I had my first dealings with the Westgate Auto Group about 26 years ago. Since then I have either personally bought or helped close friends and family buy around 30 vehicles from Westgate. Why?Pretty simple. Value and trust. Theyve delivered strong market value and earned my trust through fair treatment at every turn. My last interaction, though, exceeded my expectations.Three years ago I bought a new truck from another dealer because Westgate couldnt get what I wanted. Since I really like the truck I decided to trade it in the 2020 equivalent. Got a pretty good first offer from the original dealership and then negotiated it downward twice. I took that offer to Westgate and they told me that they could likely find what I want in a really low mileage used unit and save me a little money in the process, but they felt I would be happier buying a new one from the other dealer.Westgate was more concerned with my satisfaction than their own bottom line. DJ the salesman was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure I got a good deal, and was always happy, polite, and very honest. Moreover, once the deal was made the finance gentleman Ash was so polite and personable. He got me a great rate and wasn’t pushy with extra add on’s like a lot of other dealers on the backend. Guy with this business on his car wouldnt get off his phone while at a stoplight in rush hour traffic and held everyone up. I eventually had to beep. Several cars didnt make it cause of him. Then hes back on his phone at the very next light. Looking straight down, not even checking the light. I dont trust anyone who isnt curious to strangers they dont know. Many people are curtious to customers faces. But the ones who are rude to strangers I dont trust.

Got a call from Sylvania now 2 months after the sale. Says she found a deposit slip and $700 cash in the glove compartment that my wife left in there. Anyone in that operation could have pocketed the cash and thrown away the deposit slip and I would have no clue!!They deposited the cash for me TODAY with a picture receipt of what they found and gave to the bank!!!UNREAL!!Job well done Westgate!!

I came to WestGate CDR just to test drive a 2020 Durango I saw online. Paul was my salesman and he was very professional. I have now gone twice to Westgate to purchase a vehicle. One was a range rover and one was a wrangler. Every time my finances are arranged and my affairs are In order. I treat them with respect that any business professional would appreciate and understand.Each time I am paired with a representative and when I arrived at the dealership on the same day that I scheduled the appointment the representative that I scheduled with is not present and then they say that the vehicle is sold. I ask why the representative did not call me to inform me of the the the vehicle that was sold as I scheduled the appointment the same day. The new representative then says talk to the original representative and was real rude. While leaving the dealership I saw another couple looking at the truck and letting me know the representative was bringing the keys to them for a test drive and that they had not expressed any inkling or signing the paperwork as they had just walked onto the lot. Their entire act is smoke and mirrors and ridiculous they will never get my money. Do not waste your time they are con men.*P.S. - Had to ask why the representatives were not wearing masks as I was respecting covid and earring mine and the representative asked for clarification on my statement - although she heard the request the first time and then came back only wearing the mask over her mouth and not nose.Wastegate has low class disrespectful employees and business practices.Do not do business with them.

We’ve been Westgate customers for about 10 years. Currently drive a Grand Cherokee SRT and Wrangler Rubicon. All of the customization work for the Wrangler was performed at Westgate and saved me compared to another place I was considering. The sales group and service departments have always been accommodating and prompt with service. I’ve recommended several friends who have been pleased as well.
Brought my 2015 RAM in for service, work with service advisor Kim who did a great job scheduling me an appointment and getting my vehicle completed in a timely manner. She had their shuttle driver take me back to work which I thought was really nice of them to do. I have bought two cars from this dealership and will continue to do business with them in the future!

