The 3 movers we had did an awesome job moving our furniture. They were very careful and padded doors and frames. They took very good care of our good furniture and nothing got scratched or damaged. They were very polite and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed. Best movers Ive ever had!!!

Needed help rearranging furniture in our house. Filled out the online form and got a callback within 30 minutes to go over my needs in further detail. Scheduled the movers. They arrived on time and were ready to go. They listened to our suggestions and made some of their own optimizing moving time and space within our house. Everything completed in under an hour. Great service and very professional. Highly recommend!

First time using a moving company and we were very pleased! We had 2 trucks and 6 movers load up our entire house, garage, etc within several hours. The movers were timely, courteous and responsive to which items required extra care. This was a long-haul move (4 hours) and they were communicative to when trucks were to deliver--good timing!Would highly recommend this company for your moving needs.

The moving team- Devon, Josh, and Trey were very professional, efficient, and very careful with all of our items. We had been quoted a 7 hour move and they did it in 6! They had to move 3 couches into our basement, which unfortunately has a very tight turn to get through the door. They managed to do it with all couches, and didnt damage anything! I would definitely recommend the company and team again.

My company needed to have model home furniture packed & moved into a storage container. I contacted multiple movers and Two Men & a Truck was the ONLY mover that called me back. These GUYS! I had a 3 man crew & for such YOUNG men, they became keenly aware of my emotional attachment to the home I HAD for 20 years. At one point, I was SOBBING & Rob ( one of the young men) placed his hand on my shoulder & said, Its all gonna be alright Now HE had NO idea my circumstances, but was compassionate enough to reach out to me!!! I will ALWAYS remember that. Nice kids & careful with my things!

Im only giving this one star because it wont let me choose zero. These movers were unbelievably the most terrible, lazy workers Ive ever seen.They started off by parking behind a tree and not coming to the door. They contacted my boyfriend, who was at work, and complained that he didnt answer his phone. He suggested they get out of the truck and ring the doorbell. I still had to go outside and get them.When all was said and done, they charged us for 3 hours of labor, when theyd been there for only an hour and a half. The main guy, who seemed to be in charge but had no idea what he was doing, rushed me into signing the agreement that they were not liable for anything, without letting me read any of it.Almost every piece of our furniture was damaged, boxes were crushed, and heavy items were tossed on top of much lighter items. I will be contacting their corporate office with information and pictures of all the damage. They cost us more money than they earned. Be warned and save yourself the trouble.

My husband emailed them for a quote which i was not made aware of right away. i had a man named Orlando call me who made a unprofessional joke about oh well hes scheduled a move out lol like that was funny. anyways i then proceed to humor this person with what we are expecting to take in the move, mind you there are no major appliances, no dressers no major furniture, one king size bed a desk and some chairs and boxes, then tells me thats a two man job which i agree but that its $174 an hour and that it would take about 5 and 1/2 hours to move me then sends me a ridiculous quote for over $1,000. of course we laughed at it and send him and email that we have chosen someone else were he still continues to mock our choice, by stating oh cheaper isnt always better, you get what you pay for like really dude get over yourself... i would never ever recommend these people nothing but rude and disrespectful and ridiculously priced.

Driver and movers were efficient and sensitive to our needs. Worked quickly and took less time than the original quote, Drivers were friendly and cooperative to some of our requests.

I needed heavy woodworking equipment moved out of a workshop in a well finished basement and into a Pole building 150 feet behind the house. The crew leader Greg did a good assessment and advised me that as-is they couldnt safely move some of the machinery out of the basement. We called it off for that day and I partially broke down those machines. They returned upon my notice plus added another man to the team, now 4. All good people. After watching the move, Gregs initial assessment was spot on. The move was still challenging but they did it with great care and no damage to walls, woodwork or our hardwood stairs. They were also very efficient. I got my moneys worth. Very pleased overall. I would use them again.

Ive moved 4 times in the last 15 years. This company (and team) were the best Ive ever used! No issues whatsoever. Very happy with everything. They moved my gym which included an elliptical, bike, treadmill and functional trainer (cable machine). I thought it would be impossible based on the amount of weight and the obstacles, The team did it without damaging a single thing! They also helped re assemble everything. I would recommend to family, friends and anyone else!

