Cynthia, the young lady who helped me couldnt have nicer or more helpful. We have always been happy with T-mobil, but she went above and beyond. A month ago I revisited the store to get a new phone. A young lady by the name of Liana helped me order it and after it was delivered I returned to ask her assistance in switching my old data to the new phone. She was incredibly kind, patient and friendly. I couldnt have hoped for a better experience.

This T Mobile store is the place to be for a new phone! I’ve been with them for YEARS and have never been disappointed. I recommend this store to the highest of ability the 3 employees Cynthia, Reyna, Liana have made this experience a memorable with great knowledge of their field of expertise and had great conversations and lots of good laughs while waiting for my new upgrade. If you need anything phone related they got your back!!!
Update This weekend I went into the store to buy a new phone. I changed my mind about which phone that I was going to buy. I decided to buy the Oneplus 8 phone. Both Cynthia and Iris were very helpful but they did not have one in stock. Cynthia was not satisfied with that and tried finding one somewhere else. I left the store to look for phones somewhere else when I decided to call the store back. Iris told me that Cynthia had found the phone I wanted and had driven to the store to pick it up for me. By the time I reached the store Cynthia was back and had the phone I wanted. She set the phone up and also saved the info and apps from my old phone and transferred them to my new phone. After she was done Iris showed me how to do things on the new phone and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I am so glad that they recommended this phone and I could not be any happy with this purchase. I will definitely come back to this store for all my needs. Thank You very much Cynthia and Iris you are the best.I was very impressed with the answers that I received regarding the product I was interested in getting.

Nick and Ilana were EXTREMELY helpful and patient with me. I had a situation that required me coming back to the store several times and every time they were both extremely patient and helpful.
Store was busy so it took a while to be waited on. Tried to set up my esim card on my Galaxy S20+ and found out it is not supported in the US. The staff was very helpful but I was disappointed with the results.
As many people now know, T-Mobile and Sprint have merged. We tried to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile, but a) there are NO incentives for switching; b) T-Mobile staff not yet trained on how to switch people...ugh..
Aj, Dwight, and Cynthia all were amazing. They helped me get started with a bunch of cool new devices and made sure I understood what each did! And questions I had, they answered! When I left if had zero issues with my devices and new how to use them! Very good team of people.
My sales associate was Cynthia. She did such a wonderful job. I had a million questions and she answered every single one. If she didnt know something about a phones specs she looked it up for me. She was extremely friendly and helpful. I took so long deciding on a phone and she never got frustrated or upset that I took so long. I highly recommended her.
Traveling from Canada, we recently stopped by T-Mobile Racine office for a prepaid SIM card to be used in Chicago. AJ was most helpful, got us set up quickly and the service worked flawlessly. We appreciate his efforts and excellent customer service.

I had your service for one month and your commercial says yall go further but you dont even work by the lake and not in walmart nor do you work by case high school. I switched to verizon and it works everywhere in racine and outside of racine!!!
The young man who served me today really knew what he was doing. He helped to get my phone contract straightened out. He was so much better than the phone customer service.
HORRIBLE SERVICE. every single time I go into this location I end up waiting over an hour just to be helped. Staff is rude. I swear I feel like I waste my time even coming here. I just left the store without even being helped, after waiting for over an hour and 10 mins. Ridiculous. Never coming in here again.
The staff dont take care of customers, will take advantage of old people and their only interest is to sell you a phone to make a commission. Come on corporate stores know how to do a factory reset that only takes 20 seconds.
I had some issues at first however the manager AJ was able to step in and get things done. If not for the time it took then 5 stars.
They were super nice, worked with me and my plan and made everything work smoothly.

My friend and I went to return a phone that was.messed up just to return it.and he called customer service and the staff refused to talk to customer service.because they would lose their points.and I saw the staff whispering to each other and they called security on us and said we were being rude and obnoxious.when we were just being calm .I wouldnt wish this service to my worst enemy.worst staff ever
