I have documentation of everything I state here. If I could rate below 1 star I would. First jeep they sold me wasnt road ready. When I took it for inspection the mechanic said he wouldnt drive it further than the parking lot.I asked to get my money back and Just Jeeps refused. Blamed it on a previous employee and said I wouldnt have that problem with newer inventory since the employee was recently acquired and not handled by said employee. Having no choice I paid up ~$2k for a 06.It has run fine but now a bunch of paint is bubbling from underlying rust which Just Jeeps painted over. When I was buying it they told me they had a professional paint job done on it but that rust wasnt a reason for it. This is the final straw and the reason I am leaving this review. There is also an open recall on it which I believe is illegal to sell without remediation.As it turns out I had a friend buy a few months before me (I didnt know this until afterward when I was telling him about all my issues). He had all sorts of problems as well and had to have the frame on his jeep welded due to rust.I do not believe these people really have a 4+ star rating. There must be some way to remove bad reviews. Im going to be copying this and watching it to make sure its not removed, or I will re-post it and document the removal.

Dealer would not allow my daughter and me to drive the vehicle for the weekend to get the real feel of it. He was allowing his mechanics to drive it home though. When we went back to purchase the vehicle he suggested a turbo warranty as well as the first warranty. After we left with the vehicle we began to hear a ticking sound coming from the engine. We took it to a big dealership and they did a diagnostic test that found that the problem was that the turbo was gone and the engine would eventually go out too. I demanded my money back. I called, left messages, texted, and went back to the dealership he was no where to be found. I have not seen him since that day. My daughter is in college and needs a reliable vehicle as a first car. This is a crooked dealer that sold my daughter and I a lemon.

I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Just Jeeps. Fantastic experience. I’m in the car business and could not recommend them more for a great value and a professional buying process. Gil was very helping me select the best model for my needs. They were no hassle and made sure everything was perfect when I picked it up.

If its not a Jeep, do not buy from here. My wife found a Mini cooper that was being sold here. Two days after purchase the car started throwing multiple codes. Mechanic condemned the turbo and the oil pan was leaking. When my wife brought it back, they reluctantly took the car back in and had it fixed. After a month of an odd smell, I took it to a import mechanic who said the turbo that was installed isnt the one that supposed to go in that car. Its not even mounted to anything, just free floating. Turbo burns oil like crazy and the oil pan that was supposedly replaced is still leaking. Im aware it is sold as is but come on. Getting my lawyer on it at this point.

I was very pleased with the selection of vehicles there, the staff, and the whole process of buying the Wrangler! I would definitely not go back to this dealership if you would call it that. Called several times wanting information on a 2008 Jeep we purchased with cash. Still waiting on the title after 3 weeks plus. Sure would be nice to at least have a representative respond!!!! Looks like a in person visit is on the books

Bought a Jeep last year, purchase process was easy no issues. About a week after I purchased the vehicle I got the death wobble, after them stating they had a certified mechanic inspect the entire vehicle before I purchased it. I called and a guy came out and drove it and confirmed there was a suspension issue. I was told on multiple occasions by the owner and his son that the issue would be taken care of, they would come tow the jeep and have it fixed. It sat in the parking lot for 2 weeks and I ended up having it towed to Super Trucks in Raleigh whom I highly recommend to have it fixed. $1400 to replace some suspension parts and fix the driver side window which was also supposed to be fixed by them. At this point I was going to let it go. Then a few weeks later the check engine light came on. Took it to the shop to have it looked at and was told the catalytic converters were bad and needed to be replaced along with the oxygen sensors, there was a bad coolant leak and one of the bearings was broken in the transmission resulting in the clutch, flywheel and slave cylinder needing to be replaced. I had maybe driven it 5 times at this point. I contacted Just Jeeps again, went to the shop and they assured me they would come pick it up and have their mechanic look at it, it was still at the shop because they recommended I not drive it home at the risk of it overheating. It sat there for 8 days, unlocked with the keys in the console because I was told EVERY DAY they were going to pick it up. Nothing was ever done. I’ve spent over $4,000 on repairs so far. DO NOT recommend. Zero follow through and BS promises.

Awesome car dealership! Great prices, great jeeps, great staff. Gil was extremely helpful for my purchase. Any minor issue I had, he was more than willing to help fix it for my comfort! I wouldn’t buy a jeep anywhere else, definitely recommend them!

Terrible communication skills, guy doesn’t respond for hours and then sets up a meeting just to back out of it and not answer if he will be there to meet or not. Waste of time. Does have a nice selection of jeeps though so I’ll leave 2 stars.

Bought a jeep here and they didnt have the title RED FLAG but the guy seemed nice so I had him mail it to me took a month but finally got it. They do a great job at hiding all the faults with their vehicles. After the pant wore off the frame it revealed rust and a crack that almost encircled the entire frame. I dont reccomend this place at all.
