Cashiers are extremely rude won’t ask about perks card when I asked if cashier was going to scan she had a whole attitude and rolled her eyes i just said never mind I should never feel like I inconvenienced a person when they’re not doing their job and she threw my receipt in my bag like it was trash, as a result I didn’t get any credits for items bought today or the opportunity to use my gas savings. Store was a mess this is newly remodeled store and should never look like this. Workers should show some appreciation to customers and the willingness to keep the new store clean. Had I been the secret shopper today this store would have definitely failed today no greeting no name tags no up selling or fan perks suggesting cleanliness of store terrible.

The purple haired manager likes to yell at customers and refuse service to them even if they have been regulars there and spending $600 to $800 there a month in gas and products in the stores. I believe she needs to be on the unemployment line.
Honestly it was the worst service I have ever received. Went in and was going to purchase a bag of Twix Bites that were being sold by the sticker $1.97 but when it rung up at the cash register it was $4.59, I had informed the cashier (Elizabeth) that the price it showed on the screen was incorrect and showed her that it was $1.97 not the $4.59 and all she kept saying is that there was nothing she could do about it, that she couldnt change the price to the item. Last time I checked the cashiers at Five Star were trained to be able to change the prices if they 100% appear to be wrong. She kept saying that there was nothing that she could do about it, honestly if she couldnt do her job then she doesnt need to be working there or she clearly needs to be retrained. Her attitude towards me almost got her slapped. She kept telling me that I shouldnt take it out on the cashier, and I looked at her and tried to talk to her and she kept telling me goodbye waving in my face and goodbye. If you have something out on the floor for a one price then it rings up a different one then you fix it not tell the customer that you cant do anything about it. Total lack of Customer Service. If that is how your General Manager trains employees then maybe they need to be replaced. And yes you can do something about it.
I was looking for K1 kerosene. they do not carry that, just diesel and gas. but they were very friendly and actually told my about the other 5 star further south on Dixie that did have kerosene.

Horrible.Very slow service. Cashier was alone and appeared to be new. Had no idea what she was doing manager no where in sight to help. Stood in line for 15 mins and ended up putting items back before I was late for work.
