Great service, responsive & knowledgeable.

I was in Miami and needed help and advice regarding my F-type. The Sales Manager - Majdi - helped me resolve my problem. I had previously used the Jag dealer in Cary, which was no help at all with my problem. I will now be switching my loyalty from Cary to Raleigh.

Nice atmosphere, on the down side I went to this dealership with my own financing and they decided to run my credit through other finance companies without my permission.

If i could give negative -5 stars,I WILL!They call themsleves working on my car THE WHOLE SUMMERRRRRRRRRRRRRRR AND this dealership did NOTHING to fix my car back and I brought them EVERY part they recommended to fix it and they DO NOT even know how to work on engines and change off and put you on a new timing belt and I had to pay $4,600+ for parts they put on that my car didnt even need cause they dont know how to diagnose my engine light.Then come to find out when I took my car to another dealership,I found out I was covered by an emission WARRANTY that runs out in 8 years that suppose to replace and fix all the parts that they had me buying for my car.I think I can sue this dealership if I want to.

Worked with Casey to purchase a 2017 Subaru STI. He was very helpful with organizing a test drive and working through price negotiations. The dealership was reasonable with pricing after kbb price comparison and eventually lowered the price of the car into the heart of the fair deal range.The financing I received wasn’t the best. Looking back I would have shopped for my own rate and came in pre-approved. The rate I eventually refinanced to a week later was 1.2% lower.They cleaned up the car great and were open and honest in regards to what they knew about the car and what they could do as far as pricing. Would recommend.
