On 06/12/2019 around 4:30pm I called to price a product and a rude lady answered the phone...... I asked if she could tell me how the product looked and her response was in a very rude way that she could tell because she didn’t have it in front of her..... I had her on speaker and the people that were around me even asked what is her problem....... won’t be buying anything from here no more and I will let everyone else know to look elsewhere! Thanks for making me and future customer go somewhere else!

Sold and delivered the wrong part - their error. Not ours. Their driver could not be bothered to pick up the incorrect part when he delivered the correct one the next day, so they charged us a restocking fee even though THEY created this entire mistake. Then they deducted an additional fee off at their own discretion that they can not and will not justify because its wrong. To add even more fun, the accounting department doesnt know the difference between Net 10 and Net 30, so they send monthly statements that say Net 30, then demand payment by the 10th or lock down the account. We are so completely done with these unprofessional people and their subpar parts.

Bought a wrong grill and came to return it, they didn’t want to take it back because it had 2 tiny scratches that are barely noticeable, so now that got my money and i’m stuck with a grill that i can’t do anything to !! very terrible place !!!!! i much recommend Certifit auto body in morrisville, very nice customer service and prices are much cheaper !!!!! i will never ever go back to this terrible place !!! worse customer service and experience!!!!

Horrible customer service. Refused to return a 50 dollar bumper after stating it had damage and had been opened. they delivered to our shop they picked it up in the same spot a week later. Our customer no showed we did not touch the bumper. will not purchase from this company again. The person that called Ivy was rude and hateful, laughed the entire time we were telling her what happened. 50 dollar bumper is causing a loss of business

I have used Frontier for many years and I had to quit purchasing products recently. I sold a bumper that rusted severely after only a year and a half. They said I would have to purchase a replacement and bring back the original to inspect, which I did and they denied it was theirs. I purchased solely from them and the bumper wasnt replaced. I can not recommend buying any parts from them to anyone now knowing how quickly it failed and the terrible customer service I was shown.

They sold Me an incorrect part for my car. I took the part back that they gave me (which was not used) to get the correct part and they would not take it back. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS THEIR FAULT!! They delayed my body man in painting my vehicle. I give them a Zero if I could give them this rating!!!

Ordered parts a week ago and they were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago!! But here we are picking up parts that they kept forgetting to put on the truck. Had to drive over an hour just to get here... Burning up profits and customer approval.. Thanks for nothing Frontier!!
