This store is doing it right. Hand sanitizer on the way in, masks worn and disinfecting after every sale. I needed hand soap otherwise I would not have gone out now but at least they are doing everything they can to help slow the spread. Also, customer service is great.

Great men products. Love the colognes lotions, and the 3 in 1 body wash. The candles are great. I come in often and the employees are always great 🤘🏼

Ok so in store was nice because they said that it was 75% percent off through the entire store...also they said buy 3 get 3free...but here is the thing on the receipt they charge you for everything...I understand everyone was affected by covid...but the levels of games to get a dollar from people...sad.

Very helpful sales associates, every single one. Out of stock on one item I wanted which was a scrub but was still able to use my coupons and get some gifts as well.

Kind of confusing how they have their sales. I got rung up one day and use coupons but they didnt tell me because I used the coupon I couldnt get the deal for the three for $33. Or that the body care at the front of the store was not part of the same deal as the back of the store even though they had the same signs. On my total came to almost $90 and I questioned it, that it was explained to me.

I ADORE Bath & Body Works!! Their Aromatherapy Line is AMAZING!! My all-time favorite is the Cedarwood + Bergamot...and they have the moisturizing body wash...soooo luxurious & rich....pure Heaven.

Pushed too hard. I had a fragrance at register ready to pay. I understand suggestive sales but after that I left with no products at all and a headache.

They are limiting 30 customers in the store at one time and having everyone use hand sanitizer at the door.

I like the fact that employees sanitize peoples hands and disinfect products or candles that were touched.

Very cluttery in the store. I came for a candle i called they said they had but didnt when i got there. EVERYTHING has a fall scent mixed in it. Not everyone wants them smells just because its fall 🤷 maple pumpkin rum vanilla cinnamon spice uhuh 😣 Ill shop online.

Apparently the sales lady was watching me get frustrated so she offered her services. They didnt make mine any more. GREAT! Have to find a new flavor. Well, I looked down and a pretty little thing caught my eye. Sniff sniff. WOW!! I LIKE THIS!!! Oooh whats this? Sniff sniff. I LIKE THIS TOO!!! Well, looks like Im done! BYE!

Nice stores with interesting (but over-priced) products. Watch for sales. Be aware, their body wash contains a lot of Sodium Lauryl (and Laureth) Sulfate, a cheap surfactant that dries out your skin.

Love bath and body works, I just dont like how the workers are always in your face about sales and new fragrances and things but other than that they are nice and helpful and it is always very nice and pristine.

🤠🤔😒😒😒Ordinarily I would have given bath & body works five stars, my wife shops there an inordinate amount of time and buys tons of bath & body works products. But this particular store, they would not agree to the coupon on her telephone. Now this coupon in years past has always been accepted, buy 3 get 4 free at this time of year. You can only use the coupon in the stores and not online. The woman in the store said no, 🤔she could not use it in the store. I also had it on my phone and she was wrong, 😒but for the sake of not getting into an argument at the store my wife capitulated. I would not have! My wife loves the product that they provide in the store, hopefully they have not lost a loyal and longtime customer.☹️

I bought a gift card for my friend for Christmas and when she went to use it they said the funds were spent. When I called customer service they said it isnt replaceable and they accept no responsibility for it!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE... So, basically you can just steal someones money?????? I can tell you this...I wont spend a single penny there EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Very unsatisfied with manager bought almost $100 in product grabbed body wash instead of body cream on accident came back to store to exchange for correct product which was $3 less and was told I had to pay $5 for exchange. Will never return to this store and will be telling anyone and everyone I talk to to not shop at this location.
