I have the state of art hearing aids that has it’s benefits. The most I like about is blue tooth device along with my iPhone helps when phone rings, music, games. Hearing life officials helps when in need replacements, batteries, tune up. I do recommend anyone that needs quality hearing aids. Staffs are great n friendly as possible.

Because of Covid and furloughs I had to wait extra time to get my custom made ear molds. I called and scheduled an appointment before my hearing instrument specialist was done with her furlough. Given an appointment for July 16 but got a call on the 7th, Kristen’s first day back, and was told she could get me in if I had time! Less than an hour later I was back gone with my long awaited custom molds. Was told to call if I feel they need adjusting and they would get me in. Would recommend hearing life to everyone as they actually listen to what you are saying unlike the company my Mom uses

Proper display of corona virus demonstrated.Very helpful as to effective use of hearing aide - ie use of hearing aide dehumidifier when hearing aide gets wet due to perspiration.

Based on todays visit 1/16/2020 the receptionist has a nasty attitude and disrespectful. I came in for an 8am appointment, but was told it was for 8:30, but I was already there, so waiting was fine but she seem to get upset...I feel good customer service keep customers coming back. I will find another hearing place to service my needs

I have been consistently satisfied with the Service here, the free batteries, free cleaning, and kind listening to my needs/complaints. My husband, receiving hearing aids from another organization/company, does not have nearly the support that Avada has consistently given me. Thank you! I still do not hear so well as I wish, especially regarding music, but it is far better than if I had no hearing aids!!

Its great to hear different things that you forgot about . The smallest things the wind an squeaks you can hear.Big difference with them in an then out.In dew time Its going to take some time to get used to them it feels like something is plugging the ear.But all I can say is Im happy..

I have been bringing my grandmother to Avada for years and always been happy especially with Dr.Susan Whipple. The most recent appointment we had there was with a Dr.Lisa Schneider. I cannot tell you how unhappy we were. The feeling like she did not have to help my grandmother was so clear. The way she spoke to us was like we were lower life forms than herself. I am not usually one to throws this out there but the next appointment after us was greeted by her happily as we were rushed out the door because we were not good enough for her time. I strongly urge anyone who does not fit into her perfect world to find another doctor or Avada location. The office manager Lisa saw how my grandmother was made to feel and did what she could to try and make the situation better. All of her valiant efforts unfortunatly could not stop me from saying what I believe to be true. I urge anyone who has gone here to stop treatment immediatly.