Very quick and reliable service, no damage of house stuff

The people in the office were very nice and professional to work with. The moving team started out great very polite and concerned about what they were moving. Once they started moving things it was a different story. They manhandled furniture banging it off of walls and door frames. hardware was misplaced for the one bed they had to move we still havent found it. we took the doors off the refrigerator and entrances and they still banged the refrigerator off the door frame knocked the glass shelves out and down the stairs and ended up having to lay the refrigerator down on its back so the one guy they had trying to move it out could get it out and bounce it down the stairs. they said they got everything from upstairs and they left for the new place. I went in to check things and lock up they left the one dresser in the bedroom they took the bed from and boxes nd cedar chest in another room. In the living room they left all the lamps which they took off the end tables they moved and the tv which they took off the entertainment center they moved. When I got to the new place I walked in to them telling my family members they would save us money if they would help them unpack things and get them in the right places. I asked them about the things they left and was told they werent told to take them but they would go back to get them but that would add time and up our bill again. We told them to forget it. When it was time to pay I was told we could add their tip to the credit card payment but cash really is king. Never again will I give them the benefit of the doubt and I will warn anyone I can not to use them.

Everyone was very patient with me! Friendly and did what it took to get everything done. Final bill was lower than the original estimate. What a great deal.

I used Two Men and A Truck-Racine for a local move. I worked with Aldo on the office side to get a quote, he was very knowledgeable. The team (Jose & Terrance) arrived on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. They were very respectful of my home putting out runners and taking great care to provide extra wrapping/padding to my glass china cabinet. I received a call from the office during the move to check how things were going & then after the move to check if I had any questions. I would highly recommend Two Men and A Truck-Racine

The best movers Ive used in my life.

I hired two men and a truck (Racine, Wisconsin) for a July 17th move. The size of the move was minimal. I was quoted $234 an hour with a 2.5 hour estimate for everything. On July 17th three men shows up smelling very strongly of marijuana. Strong enough that the other person had to stay outside because they are sensitive to strong smells. The gentlemen were coughing the entire time, leading me to believe they all just got high prior to coming into my home and moving things that I worked hard to pay for and damaging them. if you wanna get high thats fine, just not on my dime. At any given time only 1 of the gentlemen was working, while the other two texted, or stood there and watched, directly prolonging the duration of our estimated delivery time. This claim can be supported by surveillance footage at our residence. One of the movers attempted to move a king size mattress by them self, damaging the mattress and bed frame and once again prolonging the move. Another gentlemen attempted to move a gas grill by him self while the other two watched, damaging the grill, my deck, my lawn and the sidewalk. Multiple items were damaged, and my relatively simple minimal move was prolonged as a result. Multiple items were also moved that should not have been, resulting in us having to move the objects back to the old house. One of the movers tried to get me to sign multiple screens without properly explaining what I was signing and could not give me an explanation. At one point the mover stated if they break things they are insured and it doesnt come out of their paychecks. meaning there is no incentive to do a good job. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB to make sure my complaint was properly documented in a timely manner. After everything was loaded on the truck and secured, I asked the movers to see the route they were going to take to my new house, to avoid construction. They showed me on their Ipad and the estimated travel time was only 11 minuets. I left and noticed on my nest doorbell they waited an additional 10 minuets before leaving my house and then took another half hour for drive time, tripling the original estimated travel time. I have made serval attempts to contact the Racine, WI location via email and phone with no success. Im upset that they not only damaged my property while clearly under the influence, but they also intentionally stalled and wasted time for my short move in order to prolong the delivery time for profit. When you think about it they stole from me.

Strongly do not recomend this location. Used this company twice, in December 2020 and March 2021 to move household furniture into and out of storage while renovations in progress. First move went well, with dis-assembly of 3 beds, with exception of breaking base of platform bed. Specifically stated they would reassemble all beds when moving back in, no problem. Second move was a different crew, and a totally different experience. Arrived one hour late. Moved furniture back in house, and left all beds unassembled, and two with broken platforms. Said that re-assembly was not their responsibility. Left other furniture still wrapped in cellophane. Would definitely not use them a third time, and think there must be better movers in area.

