I had a good experience this time at this particular Boost location. The girl working today - I think her name was Hailey - helped me for quite awhile. Im not great with technology and had no idea what to do with this new phone. She was so nice and patient and took the time to help set me up and show me the phones features. It was really appreciated!!!

The Boost on Washington Ave has the best employee working there! I believe her name is Kim, shes very helpful and doesnt push you into a sale. Its almost like they care about you more than the sale!

Terrible customer service. Went in to shop for phones, have been a Boost customer for many years. They tried to sell me an over priced phone and plan. The packages were already opened. Told me deals I saw online werent accurate. Told them i would think about it and left. Went to the store on Greenbay rd. They saved me $200 by suggesting I buy a phone online and offered me the deal I saw online for the phone plan. These guys are a rip off.

Good location on Hwy 20 and friendly staff. Decent prices for unlimited texting, talking and the internet. I marked them down one star because several times unless you have exact change, you cannot pay in cash. This has happened at another Boost in town. Isnt having change on hand for your customers part of doing business??

DO NOT, DO NOT buy from this Boost store. Or if you do, make sure you do your homework and due diligence on phones first. I was recommended a phone by the clerk, purchased it and set up service. Sprint is great. I was a Virgin mobile customer for many years (also Sprint network) and needed a new phone, but Virgin is going exclusively IPhone, and they will port everyone who wants to over to Boost. That said, the price he quoted me for the phone, I found out after I searched the net post-purchase, WAS THREE TIMES THE PRICE I found online at just about any seller, INCLUDING the Boost Mobile site. My bad for not jotting down prices and taking them with me, but, imho, it takes a lot of cajones to charge triple retail. Not to mention the clerk told me that Boost requires that if you port from Virgin you need to opt for the most expensive all unlimited plan for $50 for the first month, and you can change it after that.Sounded fishy, so I called Boost and they said that was NOT the case. I had the $35 plan with Virgin and Boost has the identical plan which is what I wanted. Definitely the last business they get from me, and Ill be more than happy to warn people off of this store.

The only place I know that literally calls you yes the employee at the register calls you to tell you that your BILL IS DUE in the middle of the billing cycle. This is the third call I’ve gotten from Maria. Mind you this is PRE PAID NO CONTRACT AND I HAVE NO LOAN with her or boost. Don’t bother with this store.

I purchased a phone that I was not happy with.i was told that I could not return the phone,only exchange the phone.the phone cost 30 dollars.a total of 165 dollars was taken out of my account.it cost me to have my other phone cut back on.it does not state anywhere on the receipt that there are no returns or refunds.They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
