After a repair last year I returned with an issue that had been overlooked in NOVEMBER. A temporary repair was done and I was told that I would notified when the part arrived. I had to call them in JUNE. Seems they had simply blown the situation off. They have done some great work, but this lack of customer service is a deal breaker. Being a Audi certified shop USED to mean something, apparently not anymore. I give 1 star only because I cant give ZERO STARS. Caliber Collison is Dead to me.

After a horrible day in the rain and going to the wrong location for an estimate, this location took me in and made sure they were able to get me in. After a few minutes wait, we went out and looked at the car. The tech was amazingly kind. There was no damage on the car and the door was catching on the wheel well. Ten minutes later, the car comes back and he says, We dont know what could have happened, but we took it off and adjusted it. It shouldnt give you an issue anymore. He handed me my keys and I asked, how much? --- Dont worry about it. We got you.10000% know that some other companies would have made something up and charge me for something. Complete integrity. Will return (hopefully I wont ever get in a wreck or anything).

Only took them about a week to fix my car. Wonderful service and everyone was super nice and did a fantastic job on the repairs. Looks brand new again.

Fair and honest, were not able to assist in the repairs my golf mark VI needed but they remained honest and provided me some great information that aids in my repair and self install needs

I have had two vehicles repaired here with good results. My 2015 BMW 328xi was side swiped and just recently our 2013 Porsche Panamera GTS was backed into while it was parked. The Paragon location is a certified Porsche repair facility and had high marks for BMW repairs as well. Communication is really good and most questions can be answered quickly via a phone call. They are thorough when you pick up your vehicle and dont want you to leave with any questions unanswered and do a great job explaining the invoice. I have only had a few challenges getting replacement films / decals which were removed as part of the repair process which required additional follow-up after getting our vehicles back.

Emily, Keith and the team at Caliber Collision were nothing but helpful when I got into a small accident in a grocery store parking lot. Keith took a consultative approach to my issues and walked me through the considerations I needed to take in mind when it came to repairs. Emily was great as well, making sure that I received excellent customer service and support in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Although the accident didn’t seem bad it resulted in over $10K in damages to my BMW. I appreciated the commitment to weekly communication as we waited for many weeks for a part from Germany. Also the seem-less collaboration Caliber worked with the at fault insurance company. My side view mirror was knocked off Christmas week, after having driven cross-country to be with family. They were the only shop that was willing to get it replaced for us before the new year and our drive back home. The replacement took no more than 45 minutes just one week after initially calling them and working with Keith remotely to see which part was needed.Professional, responsive, and timely. Great service all around.

This Caliber location is hands down the best. The staff here are very professional and attentive to all customer needs, not only mine but others while I was being serviced. Minor bumper repair and Caliber has kept car over 22 days now. Still don’t have it back. Told it was finally ready 3 days ago. Picked it up, drove it home and realized the bumper cameras and sensors not working. Back in it went. Still not fixed. No quality control whatsoever. Service reps never call when they say they will. Total disrespect.1/14/21. UPDATE: Was contacted by both the store manager, Joey and the regional manager. Both were sorry to hear of my experience and Joey went out of his way to set things right. He offered a free rental car but I had already borrowed a car. He called daily with updates. It turns out the wrong sensor had been installed so a new one had to be ordered. The car was ready today and Joey arranged to have it delivered to my house. They detailed it and it’s in perfect condition. Changing my review to 4 stars. Thanks Caliber!

Was referred to the Raleigh, NC location after being hit by a deer. Keith kept me updated weekly. My car was fairly new. The car looked better after the repairs than it did when I drove off the car lot. My car was detailed and sanitized. Everyone at the shop was nice and friendly. Highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Marc did a great job evaluating the damage to my car, writing an accurate estimate, and referring me to my local Caliber Collision in Virginia to get my drivers side mirror replaced. With his help, I was in and out of service in 30 minutes! Cant beat that. Appreciate the help and would recommend Marc to anyone looking to get an accurate and fast assessment.

This is the best body shop I have ever worked with. They do great work. You can see from my photos how well they repaired my 2018 Audi S5. Cant even tell it was hit.

