Where do I begin?! Let’s start in June! I met Wendell told him what I wanted and what I was looking for. He suggested I order one but I was being stubborn and just knew one would come. Well August came I was flat out tired of waiting I reached out to a dealer in Myrtle Beach. It was cheaper and but man was that customer service something I couldn’t afford. Them people blew up my phone religiously !!! Not Wendell. He never blew up my phone called me unnecessarily or tried to sway me from my wants. He was always nice, respectful, funny, patient and never pushy with me. I called him up immediately asking if he had see anything and still nothing.. the out of the blue in October I got the call. My rare find had be found and was on the way. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’d recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you again!! He deserves all the awards and bonuses you can give him!

I had a great experience at Fred Anderson Kia of Raleigh. The sales men were not pushy or rude. They truly wanted to work with me and have my business. I got a great price for my 7 year old trade-in and got an amazing deal on a brand new Telluride. I’ve had bad car buying experiences in the past and I’m happy to say this was not. I’m a returning customer of FA Kia and will be again and will be encouraging others to go there too for a great car buying experience!

My first visit. I own a KIA Optima. Upon arrival I was greeted with great customer service. The receptionist was very helpful and polite. She explained all services preformed and services I needed. I really loved the video they provide explaining additional services I would need. I have never received this kind of service before and would recommend going there. Thank you Fred Anderson Kia.

Recently, I found myself in need of a new used vehicle after my previous one had finally run its course.It was an emergency to say the least, I needed a reliable vehicle.But, Jason Fazekas and the crew at Fred Anderson Kia stepped up and guided me every step of the way, from finding a vehicle within my budget, to showing me the vehicle in their lot, finding a decent interest rate on a loan and making sure the car was cleaned up, had the oil changed, gas filled up and inspected.Fred Anderson Kia is also where my mom has acquired her last two vehicles and for good reason.That’s why she recommended them to me and I’m glad she did because I love my new used car!

This was my first time coming to this dealer for service! It was the most professional experience I’ve ever had with any Kia dealer before. They also were done with my oil change and multi point inspection fairly quickly (35-40 mins), and they even washed my car and vacuumed the inside. I definitely recommend this dealer for service

Great experience though I wished I could have dropped off my car earlier in a better place since the gates are now closed on SUNDAY. The entrance way off of Glenwood gets packed.. Eric was great in calling me before work started and once it was completed. Plus the video was an extra bonus.

Went in for Service. They handled my car quickly during a busy queue. At the end I had a video explanation of what was wrong. They addressed that my car is burning oil and explained how well properly diagnose/fix it. Explained all charges upfront and what recommendations they had for additional service, which I passed on without being pressured.

The financial department is a sham altogether They tried to use someone elses credit score with my name . kept me in there from 12 to 10:00 at night because they committed fraud.. Then try to deny me my vehicle I told them I will be speaking with a lawyer the following day Kia picked up my finance and fired 4 gentlemen in the front. Then the service department is junk altogether altogether I had a remote start installed that was supposed to take A-day it took a week then to get my car back and was not functioning. Service departments stated that they werent qualified to install and had to send my car off to a certified mechanic. There has been UPS and Downs with the install on the remote start they have lied several times regards of the installed new parts and havent even touched the unit. They are crooks altogether if you let them they will get over on you make sure you keep an eye on all paperwork

I was in customer service for 10+ years, and when I receive exceptional service, I like it to be known. I recently bought a 2013 Kia at the end of August. I actually purchased it with two recalls still active, as I couldn’t pass on the deal. I reached out to Fred Anderson Kia to schedule, as I’ve never been a customer.Needless to say, Joe Ducey, assistant service manager is FLAWLESS & EXCEPTIONAL. Not one, but BOTH of my recalls were completed well before the time he said it would take. He greeted me, we joked about manual transmissions, got me a ride home and a ride back and just showed what most people fail to show in business, humanism. I will not take my purchase ANYWHERE but to Joe and the team. I recommend anyone with a Kia dealership to take your vehicle here, it will for sure be in great hands!

