Had a hearing test at S.E Wisconsin Hearing Center. Went well.

Came here a few years ago to have my old hearing aids re-programed and they did a nice job and were very friendly. When it came time for new aids I came back and the owner, Dave was once again very friendly and eager to help me. They took care of billing my insurance and the new aids are great. Willing to make any adjustments needed and even paired up an accessory I didnt purchase from him. They are a great company to deal with and I highly recommend them.

Dave Braun and his staff at S.E. Wisconsin Hearing Center Inc. are the absolute best in the Southeast Wisconsin area bar none! I recently assisted my elderly mother search for a new hearing aid. In the past, she had some bad experiences with high-pressure sales tactics at other hearing centers, so we entered into this search with reluctance and leeriness. She did not like the trickery and unethical tactics encountered with some other centers previously. Fortunately, what we found with Dave Braun and S.E. Wisconsin Hearing Center Inc. was the polar opposite. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. We were warmly greeted by the front office manager named Phil who helped us get situated and offered to brew us a fresh cup of coffee. Next, mom had a comprehensive hearing exam (that was not rushed) with Diane. Diane was very friendly, patient, and professional and we were delighted with her willingness to answer questions and make sure Mom was always comfortable. Then we met Dave to interpret results and learn about different hearing aids. Throughout the entire process, they were thorough and professional, and we never felt rushed or pressured. Mom tried a few brands over several weeks and had follow-up visits with Dave until she finally found the best fit. Mom has severe hearing loss and is very particular about how she likes things. Dave has the patience of a saint, expert knowledge and great technical skill all in one. I remember leaving that day feeling relieved that we had chosen the right place. Mom and I highly value the personal relationship with service professionals, and we do not want to be treated like a number. Even more important, we need to be able to trust the person we are working with. To us, trust is the highest level by which a service professional is measured, and Dave and S.E. Wisconsin Hearing Center Inc. exceeded our wildest dreams in every way. It was clear that Dave’s main concern was finding the best hearing aid for Mom not making a quick sale or earning a commission like some other centers in the area. Save yourself a lot of time by starting here. They will outperform your expectations on every level. Without a doubt the best around!

Hearing test was thorough and complete. Being able to trial a number of different hearing aids prior to selection was a deffinent plus. Few other providers offer this no commitment service with the real goal being satisfaction with the hearing aid purchase.
