These guys are top notch in service and value. Just purchased all new michelin pilot sport all season 4’s for my civic type r from them. Pricing was more than fair and I was in and out in just an hour. Plus they took great care of my pricey aftermarket wheels with their no touch tire mounting. I will be referring all my friends to them and bringing my car back for future maintenance jobs.

Chapel Hill Tire is the best shop I have ever been to. They do a full diagnosis of your car pretty much every time you bring it in. If you want something explained, they do it in a very accessible way.On the whole, I’ve had them do everything from routine work to some pretty serious replacements, and I’ve never had an issue. I trust them, and I never feel like I’m getting taken advantage of.

I rely on these mechanics to keep up with the maintenance that needs to be completed for my Toyota. They are professional and trustworthy. I like that the recommended maintenance is sent to my phone for review. They also work up a quote and give a time estimate for the work to be completed. Their waiting area is comfortable and clean. I dropped off my car for new tires and an alignment. The new tires look great, but when I picked up the car the clutch was slipping. I’m pretty sure someone had a fun test drive with my car.

Nice group to work with, they replaced my side mirror and painted it to match perfectly. They also changed out my fuel system and have made sure my car is working perfectly at 170,000 plus miles . Two years ago when I lost my engagement in the central console they retrieved it for free after Leith Toyota quoted a fee up to $400 . Great folks !

Last week I went to rotate my tires and was faced with an unexpected problem: significant wear and a defective tire on the front of my vehicle. I felt that the tire dealer where I purchased the tires was not acting in good faith, even though they were the ones who performed all the periodic rotations (and the tires had only 23,000 miles on them with a mnfctr warranty of 45,000 miles). I came across Chapel Hill Tire after searching the net for a reputable Michelin dealer based on customer sat.Chris, the manager at the CHT Atlantic Ave won me over right away. He listened to my situation, gave me his assessment, and based on the facts offered to contact the manufacturer on my behalf. I was pleased with the proration discount the manufacturer offered and decided to replace all four tires. I was super relieved and Chris took such good care of me, I decided to have them do an oil change along with the 4-wheel alignment and installation of 4 new Michelin tires. Was the best experience I had with any car maintenance in a very long time. Oil change was performed and tires rotated, however, when I got back in my car, the tire pressure wasnt correct, as part of the oil change and tire rotation..leaving me as the customer having it to do myself. It also took them way longer than was mentioned when I booked the service. This isnt the first time Ive had an issue. Leaving me as a consumer wondering if I should return.

Had a slow leak in one my tires on a SUNDAY of course when everything is closed. The workers here offered for my car to come in the next day while fixing my tire and retrieving a part that was needed for my car from the dealership with no hassle. This place is a god sent, thank you chapel hill!

I recently purchased a BMW M2 and within the first couple of weeks I got a nail in my tire. I called around to various tire shops but none were willing to risk taking the tire off of the wheel of my particular model/vehicle in fear of scratching the rim. I saw online that Chapel Hill Tire had an assortment of top of the line equipment. I made an appointment and showed up, expecting to again be met with reservations or refusal.The team at Chapel Hill Tire assured me that the necessary steps would be taken to ensure my car was taken care of properly. They explained a bit about their no-touch tire equipment and kept me updated throughout the tire patch/plug process. My technician, Austin, took excellent care of my vehicle and I am greatly impressed with the job that was done.I highly recommend Chapel Hill Tire. I was nervous about having anything done to my car, being it was so new to me and in excellent condition. I am happy to report that my expectations were exceeded during my visit and I received the car back in exactly the same condition. Was a few minutes late to my appointment with a time crunch to be done in 30 minutes for an inspection. It was a short wait, and they had me out in about 25 minutes despite being busy. Friendly and courteous staff.

Stopped in to get a standard DMV vehicle inspection and was charged just over $23 and an additional $7 digital fee??, making my total $30 for a simple state vehicle inspection. I checked & the price is now standard. Just a little curious because I had other old vehicles cost only $15

The list of places where I will have any of my cars worked on is very short, and this place is at the top of that list. I got new tires there last year and they did a great job, their alignment guy is top notch. I was able to make an online appointment the other day for an inspection and they were right on time when I arrived, in and out in no time. They took great care of my car and covered everything with plastic (even the steering wheel), I assume for Virus protocols. Overall a great experience, I will surely be back.