My experience here was great. They offer a shuttle to wherever, while you wait. The interior was vacuumed. Along with my oil change, they also performed a tire rotation. All in all, I will be going back!!! Thanks Fred Anderson

This dealership was so laid back and easy to deal with. No high pressure sales talk, no anxiety, just casual and simple. The deal they made to my Wife was so good, I brought in my Mom two days later, and bought another Kia. Both were the new K5s. We traded in a Porsche Macon and a Mercedes CLA class. This shows how fantastic we believe these new generation of Kias to be. (And so much less expensive to maintain than their German adversaries)!Even though everyone treated us so well, from the Financing Manager to the Front Desk, I would especially like to recognize our Salesman, Wendell, for going over and beyond, finding us extra accessories, and fixing mistakes that were not even his (i.e., missing floor matts).And also, the GM, Dominic, is a rock star! Today was a wonderful day for me @ Kia Fred Anderson on Glenwood Road. I took my Kia in for routine check up and my experience was a breathe of fresh air. Customer Service was on point. Ms Kelly Hayes was my car Specialist and I must say shes a SWEET HEART. KIND POLITE, CHEERFUL. Excellent Customer Service person. A grand slam chosen fit. Kelly took her time explaining whatto expect. She spoke about the cost and waiting time. She help me feel comfortable while waiting on my car. You know when you go to a dealership and you already know its going to be a wait but many of us dont want to wait but want our car service the right way. I was ready to wait. Ms Kelly spoke to me as if I was a Special Customer. It felt GOOD. She checked to see what package deal covered any services that came with the car when purchased. She left nothing untouched. Like a fine tooth comb. Next time I make my appointment I will request for MS. Kelly Hayes. I need her expertise to serve me. Shes good. I didnt noticed others there that stood out showing the same quality customer services that Ms Kelly Hayes offered. You know I will take that back there was a young gentleman that as I was pulling up to have my car service he seem as if he was waiting for my arrival he was very polite and he had good customer service as well. He seem ready to get to work. He asked me was this my first time I responded and he directed me to where I needed to go.🤗 I was feeling really special. During my wait Ms Kelly text me to assured me 5 minutes or less after getting to the waiting room what was happening with my car .Ms Hayes text me a courtesy text with a number if I had concerns. She came out several times to update and check on me. Thats quality care! Ms. Kelly have natural qualities that she was born with no faking at all. You cant be that noticeable and show high quality respect with unselfish good customer services skills unless youre born with grace and maintain RESPECT FOR EVERYONE. You got to LOVE YOUR CAREER. Kelly needs a career in training people. Shes a keeper. AMEN.

I am on my second KIA and BOTH of them have only been serviced by Fred Anderson. They are thorough, fair and competent. I appreciate the fact that when I go there, I know I will get an honest assessment on what needs to be done and even when the bill gets a little high, they have financing options to handle those critical repairs that one might ordinarily skip. Great place to take your KIA if you are in the Raleigh-Durham area!

I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and as soon as I pulled into the Lot CJ Cotton approached me and offered to take a look at my vehicle I was trading in. He asked me what I wanted to leave off the Lot with. I actually was able to purchase the vehicle that I originally came for that was posted online. He worked so hard to get me approved and when I was feeling doubtful he would say positive things to me and kept me motivated. The process was easier than I thought. I never thought I would be able to buy from a huge dealership like Fred Anderson. The entire staff thats assisted me in one way or another were so kind, down to earth and professional. Since we recently moved from the Raleigh area my wife traveled over 300 miles to get the Family Plan Service completed and was very pleased with the treatment she received by your Service Department. At her request she was fit into the schedule earlier than her appointment to enable her a much better trip home prior to rush hour Raleigh traffic and I was very impressed with the new video system by the service Tech that explained everything in great detail.

Highly recommend Fred Anderson Kia for service on Kia vehicles. I had been going to another Kia service dealership in the Raleigh area & the service was terrible! The service repair person at Fred Anderson Kia texted me updates & even sent me a video of how the service technician checked my vehicle to ensure repairs were completed. Our salesman Oscar was great and personable. They happened to have one I loved with interior I loved more. All the staff was great including Seth the finance director. Fred Anderson KIA used to put a mileage sticker in the upper left corner of the windshield so you would know when your next oil change was due. For the past two routine services the sticker was omitted. I paid for the plan that also includes a free car wash which was also omitted. On my previous service appointment they flushed the cooling system. When I got home the reservoir for antifreeze was empty and the fluid in the radiator was down about 8 inches. We took it back and they put antifreeze in the reservoir. When the car heats up the air in the system is pushed into the reservoir. When it cools it pulls antifreeze from the reservoir into the system. Again the reservoir went empty and the radiator was still about 2 inches low. When I took it back this time I expected them to notice the reservoir was empty and check the radiator, then fill the radiator, and top off the reservoir. After driving home and letting it cool the radiator was finally full and the reservoir is now at the low mark but not empty. The radiator flush was not cheap and I should not have to double check their work.Every time I take the car in for the free oil change which is covered by my plan they have me sign an invoice for an amount that far exceeds the expected amount. For example, this time the original invoice for my free oil change was about $170 and the final invoice was $33.56. What is the logic behind having the customer sign an over priced invoice.

