I feel so lucky to find Party Balloons by Q for my baby shower balloon decor. Q did the phenomenal job with balloon, arch and pampas grass decor setup. He was able to understand my requirements and did exactly what I wanted and I vision for. I can’t say how happy I’m with the entire balloon setups and all my pictures were having these amazing background. Thank you so much for your help. I live in Oklahoma and wanted to purchase balloons for a surprise birthday party for my mother, who lives in the Raleigh area. I lucked up and found Party Balloons by Q. No offense, but I wanted to have something different than just Party City. I talked with Q, who was very patient and accommodating to my needs. I could tell there was nothing he wouldnt do to make this day a special day for my mother. The balloons were delivered and were a HUGE HIT at the party. Most importantly....the Birthday Girl was surprised and ecstatic over the balloons. I cant say Thank You enough to Q. I requested a balloon garland for my baby shower in shades of brown to follow the Teddy Bear theme. My expectations were exceeded! The garland that Q put together was the centerpiece of my entire shower. It served as a picture backdrop as well all the while adding elegance to the shower. It was definitely a piece of art. Party Balloons by Q delivered EXACTLY what I was looking for in terms of a balloon arrangement for my spouses 60th birthday. I had called two other balloon companies in the Raleigh area as well as reached out to them online and not one of those businesses could be bothered to get back to me. I found Balloons by Q via a google search and the owner picked up on the first ring and proceeded ask me questions about my event, what I was looking for...and along the way offered his expertise to help me get it right...and boy was it right. The 9 balloon garland I ordered was beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. They deliver (wearing masks) and set up and they dont leave until everything is perfect. To say they are diligent at getting it perfect is an understatement. If you need a balloon arrangement for an upcoming event, personal or business, dont spend time googling or calling places that wont call you back...I urge you to look no further and call this company. Q created 4 balloon pieces for me for The City of Oxford, NC Christmas Parade and they were fabulous. He came and put them together and took them down after. He was on time, very professional and did an amazing job. His prices are the best, and he has excellent customer service. Highly Recommend . Will definitely use him again

I would give -5 if possible. My wife and I had our baby shower planed for this past weekend. We had talked with Q and received the quote and approved all to move forward with the decorations. Needless to say Saturday of the baby shower comes and Q does not show on time. My wife and I try for 3 hours to get a hold of Q by texting, calling, leaving voicemails etc. Still 3 days later we have not heard from Q. Q single handily ruined the decorations for the baby shower which during Covid was the one thing my wife has been looking forward to. If you actually want Balloons and to deal with some who is respectful and cares about their customers I urge you to go anywhere and I mean anywhere besides Q. To end it, Q thank you for ruining our one and only baby shower.
