the process, I was surprisingly impressed. I have never received this level of excellent service from a dealer before. I was kept in the loop the whole time. I felt like I paid a reasonable price. They were able to quickly find the parts I needed. I dealt with Zach and Mo and they were great. All I did was try to get a rough estimate for a monthly payment on a car. Now I’m on the brink of harassment from these people and the emails they send are SO unprofessional like the one I’ve attached. I’ve received this one recently as well as 2 others in the past. One out of no where asking if I was avoiding them and the other asking if I was offended by them because I didn’t answer their calls. If you think this is how you’re going to get customers, you’re wrong. As someone who works in a professional environment myself, I would never in my entire life leave emails like this.You make yourself sound like the clingy ex boyfriend.

I had done a lot of research on the vehicle I wanted to get into, and I will say that I was pleased to have gone to the Honda dealership as opposed to buying my car online. They were able to have a manual transmission on hand for my test drive, and offered me top dollar for my trade in. I drove in with my old car and drove off the lot in my new car in 3 hours. I thought the shady sales tactics and talking in circles you hear about when buying a vehicle were just rumors or exaggerations. Just the opposite here, every shady tactic in the book was on full display here. After almost 2 hours we still were not able to get the cost of a vehicle. They tried to upsell us on a security system that was already in the vehicle and every add-on had an unbelievable amount of extra charges. It went on and on. We even waited 5 days because they were supposed to call us with a final price which never came. First the associate was on vacation. Then the assistant manager was in a meeting after just calling us (we were returning the call less than 2 minutes later). Lastly the manager had just left for the day. All over a 5 day period. Oh did I tell you that they wanted to charge extra for the tires and installation of the tires. We literally just took the vehicle on a test drive. 🤣😂🤣🤷♂️. I never thought I would be able to experience this. I still dont know whether I should be thrilled about the movie scenario experience or upset because they tried to fleece us. Either way we went to Schlossmann Honda and purchased the upgraded version of the vehicle we wanted with several add-ons. We did this because Schlossmann was straight forward, acted professional and with integrity. Ive posted a picture of the purchase from Schlossmann Honda.
This place is bad business. Not sure how they sleep at night. Negotiated a final sale price put down a deposit and when reviewing final paperwork the dealer added over $1k in miscellaneous fees. They refused to reduce the fees or even explain them properly. Stating these fees are normal at all dealerships. Then they refused to give me my cash deposit back-check would be cut and mailed. I would advise to stay away from this dealership at all costs. Read all previous reviews regarding shady sales tactics.
Went in for a trade-in. Mario Z. took care of us, he was easy going, knowledgeable and felt no pressure from him.At one point, the manager came in to explain the promotion he had on the website, he had an attitude and pretty much said the promotion wasn’t completely true. Didn’t want to waste my time with him.However, the next day I contacted Mario and he was able to work something for us. Loving the Pilot we got.

Yesterday was me and my boyfriends first financed car together in an effort to establish more credit and prepare us for the future of buying a home. We walked in not really sure what we were looking for, let alone approved for. Our sales rep Carlos was really positive, optimistic, professional, curteous, everything you would want for your first car buy. We told him what we wanted and he brought us the best match. However we were not happy with the monthly payments but George stepped in and helped meet us somewhere in the middle. That is something that was not done in a previous vehicle purchase at a different dealership. We also appreciated the GM of the dealership coming by twice to make sure all was going well and to thank us for our business. He thanked us again the next day as well and was sincerely interested about our being happy with the overall experience. We were impressed with Racine Honda.

Thomas Platt was the best salesman I could’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Rather, have him work with me. He made me feel secure in achieving positive outcomes despite not having the greatest credit or down payment. Driving a car home today was crucial to me and Tom delivered above and beyond! I’m ecstatic that he was able to help me so much and that anyone else that gets to work with him will walk out of there satisfied as well. Walked in on Monday, June 28 to get an oil change and get some service work done on my 2019 Honda Civic. I walked out with a brand new 2022 Honda Civic. Robert Woods did an awesome job throughout the whole leasing process. I didn’t feel pressured at all. I got a lease payment I could afford. Robert answered all of my questions about the 2022 Honda Civic. The entire process was great! Good job Robert Woods!