They will definitely make sure they do all they can to get you in something whenever you go. CJ Cotton met me outside and was outstanding at helping me. I went during their special I saw on a Facebook ad for Labor Day, talked through Facebook messenger set an appointment and next day left with a 2021 Kia Forte 1 mile on dash. I love coming here to the service Dept! I feel like these guys and gals really are looking out for what’s best for ME. I’ve been coming since getting a Kia Sedona in 2012 & have found everyone helpful and NEVER trying to push services on me. I also love that there are female service reps! Today I needed my van inspected and didn’t think about my wipers being bad, both front and back. I knew it was time to change them, but just didn’t think about it when I scheduled the appointment. Once there, & they notified me I’d have to replace them to pass, I didn’t want to leave without passing the inspection, even though I knew I could replace the wipers myself (and for less money). So I told Chris (service agent) to go ahead & have the tech replace the blades. When I came to check out, Chris told me I didn’t need to replace the back blade in order to pass inspection, so he didn’t have them replace it. I was amazed! Basically, by doing that he was saying, “I can save you a little money if you replace that one yourself.” WHO DOES THAT??? A company that is honestly looking out for you! Thank you, Chris Toth!

Best Car buying experience ever!! First, I wanted a specific car, with very specific interior... Not only did the Gm find it, but it was ready the next day!! I got top trade value for my Audi A5, and a great price on my pre owned GLA! Dominic Scruggs is a miracle worker!! Hes the GM, matter a fact he even put my tag on himself, so my sales person could continue with multiple deals. When I showed up, the car was cleaned, and Wendell my sales person was installing my all weather matts. Their inventory selection, service, and promptness was fantastic!

We purchased a 2022 Kia Carnival after much research. 8 days after driving the brand new car off the lot, my check engine light came on and the car started to shake. The electronic system advised that there was an issue with the car. I called the Kia roadside number where it took 5 hours and me paying the tow bill to get my car to the correct dealership. They did not have a loaner for me nor did they have the part. It was approximately 2 weeks of waiting. The dealership eventually found a used car on their lot for me to borrow. But the dealership and Kia Corporate kept telling me to go back to each other for reimbursement on the tow, my 1st months payment, my insurance. I tried to reach my sales representative, his phone number was disconnected. I emailed him and have yet to hear back with any resolution. I got my car back, fixed, not new. No longer new due to an assembly line issue. A manufacturer defect. Not even washed. The Free Loaners and Car Washes for life isnt really free, or for life. I asked to have my car washed before driving it off the lot again. I waited 40 mins and they said that because I wasnt getting my car serviced Id have to see my Sales Rep (who I already cant get a hold of.) Another rep asked to help and I told them that I just needed a car wash, his response Do we owe you a car wash? Why are we doing this? I have had nothing but issues and poor to no service after purchasing a $47,000 car.

Be ware, they tell you you get free oil changes for as long as you own your car, and you do. But, what they dont tell you is that you have to get all of the other recommended services, if you dont, then the oil change is not free. And of course, after the sales pitch, they send you to the finance person who tries to sell you one or more service packages which will add even more money to the price of the car. Thats not a big deal if you are financing the car, but we paid cash and had the exact amount needed for the car. We told everyone up front that we were paying cash and yet they still didnt let us know about the additional cost. Why??? We were told we could finance the services, if we gave a down payment but we had just enough money for the car. This seems like a bait and switch tactic to us.The finance person should not be a salesman, they should only deal with the money. If there are extra charges, then the sales person should be the one who lets you know, up front, without having to be prompted to reveal that information.Also, they send your car to the garage for detail work but they didnt install the antenna and the window washer fluid tank was bone dry.We did get a great deal on the car, they beat the quote we got from the dealer in Wake Forrest. But the whole hidden information situation left a very sour taste. Just be honest and up front with customers, why is that so hard to do?

My experience was nothing like the reviews Ive read. I walked in, told them exactly what I was looking for and what I wanted to spend and it was as if my words meant nothing. The sales person starts telling me about completely different cars and nothing about what I had asked for. When I again told them what I WANTED, they were very dismissive and said for what I wanted to spend (under $24k), they couldnt help.I thought perhaps because it was busy, they may be just having a bad day so I wait a week and call.Again, I tell the sales person that answers the phone exactly what I want (year, color, options, powertrain). They immediately tell me about vehicles with different colors, completely different trim and with none of the options I want.I wont be back. Perhaps the sales team would benefit from a course on active listening.

I only gave 3 stars for the sales department and one gentleman in service. The rest were not very helpful or professional. I brought my car in for $600 worth of work, the least they could’ve done was taken care of the recall that I mentioned as well. Would not go back unnecessarily.

