The issuebefore closing time my truck had a no start hard start problem I jump my truck and I had to hold the brake and the gas at the same time for the RPMs would not drop to make it to AutoZone they read my computer and told me my crankshaft position sensor had a slow response I paid for the new sensor also had a warranty on my battery and I replaced it the truck turned on I had them double-check everything told me that the battery was good the alternator was good and that my starter was going bad with the issue of the crank sensor in the starter thats why I was having my issues that it would not start and it would die out.The staffWhat I like most was that you guys teamed up to make sure my issue was resolved you guys are very kind and friendly Associates and I think you guys deserve to be applauded for your excellent service and dedication if it wasnt for you Ill probably still be sitting in Raleigh right now when I live in an hour and 20 minutes away and I hope your district manager sees this thanks for getting me home

This location will be a 1 star review until fixed, from my understanding bilingual employees are hired to help with clients that don’t speak English, well with that being said, for one customer to be humiliated and treated in matters that I’m sure Autozone doesn’t represent this ridiculousness, It’s sad that a gentlemen was refused help at this location from a worker there named Benjamin because he would explain the parts that he was te question in an English language, when the gentleman could clearly speak Spanish, and even if he didn’t speak Spanish, I’m sure there would of been a different way to go about it. This is not the first time someone has complained about this individual, I believe someone needs to be trained better in customer service, because this is down right not acceptable. Also this is not a lack of downed staff this is a lack of respect and also humiliating the company if they stand behind this individuals non-sense

Had the most awful experience here due to an older gentlemen name Benjamin being super disrespectful and arrogant. I’ve had numerous interactions with this individual and they have never been pleasant!! Auto zone needs to let Benjamin go before I start taking my business down the road.Your priority should be customer service not focusing whether the customer can speak English or not. Please educate your staff or find new employees as my experiences here has been absolutely pitiful due to that particular employee.If this staff shortage around means I’m hiring individuals like this, you guys might as well shut down. I hate to be a Karen but this is unacceptable behavior !

Michael C. is fantastic! He helped with determining that I needed a battery charger. He asked all the right questions to help me find one that would work on my car and was the best value for my money. I do a lot of small repairs on my car to help me save money. Now I have a partner to assist me with getting the right parts at the best price and can fill confident with my purchase...NO MORE EXCHANGES TO GET THE RIGHT PARTS!!!!

Today, 8/29/2021 I came in looking to get STP gas treatment and fuel injection cleaner. I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed assistance immediately from Thad. I processed to checkout and Thad recommended a better option for my car and informed me that I had earned rewards to use. He is very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. I could leave without during a survey to commend him.

A gentleman name Benjamin, refused to help a Hispanic gentleman due to him not being able to speak English claiming that the gentleman had to speak English in order for him to place the order. Keep in mind that mister Benjamin is Puerto Rican And speaks Spanish and this is not the first time this happens. This is discrimination and I refuse to go back to this store for this same reason.

Weve been going to this AutoZone for a few years now and have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We recently went in to get more freon for the A/C because it was starting to blow warm air. The manager, K. Coleman, was very informative and clearly explained how to refill it and made sure we did it right. The A/C is working great now and were ready for a roadtrip, thanks!

I brought new brakes pads for my truck front and back brakes and brought back my old brakes pads!The guy that help me on the return didnt know what to do!He put a swap out not a return on my receipt!And then told me my money will go back on my card,and it didnt! I had to go back to auto zone to get back my money! And the guy working there told me to come back tomorrow! I ask for the manager and he said that the manager is not here to call the corporate office to handle this problem! So I didnt leave that I need to talk to someone else and a assistant manager a female was more helpful than they all! She got the work done and got me my money back! Im sorry that I didnt get her name because I was still upset with what happened, but she deserve a raise because she knows what to do at that job and know how to handle a bad situation!

I was in town with my daughter this weekend touring colleges when my check engine light came on. I was worried to drive back home and encounter problems, so I stopped at the Autozone at 3220 S Wilmington Street. Craig was so helpful and courteous and checked everything out and assured us we were safe to travel and didnt charge us for his time. I usually dont take the time to write business reviews but I would definitely return to this store to see Craig if I have any more problems during our next visits to the Raleigh area.

I received the Best experience ever! Mahogany performed a test on my battery, explained my options. Began to replace my battery. I previously went to a different location, the gentleman stated I didnt need to replace my battery. I explained to both representative what had taking place. Mahogany was more the helpful to assist. The location of not AutoZone. Thank for the Outstanding Service.

We have never been to an auto parts store where the guy was so disrespect. He later told us he is the parts manager. His name is Benjamin Nazario. When my husband walked in he asked the gentleman if he spoke Spanish. Benjamins response was I guess. So my husband continued to speak to him in Spanish. The problem was my husband went there an hour before to get a part. The young man that waited on him earlier gave him the wrong part. So my husband went back and thats when Benjamin waited on him. All my husband need to do is get the right part. He told Benjamin that the car was a 2010. Benjamin said in the computer that the other guy said it was an 07. He made my husband leave to get the registration from the car to show him. I have never heard of such a thing. So my husband did it. When he came back Benjamin would not let my husband talk and was being rude. He kept calling my husband bro. Was not professional at all. Benjamin kept telling him he was putting the money back on the card. Thats not what he wanted he wanted the right part. Finally He listened to my husband and gave him the right part. When my husband said he was calling corporate his whole attitude changed and he started to be nice. We will never go in there again.

Excellent service. I needed a new battery and their technician Dioris was able to find the exact one that I needed and install it for me quickly and painlessly. He taught me a few things that I didnt know about my car and explained everything that he was doing to make sure that I understood. I will be back here anytime I have car trouble.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The prices are standard for an auto parts store. The problem here is one they have definitely outgrown the space they are in it feels cluttered and like everything is packed in there while it is organized and clean its too much in a small place. Also there always seems to be some unfriendly people that hang around inside the store either trying to pick up work from people buying parts or just in there trying to talk to every customer about one thing or another. Me personally I just want to get in there and look around get what I need and not be bothered in the isles or at the register by someone who has no reason to be in the store. Yes I know it sounds silly but there doesnt need to be people hanging over the counter especially when exchanging money for a purchase

Mahogony was by far the best sales associate Ive ever encountered at an Autozone. I called early in the morning to inquire about a brake switch. She informed me they had it and she would put it on hold. Turns out I was driving by the store on my to work. I stopped by and got the part and she told me it was an easy install. She came out to my car and showed me where it was located along when how the piece functioned. I youtubed the video to install and she encouraged as i installed the brake switch. She also assisted in ensuring it was fucntioned after I switched it out! She the best and I will be sure to come back to this location for all of my future needs.