I needed to clear out my grandparents home of their belongings. Already an emotional process for me, my movers were super friendly, understanding and super helpful.Jose, De Vontá and Eric were an awesome crew and crazy good at their jobs! They moved everything out of the house and into storage. They packed everything nice and neat in the truck and got EVERYTHING into my storage unit. This was not a small feat!Thank you again Jose, De Vontá, and Eric, you guys are awesome!

Im tires of calling .for nothing gets doneNot really, if your clients are important, you would have been answered my calls fix something with me, but in addition to stealing from me more than $ 500 of my things and breaking some obstacles, your manager told me and asked me for a few days to fix the problem and never did.so in addition to stealing and being liar, I really dont know how they continue in business and Im really going to open a case at the best business bureau because you are literally taking advantage of their clientsI was very happy with everything until 3 boxes were stolen from me and what a coincidence that it was 3 boxes with liquor worth more than $ 500 dollars they called me and I told them what happened and they never contacted me or tried to fix the problem. I think after paid almost $1,400 dollars, these things would not happen or at least have the decency to try to fix the problem.very angry with this whole situation

Im sure no ones moving day goes smoothly and ours was no different. We have cats, so we took them to our new house to allow Joe, Anthony, and Felix free reign of the house without having to worry about the cats. My car picked that moment to break down and not start. I could not get back to the house to finish the packing that I needed to do. I called Joe and he said not to worry. He wasnt kidding. They packed everything that was needed and then some. They were amazing. When I came back to the house 3 hours later, they were finishing up the last of the furniture. They even wrapped my quilt rack with my grandmothers quilts with great care. They moved us into the new house with the same great care. They were amazing! Aldo and Orlando in the office were fantastic!The last time I moved was 20 years ago. They were great then, but totally amazing this time. Dont mess around with other movers - these are the people who set the standards. They have a high bar for quality and it shows. They even disconnected and packed my PS4, which I had planned to do - back in the original box - which they found. Who else would do that? Totally amazing.One more thing, I didnt hire them to pack my entire kitchen, just the breakables. Nope, Joe, Anthony, and Felix took it upon themselves to pack the whole kitchen because they knew I couldnt get back to finish myself. Thats not doing their job, thats going above and beyond. They wrapped everything so carefully. I could rattle on about them all day long. In this world where we all run into bad service everywhere, Two Men and a Truck are still striving to set the bar of excellent customer service higher and higher.

They handled my move from Chicago to Wisconsin and did a good job. They was some unavoidable minor damage to the house moving a large sofa up some stairs; they made good on the repair costs quickly with no hassle. I would recommend them for a move.

Everyone was great from the initial contact to the last item moved in. We are very grateful that Two Men and a Truck cares about the community. I dont think people realize what an asset they are. First let me start by saying the gentlemen that moved my furniture were great. Awesome personalities and very efficient. However, once they left I saw a copy of my emailed bill and realized I was charged much higher than I was led to believe. It was not mentioned that the deposit was in addition to the price I was paying today and as a result I thought I was getting a “deal” so I applied any difference in tip money to the crew ($140). What I also did not appreciate was the fact that the movers arrived earlier then the scheduled time of arrival and I guess began charging me for time not worked. Overall, I would use Two Men and a Truck again but hope billing is a little more upfront and less deceiving, if that was not the case it would’ve been 5 stars.

Everyone from the office people in Racine all the way to the Manager in Madison were very helpful and easy to work with. The truck team (movers), were actually 2 guys, a girl and a truck. They were wonderful! They were fast, efficient, hard working, and careful. Our team was all around GREAT! Thank you guys. Stay safe and healthy.My only request /suggestion is you could make the pre-move form a little easier to fill out as regards to how much stuff a person has to move. Possibly letting people know they will take open boxes and such. The guide lines seemed a lot stricter than what was/ or would be allowed.

Worst experience I ever had. They were 4 hours late took forever to return my calls to get an update on where they were to coming to my house. The men were tired told them everything goes except for the stove and fridge. They kept saying is what s going in your car? NOOO, what dont you understand you take it all. They left my dryer and microwave and took stuff from my basement behind. Said they had no room for it. They called the day after to see how my move went. I told them everything that happened. A manager was suppose to call me back and guess what no call back. I will never use this service again or refer them.Sandy Place

Was gonna give these guys a 4 star for a decent job and leaving a dent in my floor... BUT Ive now found two items that were damaged in the move so Im gonna put it at a 3.