For everyone that is reading this review, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION!! My car buying experience at Fred Anderson Kia was wonderful. Please ask for Anthony. I received more for my trade-in which was a Optima 2020. I purchase the K5 GT-Line Sapphire Blue. I even received a few hundred dollars off the discount with other great rebates. Bottom line, my customer satisfaction was met. I was very impressive with the working staff and the finance manager Pierre, who ensured that my payment goals were met. You guys deserve a 5 star rating from me.

I absolutely loved my experience. It was my first time buying a car and my sales man Will Boykins helped me out and put me in a car that I didn’t think I would be able to have. By far the greatest encounter ever especially for a college student not knowing what to do. 100% will be going back the next time I need a new car!

Can’t faults the sales guy, he was just doing his job. Drove 3 vehicles, settled on the one I wanted. Their “no haggle price” online was $19345 for a used vehicle. Proceeded to show me the numbers where they added $3000 on for “lack of inventory”. I advised that they are engaging in false advertising practices, which is illegal (they know that) and I would be happy to purchase the car for the advertised price. They came back twice and took $1000 off the $3000 they added on to it for zero reason. I thought it was a joke. They let me walk. Literally just bought a higher spec model somewhere else for $4000 less like I said I would the next day. Shady shady shady

Im very unpleased with how nothing I asked was done due to my car breaking down & a new engine had to be replaced. I didnt get the same courtesy like other customers for instance courtesy car wash & vacuum. My car was supposed to be detailed and when I picked it up it wasnt It sat at Fred Anderson of Kia Raleigh for 23 days and none of that was taken place. Ive been a customer with Raleigh for 3 years and I felt like I should get the same treatment as any other customer that was paying for any work being done but do to the fact that my engine was under warranty the needs for my car were irrelevant.

So before I purchased 4 new tires at Fred Anderson Kia I asked if tire rotations would occur at no additional charge, I was told no as long as the tires were purchased here there would be no additional cost. I don’t recall the service person’s name and think if they want to be competitive with every other dealership and big box tire company they should include this service. Had I known I would be charged $25 for just rotating not balancing my tires I would have NEVER purchased tires here. Shout out to M&H Tires in Creedmoor where your tire rotations are always done free with purchase & you won’t have to wait long for them to do it! I’ve purchased tires from them for my Toyota & have been very very pleased!

My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and thought we had found one at Fred Anderson Kia in Raleigh. Yesterday, my husband called to inquire about a listing on their site. The sales rep, Jessica, confirmed the listing and he told her he would give her a call back today regarding an answer. This morning (less than 24 hours later), she had changed the listing to be $7k MORE and did not honor her word that was confirmed on the phone yesterday, as well as on our screenshots of their website. After speaking with her manager, Kimberly, it was stated that yesterdays agreed upon value was a miscommunication. If I could give this business 0 stars, I would. This was not a miscommunication, this was a sales rep who was dishonest and did not honor her word.Thankfully, we had not yet made the trip to Raleigh to go get this car yet. What kind of people do you hire there? Sales reps who drag customers up there from out of town on an agreed upon price, only to have the customer find out that they increased the price of the vehicle by 15% while they were on their way up to get the car?Will never return to this business. Or work with Jessica and/or Kimberly.

Really enjoyed working with Will Boykins, I decided it was time to trade my Kia Sorento in for a bigger vehicle. He was very patient and helpful while I figured out which car was the best fit for me and my family. His service is impeccable, even after a few minor hiccups he ensured I was taken care of ending in a frictionless transaction. He truly does care about his clients and does everything to ensure you have the best experience. When Will saw me transitioning my vehicle from the window inside, he ran out and insisted on carrying my child’s car seat across the parking lot for me. It is extremely exhausting to try and have someone answer a question at this dealership. I have been calling for over two weeks now and always told that someone will call me back. Not once has anyone called me back. I purchased a car here over 3 weeks ago now and my trade has not been paid. I would like to know what the delay is and if there is any information that I can give to expedite this effort. Apparently you have to deal with these people in person. I am already unhappy due to their lack of courtesy for me as a customer to simply call me back. My time is valuable and I expect you to understand that so stop wasting my time and money Thanks

The actual automotive service was great, customer service is misleading . When I bought my 2021 vehicle I was told free oil changes for life and at 7500 miles and no one explained to me how the Fred Anderson family deal worked . When I serviced my vehicle 7500 miles I was told that it was supposed to be done at 5000 and to get free oil change I had to pay for any scheduled maintenance, which was not told to me when I made my appointment. When I left after this service I was told to bring back in 5000 miles and I would have to have my tires rotated again to get my oil change. When I showed up at This appointment I was told I had to have tires rotated and cabin filter be replaced which would be close to $100 . I feel this is over priced and I should only have to have tires rotated to get oil change. Service department was quick and efficient.
