Just got off the phone with the rudest pharmacy Tech. From the moment she answered the phone which I was waiting at hold for 15 minutes she was extremely rude And refused to let me get my medication to breathe without my insurance because my insurance doesnt cover it. I will never get a prescription filled at this Walgreens again as long as that Tech is still working there.

Ive been going to this Walgreens for over 20 years, it used to be nice. It has become filthy inside and out. Employees with no masks, stained carpets, grubby windows on doors, check outs. Garbage in parking lot, and pot holes big enough to swallow a car. What happened!?

The lady who is working on October 21st 2021 at 12:20 PM in the drive thru of the pharmacy was very very rude she has short Brown hair and is old. I will never be back there again there again this pharmacy is a joke

They did not have communication with me they didnt tell me until after I got to the drive up window that they couldnt fill my prescription. So I wasted my time and gas and then nothing was resolved after I called to complain. No sympathy what so ever.

Workers are Very friendly and happy to help with what ever you need,, store very clean and has a nice variety of things you need.. Managers are super nice and always looking to help..

I had a bottle with one refill left before 12/26 and they said I needed a doctor to approve the refill even though the bottle said I had one more refill. They wouldnt give me the refill and it was the 24th now I cant get ahold of my doctor or anyone. I am a epileptic with grand mall seizures. Do they care? I dont think so. They dont have medication that I run out of every month. I have to call 4 days a head just so they can have it in stock. That is sad.

Always find what I need every time. Prices are always reasonable. Store is always kept clean and organized. Great selection of seasonal merchandise and greeting cards. Plenty of parking and easily accessible from either Durand Avenue or Lathrop Avenue. Fantastic rewards program as well.

Tried to come and get a prescription for my son. My insurance barely covered anything, so the Dr. Wanted to try it without insurance and do a PA request to see if we could get the price lowered. Kimberly was very rude and pretty much refused to even try it that way. After I figure out how to get the prescription I will no longer be coming back to this Walgreens location again. Your workers should be trained and be able to work with the public. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I Will never go back to the store again I went in there today and a older Chinese woman was as trying to go in for her meds and the employee at the front of the store told her she couldn’t not enter the store because of her race this is not right and disrespectful to anyone or any race I will be reporting this to corporate in hopes this never happens to anyone else

I love both Walgreens on Durand Ave and the Walgreens on 4 mile rd and Douglas here in Racine.They have great customer service both in the store as well as the pharmacy department. Friendly and helpful. It is a pleasure to shop at those Walgreens.,,.. Walgreenss

They incorrectly filled a prescription for phenobarbital. When I came back to pick up the correct dosage, I was denied a refund and told that I had to come back the next day for refund when the pharmacy manager was working. This is a bad policy and not customer friendly.

ALWAYS, REPEAT ALWAYS COUNT YOUR PILLS WHEN YOU GET YOUR MEDS FILLED HERE!!! There are way to many times that they short you on pills. They always have an excuse when they get caught but there is never a paper trail to resolve the issue if you dont immediately catch them.
