Took the trouble to come out and fix a minor issue with no charge. So far we have had them replace a front door and storm door, and a back door and storm door. Andy and his son Kyle came on very short notice to fix two of our overhead doors, both having lost cable support on one side of each garage door making the doors skew and come crashing down, bending the tracks on their way down.They diagnosed the problem very quickly as being caused by frozen support cable reels slipping and unwinding... all this on a minus 20 degree day with no relief from the deep cold in our now completely open garage!The two men worked tirelessly for two hours straightening the twisted wreckage, even adding a tune up and inspection of the third unaffected door too.What I imagined to surely be a completely hopeless and expensive mess ... was deftly returned to perfect working order by Andy and his son Kyle. The overhead doors look beautiful and are safe to use again!In the end ... the best news was their extremely modest labor charge!Stellar work gentlemen!!!

Unfortunately when I was backing my car out of the garage I accidentally hit the garsge remote control and backed into the door. I Bent the bottom of the door and knocked it off its track. Mr Petrick quickly came out to repair it at an excellent price. He bent the door back in place and put the wheels back on track so quickly. We had the loudest most embarrassing garage door opener in our new house and were tired of feeling like we announced our comings and goings to the whole neighborhood. Andy and his son Kyle saved our sanity by installing a LiftMaster Premium Series wifi enabled garage door opener. I honestly never knew I could be so excited about a garage door opener but it is fantastic. The opener is now a quiet hum and we also really like the wifi option which allows us to control our garage door from our phones.
