Great sandwich poor customer service! Wish they were a little more inviting. Customer service is so important! Also side note if someone places a TO-GO order like the hot Italian. Please provide a bag as the oils do leak and well I’m sure no one would want oil stains in their car!

Had the Tigelle, $8 for 3. Delicious small sandwiches which showcase their sliced meats. Three tigelle were enough for lunch. I’d equate one tigelle to 1.5 street tacos. One tigelle would make a satisfying snack

Best Butcher shop in the Raleigh area. Amazing quality meat and other goods. Andy and the staff are amazingly personable as well. Will be coming back again and again. Definitely take your time to check them out. Everything is locally and ethically raised.

Awesome whole animal butchers with deli and prepared foods.

Pretty disgusting experience. I watched a guy behind the counter eating bites of food over the meal prep area with his bare hands as I placed my order. To my disappointment, I watched him put his mask back on after the last bite, and make my sandwich without washing his hands. This is food prep 101, don’t put your fingers in your mouth then touch the food you are prepping for others. Unacceptable behavior and all trust lost.Really upsetting too because I was excited to try all the different things Alimentari offers, seems like a great concept and people seem to love the food.

After not being able to eat meat for 14 years, finding Left Bank Butchery has been the best thing for reintroducing quality meat into my diet. I have been making weekly trips to the Raleigh location and have to say Drew has made all the difference. Even with other customers busily choosing their food, he takes his time explaining meat in a way I have never heard. I know I can ask him about any recipe I find, and he always suggests the right cut. Thank you Drew for making my shopping experience personal, relational and welcoming me to the dark side. - Jenni

BEST MEAT IN THE TRIANGLE!!! It’s not even a competition anymore, nowhere else can even compare. Tigelles are so tasty, and we love the changing pasta nights!

Scrumptious!

We moved nearby recently and access to Alimentari is possibly my favorite outcome. The focaccia is incredible, especially fresh from the oven and with some of the herb butter. The sandwiches make a great lunch, too. Looking forward to exploring all of their products.

Stood in line for 15 minutes with one person in front of me and finally left when no one would take my order or even make eye contact with me. It was a big letdown. The owner or manager should hire someone to take orders while he talks. I never leave reviews on Yelp. I mean never, but it was the worst customer service I’ve had at The Transfer Co.

I have been looking for guanciale forever, but Wilmington NC didnt have any stores that had it. Luckily I found this place that makes their own. It made the best spaghetti carbonara I have ever eaten. It was worth the 2 hour drive to get it. They also had great prosciutto di parma, salami and speck. Will definitely be making the 2 hour drive again when I run out of my guanciale. And, I will definitely be buying more of everything!

So freaken delicious! I got the Caprese sandwich with prosciutto and the hot Italian and oh my, the sandwiches were bigger than my head. So delicious, the ingredients were fresh. The bread, meats, cheese, and other goodies, everything was great! They even had smoked pig skins as a dog treat and my dog is loving them.

If you want the best food and highest quality meats and charcuterie, sandwiches, cheeses, and other delectables, go to Alimentari. And I mean now! Youll thank me. Great customer service, which makes the whole experience a pleasure.

I absolutely love this shop. The Crew are all super helpful. The food is delicious. I feel like Raleigh has a place that I can go for all my meat questions. Hands down the most amazing fresh pasta. I didn’t know what we were missing with store bought pasta before. Now, I can’t even boil noodles that haven’t come from Alimentari! Thank you for your good work and service.

This business is an amazing asset to downtown Raleigh!They have pivoted their business model to allow online ordering and pick up, which is seamless and convenient. You can, of course, also walk in on a whim, which I highly encourage!They deliver consistently delicious products, and are incredibly thoughtful and flexible.They’re happy to fill special requests, and will talk you through different preparation techniques for cuts of that you may not be familiar with.They have meal kits, both fresh and frozen, as well as homemade condiments and charcuterie boards. I am so happy that I stumbled across Alimentari!

First of all, the service was great! The meats are just as good! The maple smoked bacon is a must try! I do wish they offered deli sandwiches as a meal option. We will be back!

Im a huge fan of sandwiches. I love to buy sandwiches at other places and this is probably the best sandwich Ive ever had. Between the fresh ingredients, delicious meat and good bun. It was 10 out of 10 stars.