They took me in on very short notice when my tire pressure light went on, found and fixed the issue with my tire, and also did a routine inspection that was not only very helpful, but found some other things that needed attention (like an out headlight) as well. They texted me an incredibly accessible inspection report and were very generous with information, time estimates, and quotes on what each thing would cost. Amazing service, so so helpful and friendly.

They were great. Replaced my timing belt, serpentine belt, and water pump for less than other places and there is a warranty on their work. Even better they picked up the car from my house and returned it to me. I was really impressed.

Had an urgent need to replace a starter and get front/rear brakes. CHT was very accommodating, working me into their schedule very quickly, and provided me with timely updates all along the way. Waiting room of shop was super clean with all the social distancing precautions in place. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back!

I took my suv in to have it checked for the fuel pump. Bryan was of great assistant.Bryan kept me informed of all what was needed to repair my vehicle. He was dealing with Car Shield my warranty service.For me Bryan was awesome and very patient. It took the warranty service forever to approve the repair. My car was at his shop for a month. Because of the poor warranty service. Car Shield is not what their advertisements shows. I am so greatful for chapel hill tireservice tech and Bryan. I will recommended them to anyone.

I got my tires installed and alignment checked here. YES!, a tire shop that has touchless tire mounting machine to prevent wheel scratches and an alignment machine at the same place. They have competitive pricing and best of all great customer service! Will do business here again!

We used Atlantic Avenue tire for some 12 years before Chapel Hill Tire bought them out. Chapel Hill took a trustworthy and knowledgeable garage and made it even better. They are honest about what repair is needed and what can wait, have fair prices, and text you with reports on services as they are done. Repairs come with a great warranty. The staff are helpful and courteous. We service all three of our vehicles there. I would highly recommend them.

Knowledgeable, quick, and convenient. A few highlights:1) They use an online system for reporting car inspection results that are super helpful for personal records and could also be helpful for selling/buying.2) They report repair status and answer questions via text message that makes communicating with them SO easy.There have been a couple mistakes, but they are quick to fix and seem to fix for free even when it takes them time and money.

While researching tires, their ad appeared on FB. I emailed with details of what I wanted, and they were by far the most responsive tire dealer. This ultimately resulted in me going with them. My appointment was at 7:30 am and I was taken in at 7:15 am, which was nice. Price was comparable to other places. Got new tires. Took 2.5 hours total. I will take advantage of complimentary rotation every 5k and see how it goes. Not the most convenient location.

Friendly service staff and quality work done right and completed quickly. Convenient appointment scheduling online allows you to choose tires/services and see the full “out the door” price upfront. Technicians took the time to clear off the corrosion on the inside edges of my wheels that was causing gradual tire deflation before mounting a full set of new tires to ensure the best seal. Alignment service seemed accurate and has the vehicle driving noticeably better. Will be back for regular oil change & tire rotation maintenance.

Disappointing lack of communication.

Accurate quote. Great guys at the front desk. Great work done. I did a bunch of estimates and Chapel Hill Tire was the only one that did an exact quote. That’s why I chose them. All others said “that’ll run ya’ around about $xxx”. That makes me nervous. Gave an exact estimate and didn’t try to jack it up after service. That’s worth it’s weight in gold.

My alignment was 100% exact on specs! Other places just get it close. They do it like I would do it - the right way!

This is my third time using Chapel Hill Tire in Raleigh. I live in Durham but my job is right behind Chapel Hill Tire so I go there when I need to. The guys are so friendly and they dont try to use you out of money just because Im a female. Also I like the website. Like instead of calling in you can check the website for prices and estimates. I have a personal mechanic but when he cant do certain things, Chapel Hill Tires are definitely my plan B and they never disappoint.

We had an emergency with a tire and were able to make an appointment for that day. During our visit they offered us drinks and updated us periodically. After inspection, the tire was repaired and we were on our way quickly. We will be back for any future needs.

Impeccable service and friendly staff! I’ve gotten my car inspected here the past 2 years and both times I’ve been able to be seen last minute (same day appointment) and was finished super quickly once I arrived. The employees are honest and do not try to nickel and dime you for every little thing, which I really value and appreciate as someone who does not know cars very well!