These guys are the best. Do amazing quality work and, as a certified Audi repair shop, worked with the dealership to have an Audi certified mechanic do the final calibrations to ensure everything was top-notch. Beyond the quality, the service experience also sets these guys apart. They were everything I could have asked for and more. I loved that they gave me a choice of how I wanted to be communicated with and then used that mechanism to keep me up to date at every step in the process. I chose text and it was perfect — consistent updates without inundating me with too much info.Hopefully I won’t need repairs like this again any time soon — but if I do, I’d absolutely return to have those folks take care of the work.

Unfortunately, I have had my car damaged by other cars. Caliber Collision Paragon has done great repair work, making it easy to work with the insurance and rental car companies. They commit to calling twice a week with updates and being available always to answer any questions. Their repairs come with a lifetime guarantee, but I have yet to have the need to return to have something corrected that they repaired. I have returned to have them double-check things, and it was a quick, pleasant experience.

Hands down the best body shop in town. They repaired my girlfriends Porsche perfectly. I was referred from my dealer and they did not disappoint.

I was in a car accident and caliber collision was a shop that my insurance company recommended. I was a bit skeptical at first because this was my first major car accident and didnt want to be blind-sighted from body shop or insurance company, but both were excellent. CC kept me in the loop the whole time and made sure everything was in tip-top shape.

Keith helped us with our repair here. He was so professional and went above and beyond. We were about to run out of our rental time and they took a two week job and got the car in and out in 4 days! They did a beautiful job, and also found things that needed repair that the first shop that did an estimate missed. All the staff here were friendly and helpful the whole process. This is not even the closest caliber location to me, but if I ever need repair again Ill drive the extra few miles to come back here 🙌

I called once and they took care of everything else, including calling rental car co to pick me up when I dropped off car and taking care of the rental car return when I picked up car and communicated directly with ins co about repairs.directly to insurance co. My car looked brand new..inside and out when I picked it up.

I am very pleased with the service I received. My car was damaged in an accident and I needed a driver side mirror. This place discussed every option with me, from new to used, painting, etc. and priced everything for me! This made it very easy to make a decision. The mirror looks great and the paint job was fantastic. They were thorough and professional. I will recommend this location to anyone who needs body work.

Caliber Collision was amazing to work with. It is now the only place I will take any vehicle that needs repair and/or body work. I specifically worked with Rodney but everyone at this location had great customer service and I cant say enough about the communication from Rodney and the staff. I received a text a few times a week with updates on the status of my vehicle and only ended up calling once in 5 weeks because they always called me first. My car is a custom order high priced sports car and its very stressful placing a vehicle like that in someone elses hands but their work was high quality and you would never know it had been in an accident. It looks and runs beautifully again. Also, all repairs were completed in the time they estimated. I cannot say enough good things about the integrity, quality and professionalism of this shop. Great place for higher end vehicles.

My car was damaged from hail and Caliber worked with my insurance company to have everything fixed back to its original condition. My car is a luxury brand so they had to transport it to another one of their locations that is certified to work on it. They towed it there for me, and towed it back to the original location for me to pick up. Friendly people, and kept me informed all the way through the process.

I had a good experience and felt well taken care of and would recommned it to others. I had a collision where coners tipped between cars.

I went in for a consultation, which must be scheduled. I wanted swirl marks removed from paint and a paint touch up, but Caliber Collision only handles paint jobs related to damage repair. They referred me to a detailing company which I appreciated because they were in a good position to know skilled detailers.

I had to have a mirror painted because I got too close to a yellow pole. Caliber did a great job and the service was fantastic! Thank you for helping me out when I was in a bind.

Really great work at this location, formerly Paragon. Ive had several claims on two vehicles, both minor but which required pearlized black paint work. Pearlized black is one of the most difficult to match and to not leave buff swirls. Their work is as good as it gets on both vehicles. They are my place of choice.

I brought a newer car there a few years ago, they couldn’t fix it. They took it back 3 different occasions to try to fix some of the ground effects and back bumper that kept coming off. I ended up just trading the car in, which I’m sure they were thrilled about because they didn’t have to fix it again.