We hired them to perform a same building move (moving furniture between offices and into basement storage. in prep for the move we put together a list of items that we would like moved first and after providing copies of the list as well as walking though it all with the crew they proceeded to completely disregard our wishes and moved the furniture in whatever order they pleased.While moving furniture from the 2nd floor offices down they decided to take the desks and credenzas off their hand trucks and slide them down the stairs with zero protection between the furniture and the stairs. This resulted in several desk tops receiving scratches/gouges across the entire top as well as corners of desks being damaged/chipped/raised up. Additionally, when they go the furniture to the basement they decided to stand them on end and drag them, unprotected, across a bare concrete floor - resulting in severe scratches to the sides of several desks and credenzas.Additionally, they managed to snag and tear a leather sofa as well as gouge drywall.After 6 weeks of back and forth they finally repaired some of the damage and paid a token amount to cover the remainder of the damage that they deemed unrepairable however none of this should have happened in the first place had their crew cared even a little. And to top it off, after the long back and forth to get to this point they had the nerve to ask if we would refer them to others needing moving services...TL;DR - if you just need things moved and dont care about the condition that they will be in once moved - use them. But if you care about your furniture and want to avoid weeks of post-move headaches - find someone else to do your move, I wish I had.

Tyree and his entire team were excellent. Our move was from Kenosha to Milwaukee. They were outstanding! The entire team worked very hard, and they were efficient! My family and I were very happy with TwoMen and a Truck! We would highly recommend them for any move!

Two Men helped me move to Illinois. They originally quoted me for three movers, but only sent two. Not that it mattered; the two movers were exceptionally good. They helped me take apart and put back together my bed, they protected my antique dining table, and they did it all with gusto. I also got a small refund since they only sent two movers instead of the three they quoted me. A. freaking. plus. I highly recommend these movers.The two movers were Damon and Jason. They were awesome!

I have used two men and a truck twice in the past two months, onece to move a treadmill and again to move an entertainment system. On both occasions the folks were professional, courteous and efficient in their movement of the items. The cost was reasonaable, they were on time and called when enroute. Great movers for a whole house or a several separt items. I had them move a very old dryer upstairs and bring down a newer dryer to the basement. Really something I couldnt do. They move several large items also. I personally used them several times with varies moves with family members. They have always been helpful, very polite, dressed well, and clean. Reasonably priced. Will continue to use them

The team we had did an excellent job. The leader walked through the house and we talked about what was moving; he listened carefully to what we told him and worked well with his team to coordinate every step of the way. When they got to the new house they were very careful not to scratch, hit or dirty anything. Which was even more difficult because we didn’t even have our driveway or landscape in place so they had to navigate a mess outside before even getting inside. We have another load of stuff to move yet and I will be requesting the same team.

I was very pleased with my experience with Two Men and a Truck. The booking agent (Aldo) was courteous and interested in earning my business. He was very accommodating when we needed to change the move date less than 24 hours before the scheduled move and were able to reschedule us from a Friday to a Monday.The lead on the moving team (Tyree) was very professional and customer oriented. He had a positive attitude and showed good customer service. We underestimated the number of boxes we would have to move and he was willing to make it work in order to complete the move of our household items.This is not a five star review for two reasons. The first reason is that one of the office staff did not forward a message about a change to our desired start time, meaning that we were waiting an extra hour for the movers to show up in the morning. The second reason is for some damage that was done to the walls in both the old and new houses, as well as damage to a leather sofa that had two gouges in it after the move. We reported the damage and are awaiting a remedy. If the remedy is not acceptable I might lower another star.