Friendly staff was accommodating to me and my friend who were just trying to see what options i had with my budget. salesperson was not pushy and i felt like i could take my time and look around the lot without someone pressuring me to the next step. i will definitely come back once i have the proper budget for what they suggested versus going with a cheaper option just to be done with it!
I called the service department for an appointment for my car. The receptionist couldnt have been nicer! They worked around my busy schedule and got me in earlier than I expected. The service was top notch! Everyone very friendly. Technician explained my options and delivered as promised. Car was brought back in a cleaner condition than when I left it. Definately will use again.
Had my ram 2500 in for service and this dealership has done numerous damage to my expensive truck. Including busted headlight, bent hood. They took over a week to fix and then get truck back with more damage and repairs
We have bought six cars over the last fifteen years from this dealership. Until our most recent purchase, the cars have been fantastic. In great repair, honestly represented, impeccable. However, we bought a car three weeks ago that two weeks later needed an oil change. When that mechanic inspected it, he said that both front axles were leaking oil and needed to be replaced, to the tune of $900. I called Westgate about it, and they said, Buyer Beware. When we have bought cars from other used car dealerships in the past, we do have them checked out by a mechanic before purchasing. However, we had such trust in Westgate that we did not take this precaution. Thats on us, but Im trying to save you a similar grief. Obviously they are like every other place these days. Watch your back, take nothing for granted, and take the car to an independent mechanic to be checked out before laying out your cash!!
Paul and Jack did a phenomenal job as usual but I also I want to thank the parts department with Joe & the Gang. These guys in the parts department make sure that my equipment is ready for my vehicles at all times and their courtesy is phenomenal so thank you crew for helping me a disabled vet.

Just had my Grand Cherokee serviced at the new Jeep dealership! Service was stellar, I worked with Hassan, who provided a loaner car as I wanted the transmission checked and an oil change. He originally told me two days, but had everything completed by the next morning! Im also grateful to Elliott for helping me transfer two kids with carseats and getting us settled and on our way.

Promised to fix a car after i purchased it. I made the purchase.... One week later i got a call from Annette stating the car was ready i drove one our only to find out the car ac still wasnt working properly. Annette then told me their service guysaid to keep the ac on low..... I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I can write everything down here of what has happened, but honestly they are not worth my time. I’m writing this review to save people from the trap I fell for. Trust me do not do business with them. Terrible service. Doesnt matter what the issue is, they cannot handle it. Shady behaviour and lack of morals. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with hillbillies and avoid this entire group. My dog could do a better job fixing a truck and my dog died 2 years ago.
Westgate Auto is perpetuating a large scale scam regarding their Westgate for Life service. They are using this as a selling point and then refusing to honor the contract due to speculative wording on their part. They have repeatedly changed their verbiage and blamed clerical errors, but still refuse to honor their signed contracts. When I initially entered the dealership to discuss this with the GM, I was assaulted on video by a sales associate on the show room floor. Again, I have a signed contract. Your signed contracts with Westgate will not be honored.They have done this with more than one WfL contract that I am personally aware of including those of their own employees. This has been confirmed by their newly acquired dealerships as well as their corporate office which is currently investigating them for multiple red flags. They sold us a vehicle on the basis of a bait and switch scheme with their Westgate for Life service. They refuse to honor our signed contract because the components of the vehicle they sold us were not reported properly by their dealership upon sale. After purchase we were advised the engine in our car did not qualify for WfL, even though the specification of this engine or any exclusion related to it appear nowhere in our documentation or theirs. They admitted to this clearly and in writing, but still refuse to honor the signed contract.They did not sign our purchase order, or any other applicable documents such as the arbitration agreement. Amoung this and other purposeful oversights, they did not have my vehicle legally inspected upon sale which violates NC state law.The Service Manager Bill Lee agreed to try and honor part of the Westgate for Life contract if I agreed not to write a true review of my dealings with him and Westgate on Yelp or report them to the BBB. I was offered compensation in exchange for not contacting their corporate office or posting reviews of our dealing. When we addressed this point with Mike Frazier who was identified to me as their legal counsel although he advised us he is not, my husband was advised that we were being a served a Cease and Desist request based on the information in this review. They have proof of all claims I have made here, yet still refuse to honor my contracts and have now resorted to written threats.Do not do business at this dealership