We took our Model S to Caliber to have a chip in the rear hatch repaired. Marc and his team did a fantastic job. They had to remove, sand down, and repaint the entire hatch. Now it looks like new. Cant even tell it was ever damaged. This crew gets an A+ from us.

I️ bought a Tesla (my dream car) which was hit one week after I️ got it. Tesla sent me to Caliber Collision, a certified Tesla body shop. Mark and the front desk staff were amazing!!! The popcorn and drinks were nice while you waited. They handled all the insurance work like pros and my car looked brand new again! I️ will always bring my car here if I️ ever have the need for body work.

Brought my car in for repairs after being side swiped - insurance work. They had my car for plenty of time to fix it the right way. When I got it back I didn’t have time to go over every little detail as I had to get to get to work. The clips holding my front bumper are broken, the wrong ones, or not there at all so my bumper doesn’t sit right and I have to pop both sides back in multiple times, every single day. They refuse to fix it for me fully, saying I must have hit a curb and it’s my fault the bumper doesn’t sit right - they placed a couple more cheap clips in and it still doesn’t sit right on my car. I will never be back, due to poor customer service by simply refusing to repair my car properly.

Ive been a customer going back to the days of when this location was Paragon. Nothing has changed! The quality of work from the technicians here is second to none. I have never been disappointed with the quality of their workmanship. Over the years I referred family and friends and have never heard a single complaint. From the front office staff to the technicians to Assistant Manager Jeff Dukeman, nothing but professionals here. This is the second time Ive had my Porsche 911 there first time was simple cosmetics, this time was about $5,000 worth of front-end and right side damage. When I picked it up, it looked just as good as it did the day it came off the showroom floor. Jeff will not release your car until its perfect. This location has definitely earned a lifelong customer!

Amazing staff and great service throughout the process. The two times I have been here I have been treated wonderfully and my car looks amazing. When you get updates either through text or email and they are automated ones you get a better feeling of how much they care. It is so easy to get an estimate, drop your car off and pick it up. Rude staff who dont understand that their shop is located outside the beltline. They literally think 540 is the beltline. This was previously the only location Caliber hadnt ruined, oh well.

Left working at this location about a month ago. The Center Manager, Amy, promised that I would be paid out for my PTO. However, they didnt pay me out for it. No one is helping. The company stole almost $1300 from me. My PTO was suppose to be paid on my final check. Bobby, the regional will not speak to me. Heath, the HR guy has been unhelpful. I would avoid Caliber if I could due to their unfair treatment of employees. They lie and do not keep their word.

Went to schedule my repair and note that I just had it repaired there 4 months ago. They are now asking to come for a pre-qualify even when I have an approved estimate they want one from Caliber Collision. This is a total waste of the customers time especially since I already have an estimate. They are really looking to see if they really want the work or not!! Bad Bad customer service!! I will not be back!

So this has to be the best repair shop I have ever had. There customer service is amazing they notify via text at least once a day or call me letting me know the status of my Ford F-150. They are one of the only repair shop that is certified on working on aluminum body. I trust them because they also can work on teslas and Porsche I feel like Im in very capable hands. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know. In this area. They work well with my insurance company USSA very well. Also call my rental car agent to come pick me up because Im done. I cant say enough great things about this place. Im definitely treated great above and beyond than any other repair shop.

Sent my Tesla in for repair. Took them 4 weeks before they even looked at it to request parts from Tesla. Took Tesla two months to get them the parts. Once they had the parts, they opened it up and found they needed more. Queue another two month wait. Once I get the car back, I have damage to my touchscreen and tpms sensors.

Brought my C7 Corvette here based upon a colleagues recommendation.Minor dent on driver side door which required repainting & blending.Pros:Car was ready on time and paint job seemed very good.Cons:Clear coat overspray on both front & rear wheels.Interior door panel incorrectly installed, requiring removal & reinstallation.I opted to fix both issues myself rather than waste more time having Caliber do the work.Clearly, their QA department is lacking. Id recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.
