Awful experience with this company. I called on Friday to request a small delivery to a friend for today and the girl told me to complete the inquiry form by 5pm. I completed the form by 5pm, pulling off to the side of the road with my kids in the car to make the deadline. It took me 15 minutes to complete this ridiculous form and I never heard back. I call this morning to check on the status and she proceeds to tell me she never got the form so she cant fulfill my order. If she allegedly didnt get my form by 5pm, why wouldnt she call me to say that when we had only spoken 30 minutes earlier. To make matters worse, when I explained how disappointed I was today, she proceeded to laugh. Its really sad that a young immature girl can ruin someones business. I would NOT give this company my money, thats for sure. STAY AWAY!

I work at a local comminity college and due to the covid-19 pandemic we had a drive thru graduation for our students instead of our traditional face-to-face ceremony. Amazing Balloons created an archway for students to drive under at the beginning of the graduation line. The arch was absolutely beautiful and perfect! Their team was on time and set up was lightning fast! I highly recommend this company and will be contacting for future events!

I reached out during the stay-at-home order, wanting to still celebrate my 30th somehow with balloons and pictures. The arrangement is beautiful. We had our Grand opening today at Code Ninjas in Morrisville and we were blown away by the 6ft Ninjas they created! Just like the brand indicates, they were AMAZING!!
