Im starting to feel like this company is tan out of someones home...I paid a car off months ago and for whatever ACR has not released y title and are now acting as if they have no knowledge of the payment they ran on my card. Last week I spoke to someone who was VERY rude and still gave me no solution to this problem fast forward to today no one will answer the phone which further male me think this is someone forwarding calls to their cellphone! Soon I will be contacting a lawyer because they have certainly committed fraud! NO EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!

I wish I didnt have to give a start to leave feedback. These people are complete morons! I have tried to make a payment for my Step Son, 4 times in the last 2 days. They tell me that my credit card, that I use everyday, is no good. So I called my bank and found out that they are entering my address incorrectly. I let them know and tried to walk them through it, but I cant seem to find anyone educated enough to handle this !!!

This is thee worst finance company I have ever had to deal with in my life and their customer service is horrible, I got a car from a lot that ended up closing down the car Is horrible when I first got the car it sounded like that transmission was slipping, I had to have the breaks done a week after I had the car because they started grinding so bad, just here lately the transmission went out and when I first called to report the issue I asked what were the proper steps and what would they be able to do they told me nothing I would have to pay out of pocket to get the transmission fixed and if I did not pay them too then it would affect my credit score I said fine and disconnected the girl called me back and said I had to finish telling you what I was saying and ive told them multiple times do not call the number I called you from. they just recently called my job and this so called account manager carlos claimed he did not call but if ur my account manger why would anybody else be calling me and ur in office, he proceeded to try to talk over me during the phone call so I started yelling because he kept cutting me off asking when I was going to have the car looked at and disconnected on me Ive told this finance company to come pick the car up twice now because it is waiting on them and yet to do so. they are the worst financing company to deal with and they have the worst cars ever

I just got my car last month almost on the 10 of July so I only owe 280 on my down payment so I called the dealer and ask could I bring it in Monday he said sure since they sold my first car I put money down on, so now Im dealing with this finance company and my acct mang name is Carlos so he said they said if I dont bring the money in buy Friday they will not finance me so I told them them I wan every sent I put into that lemon of a car so these mf came in towed my car @. 12 last night so ok but guess what I got something for they asses just watch fraud ass company

This company is fraud they need be shut down asap i pay my truck off over 2 years and got clear title from kennth hands in franklin ky now they say i own money on the truck and went got new title on my truck i suing this company for fraud

The most awful company to work with. The took my vehicle and refuse to follow any of the Florida statues. It has been 3 weeks and I have gotten no response on where the vehicle is, how I can get it back, intent to sell, and information regarding my personal property like my sons stroller and personal documents that they do not have a right to. I have sent multiple written requests as well filed a complaint with the BBB.

I paid my car off and start getting calls saying they havent received any money on my account and that I owed over $1100 to them and they literally picked up my car. They are unprofessional