The men arrived on time and after I showed them the various things that had to be moved they immediately went to work. They moved quickly but carefully and moved everything without any damage. Two Men In A Truck (xs 2) were awesome today!!! They move 16 palettes of books from point A to point B within 2 hours, including loading and unloading time and use of a freight elevator! The movers showed up to our house and were 2 hours late. They told me that there was too much stuff and I needed to reschedule. The movers were tired from the move before and didnt want to do the job. I had an agreement to move several heavy items and over 80 boxes. However, since they were late, I moved the boxes myself. I had a few heavy items and they refused to move any of it. I asked to speak to the manager and he handed me handed me his phone. He must of thought I grabbed his phone a little to hard because he told me I dis respected his phone. His manager hung up because he heard the guy yelling at me about his phone. This was just one example of a moving company paying contractors who dont want to do the work. I have heard other people who used this location and said they had similar problems. I had a friend who told me that the contractors are paid per hour and not per job. They showed up at his house and said they needed more guys to complete the job. Of course they do, the more guys the less they have to work. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION-THEY HAVE A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS!!

I just completed my second moving experience using the Two Men and a Truck in Racine, and I seriously wonder who would ever use anyone else? The guys were friendly, professional, and funny. They were in and out even faster than I would have ever guessed, and they were more cost effective than if Id hired some guys cheap and rented my own truck. They beat the estimate by half, but Ill also say that everything in my house was prepd, labeled, boxed, and easily accessible.Everything was perfect on arrival, they took great care of even my cheap furniture, and I they were constantly making sure I was getting just what I needed where I needed it. I cannot recommend these folks more highly!

Great PROMPT service! We had them move some office equipment and they were able to scheduled us quickly and got the job done efficiently - we will definitely use them again

The guys were great! Super quick and very careful with all of my boxes/furniture. Gino and Joe were very professional and kept in constant contact when arriving to my place of move to where I was moving in.

I would say don’t pay the $75.00 extra protection charges on their paperwork, they’re not going to back it up at any time after the move if needed for damages. And from my experience they dont return any phone calls or emails as the process of course, they just ignore you even though issues were marked down during the move. It seemed like a bait and switch, however, Wal-mart does the same thing from my experiences. I guess it all has become over priced with poor services in abundance. And as much as I would like to add the Insurance companies and what they will not cover, Im done for now..Edit: This really is the same response from the owner as what I’ve experienced, call us, it’s (the fox watching the hen house.) In other words, it is unchecked, except by the owners themselves. Therefore, unless people feel like donating to the company or are secure in that communication will happen outside of were others are able to see, save yourself the $75.00. They won’t advance at the company or corporate level, and by not returning any type of communication, that’s my experience, save your money on that item.2nd Edit: I’ve spoke with and emailed your business and the corporate office for over a month before writing this review. I was told this issue was being directed to the manager on site and should expect a call, which never happened, after multitudes of attempted contacts. I contacted Two Men and a Truck corporate offices after a month went by and they said they would forward my issue to the local store, that would be Racine off of Hwy. 20, and there was no contact then. So, not only did I lose cash, but now my time by explaining what you already know about repeatedly. Save your money people when using them and watch them very closely, as you’ll save on damages that way by stopping them from making mistakes in the first place. You know this already, just return all your phone calls or emails of people concerned about issues, instead of rebuttals online, and these types of reviews will disappear.

I used Two Men and a Truck Movers for my September 30 move... I gotta say that as stressful as it was packing up years of collected stuff, the movers, Jose and Josh did a fantastic job with every detail.They took the time to wrap and protect glass door cabinets, furniture, night stands, appliances and tables, they paid special attention to items I hold dear and handled everything and every item (I believe) as if it were their own.They truly worked hard and in a timely manner with the job at hand and conducted themselves as curtious and professional, this was very refreshing to see in young people of this day and age... they are definitely not afraid of work.Again... Poor experienceTeam was inexperienced, did not listen to instructions, and broke two pieces of furniture. They did compensate me for the pieces as per our agreement but the damage was strictly due to the lack experience of team and failing to follow instructions added about 45 minutes to the bill

Fully enjoyed the boys we had helping us. Funny, hard working.

They showed up at the time and date. Provided the needed supplies. Did the packing with a genuine respect of my needs. Kinda expensive, but you get what you pay for. I would consider them in the future.

I had a interview 2 weeks ago the guy told me to call the following week to check to see if my background came back Ive been calling all I got was we will call you. So I called today the guy says again we will call you I said thats what I have been hearing and noone calls me back. Then he says we hired someone already why wouldnt you tell me that why say you are hiring give someone an interview and dont call them back smdh didnt want to give no stars