Ricardo assisted me with the financial side of things, he made the experience 10x better. He will go over things and explain them if it’s your first time financing a car. He answered all my questions and even gave me a great deal! Would definitely recommend coming here, they have a wide selection of nice cars.
I chose Racine Honda on the suggestion of a friend and the experience was great! My mom and I went yesterday and Axel V was a great salesman to work with and really went above and beyond with my toddler while we finished the financing process. Great dealership!
Honda in Racine was the best dealership. Looking for a new vehicle made us feel very welcome. No pressure. Just wanted us to enjoy the experience.We did. Axel was our sales person. Did a great job explaining everything about the car and took our time with us. No rush. We did buy the 2021 Honda CR-VIt’s a great car. More than we expected. Levi the financial guy did a great job with our loan also. If you need a new car go to Honda in Racine. Great customer service and great cars. What more could you ask for.
Gisella and Daniel were amazing. I went in thinking I was wasting my time and turns out I wasn’t Gisella got me an approval and I drove out with a 2017 RAV4. Gisella even ran around and played with my two year old daughter so she wouldn’t get impatient thank you so much and I appreciate everything you all did for my family and I. Nikolas Tousis from sales and Ricardo from finance were helping me with my used car purchase. They are friendly and resourceful. The only reason I gave a star less is their sales manager who did not budge a dime on the car price and was sarcastic when I tried to negotiate on the pricing. Other than that, the car buying experience is hassle free.

Salesperson was new (4 months experience) and unsure of answers to several questions. He (probably as he was trained) tried to make a personal connection with my husband and I, which made the transaction take much longer. There didnt seem to be any possibility of negotiation from the internet advertised price, no promotional items, etc. We did (supposedly) get our 1st oil change complimentary (isnt it standard for the 1st year of maintenance on a new vehicle?), and all weather floor mats at dealer cost. After 3 1/2 hours of still not having a deal agreed on, we left for an hour to get some dinner and a trade in vehicle to have appraised, which came in very low (a salesman bought it for his personal use and had the amount credited towards our down payment). After we returned, it was too late to get plates for the vehicle we were interested in purchasing, and our trade in was sold with the money not available to us. It was now 9:30 PM..... We ended up having to come back the next morning to complete the transaction. That took almost 2 hours. We were not notified about the costs of an extended warranty, Auto Armor and road hazard protection until we were in the finance office. My husband and I didnt really have a chance to discuss them before we had to agree or decline. It took 1 1/2 hours to get the paperwork finalized.We were at the dealership for about 6 hours on Friday, and another 1 1/2hours on Saturday..... I had other things I would have liked to be doing. Why cant you go buy a vehicle in a reasonable amount of time? Do they purposefully try to wear you down so you will just agree to get it over with?
Just recently leased a 2021 accord here and am very pleased. Tonio helped me and was patient and helpful the whole process. I am happy with my purchase and am so glad I chose to stop by this particular location. Even after purchasing my car they are still very helpful and Tonio continues to keep in touch with us. The experience here is superb!

Worst experience ever at this dealer,1. The sale person showed unprofessional attitude when we said want to switch to a different one instead of the one they picked for us because there is something stain on the exterior paint. Didn’t get why she was angry with us since that’s not our fault. We buy a brand new expensive car and we want it to be good plus they’re the one who picked it for us instead let us pick before we get there.2. Then Paid almost $2,000 for a lesson. Was recommended by their financial service to purchased their “Full Auto Armor” to protect our Brand New car but ending up paying them to damage instead. And no one even gave us a good explanation or an apology other than poor service. All they said, “the person who doing your car is new. If he done correctly it should not be like this. Let’s make another appointment for you to come back and to fix it again”. Dam! I don’t have that much time plus it’s a Brand New car if it’s need to be fix so many time why would I a buy a new car then? I don’t care if that person is new or not that’s not my problem, all I know is my car got damage by your service. So Regretting. Not recommend to anyone especially the sale person we got and their part and servicing department. Poor poor and unprofessional services. Need to go back for customer services classes period
Overall very satisfied with my purchasing experience. Don’t expect it to be unbelievably different than a typical car buying experience when it comes to negotiating, but they are very courteous and transparent with your overall purchase and typical charges. Left the lot with a great deal on an HRV.
