Always a pleasure to interact with this staff. They are friendly and professional, I can ask questions and they are so patient, I feel like they really want to help. Jeremy is the best! I followed him across town because I did not want to deal with anyone else. Highly recommend him and his staff.

The woman checking people in for COVID vaccines informs people, they have to pay for the vaccine, its not free, we have to pay for it she said. The real information stats the vaccines are covered by the Federal Government and no one should have to pay anything. There maybe a administration fee, but no one should have to pay for that either. Apparently, the administration fee may be billed to insurance, but, she is giving false information about the vaccine cost. Please inform her. Thank you.

I have been going here for as long as I can remember. The staff here is now and always has been wonderful. Extremely helpful, friendly and professional.

I LOVE this place! There is almost never a line at the pharmacy counter, where they know me when I walk in. That is a rare and special thing. The only way you could improve this thing is if you put it in my backyard. Why are you waiting in line anywhere else?

AURORA SOLD THIS PHARMACY. HOWEVER, IT IS STILL A PHARMACY. THE NAME HAS CHANGED TO RACINE HOMETOWN PHARMACY. They still have the same great service. There are just a lot of new faces along with a few familiar ones.All of the pharmacists and techs are very helpful and incredibly friendly. There is even a little store in the building. They sell all kinds of things there from bandaids to orthopedic shoes. They have vitamins, gifts, greeting cards and even some medical supplies. There is something for everyone here.

My favorite person on the pharmacy register is still there. They are making upgrades to the store so watch for changes. They have some nice upscale clothing now in the front of the store.

Very helpful, kind, and courteous! Allowed me to ask questions and answered them promptly. Also, information given was helpful. It helped me see how my meds might affect me. They have a variety of walkers, canes, shower chairs, orthopedic shoes, etc. Its a really convenient place in a convenient location!

They have absolutely the best employees and Jeremy the pharmacist is very polite, patient and knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand both the instructions and any answers to your questions.They are also the ONLY place in Racine to carry Ostomy supplies in Racine!
